Greetings of the day::

I have written my complain with interest to hear you.

On the date of 14th jan 2016 at 9.30 pm i got call from +[protected] the consultancy name arose global by mr. Dilip for job change.

He introduced well about his consultancy and procedure for selection and interview. I become impressed at that time.

On the date jan, 15, 2016 first he sent his mail id and asked to for my resume and certificates after that 600 rs for generation of registration id for interview then i submitted.Then he said that within 2 days your interview will be taken for amul.

For money deposit he sent me a/c number and ifsc code.

On the date 16 th jan 2016 i got call from [protected] the interviewer he introduced himself as a hr of amul gurgaon then asked my generated registration id and asked some technical questions.Everything was fine next day he made call to me and said that are you comfortable with the salary range of 30 k/month i said ok no issue apart from that accommodation too will be provided.After clarifying my confusion he said now you will have to submit 2000 rs for technical signature from his higher authority at that time doubt came in my mind so i said if possible take only 1000 rs i don't have money this time he said ok now you credit in a/c and remaining money should be credited as soon as possible that too i submitted after sometime.

After submitting money in his a/c i asked for my offer letter he answered within week you will receive. After a week i tried to be in connection with him that time he was making excuses and was trying to avoid my calls too.
Now he doesn't pickup my calls too.

After that i contact with amul ahmadabad plant and asked about interview by consultancy for recruitment.They replied in negative and i requested them to plz share on amul website too about fraud calls.Now they have published a notification too.

Hello, i know amul is the best brand for milk products in india.
But i do not understand why your dealer is taking 1 rs extra on every milk pouch.They take extra money every day. The dealers in our kulupwadi area, borivali east, mumbai 400066., is charging rs. 20 on half litre pouch. Now a days i go to far off place to buy milk as this guy is collecting extra money from us

From many days I feel that the test of buttermilk of amul is changed, I doubt and investigate and shocked when I bought from other store compared it from existing, there is clearly difference between its packing size, corner seal, quality of polythene. Please do needful. If complain is not attended within a week then legal action will be opted against the company.

Hi, We bought amul butter from bhagwati Dept Store sector 23 market gurgaon contact number +[protected] on 22/03/2016.After consuming on 24/03/2016 we felt some bitterness in the butter and after checking the bar we saw fungus .On 26/03/2016 we went to store to enquire and refund the butter but they refused and asked us to get the bill .

Not sure how are we supposed keep a bill of something, we usually go to this store for shopping ever-month and we thought that customer goodwill we help us to solve our problem but the attitude which store employs s showed us was very inappropriate .

We had always used the products of Amul and always had a good opinion about them. Except this time when we bought 200g of Amul Malai Paneer. It has a very bitter taste and smell. This is the fourth time it is happening. Today, we had made paneer vegetable curry and it was horrible. the bitterness of the paneer had spread throughout the dish and it was almost inedible. We had expected a good quality product from a trusted company such as yours. But this product had betrayed us. Now we had decided to stop using Amul Malai Paneer. We do not look for refunds but rather, we would like to know where the defect happened, be it the storage, the packaging or the manufacturing. We expect a better service from the Amul company in future.

I think that duplicates of your Tetra Pack Amul Taza milk is sold in Gurgaon. The manufacturing date is mentioned on sticker stuck to the pack and no on the pack as was done earlier. The carton I brought from F Block, South City -2, Gurgaon Fruit and vegetables store today has two expiry dates. The manufacturing date as per sticker on the individual pack is 26.01.2016 and that mentioned on the carton is 01.02.2016. The store has no explanation. Please. Investigate and take remedial steps. Hello, i know mail is best brand for milk product in india.
But i do not understand why your dealer take 1 rs extra on every milk pouch, and 4rs extra on curd . They take extra money every day. They take more than mrp. They said for refrigerator requires extra money. But for butter, cheese, paneer, chocolates ...Etc they do not require extra money. This think happen in all over india. Means the test of india is loot of india. Amul stolen money every day every morning.

I bought amul shakti milk from amul shopee and when i heat that it turn bad for two times and when i complain about this to shopee owner he rough languge with me even not return my money so its dairy fault and u have to solve my complain immediately thanks and regard, my mob.no.[protected]

I asked for a family pack of AMUL vanila icecream at ASHAPURA Icecream, Ushanagar, Village road, Bhandup west, Mumbai-78 on 12th March 2016.The shopkeeper packed the icecream in newspaper and charged me Rs 85/-.When I opened the packet at home, noticed that MRP is Rs165/-and if you buy one, one will be free.The shopkeeper didnot tell me about the offer .Today when I asked him why he has charged Rs 85/- instead of Rs 82.5, he argued and told that he can charge even Rs 90/-.I paid another Rs 80/-and bought the second packet.Shopkeeper is trying to misuse the offer and cheating by charging extra.

Purchased an amul butter scotch ice cream tub from m/s Shree Krishna, Bhoot Nath, INDIRA NAGAR 12 days back.On tasting the ice cream it was found defective, so we returned the same the next day, on tasting the retailer also found it defective
.He noted down our details and said that it will be replaced within three days.After a week on not receiving any information, we contacted the retailers and they said that a company member from amul and that too from gujrat will come to check the ice cream and only after that we will tell you.

Now u guys tell me what is the customers fault, either our money should be returned or the ice-cream should be replaced immediately after the complaint. Why r we being made to wait.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest

I bought amul curd and when I opened it..I saw a caterpillar in that so please take some action or I'm going to customer court and I will take some serious step because it happened 3 times and this is ridiculous if I don't get any response in 2 days I'm gonna complaint and take this matter to customer court

I am sorry to inform to you Amul dealer at Pindwara Sirohi Rajasthan is charging more than MRP. Incident date 28.2.2016 I was buy your product Amul Buttermilk rs 12 but the MRP is 11 rs only i argue with shopkeeper but for bill (invoice) but he not provide me bill and he said dealer was said you sale more than MRP I am very disappointed This brand in not serious about her image . these type of dealer is destroyed image of company. so kindly cancelled your dealer dealership. Daily i face this type Problem.

Price more than MRP

The vendor at LIC Borivli (W) - (Z-2689) - is charging Re 1 more than the MRP stating that it is the price to get shudh dudh

This is fleecing the customer and I hope the consumer forum and Amul takes the necessary action against this blatant disregard for rules

I had bought Amul taza from D mart kopar khairane Navi Mumbai a few days back. tonight when i opened it it ids curdled, I have kept most of the packet intact in the fridge. This has happened once last year too and i had complained about it.

We have also encountered a similar problem of charging more than MRP in Wagholi area of Pune.

Now that Amul has rate for (GUJ/ROI)/Delhi . The shop keeper is charging Delhi MRP rates which are higher and not ROI rates in Wagholi, Pune

On asking they say that company's dealer is charging them more hence they are charging more to the customer.

This is BAD for AMUL as a brand that we TRUST...HOPE AMUL takes action and be the BRAND we TRUST.

B) THE ICE CREAM HAD ICE CRYSTALS AND THE KESHUNUTS WERE SOGY IN THE PACK.

C) BATCH NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT WAS DAR2461 DATE OF MANUFACTURING WAS 03/09/2015

THIS REALLY GIVES A BAD TASTE OF SUCH A REPUTE BRAND, PLEASE CHECK AND REVERT.

I baught 1ltr of amul ghee from reliance store which is made up chemicals. It has solid material in it which seems to wax. It does not melt easily. I get such product second time. I don't know why amul is selling so bad products. I want to complaint it in consumer forum but doesn't know how to file. I also want to get it checked from lab so that I could find that what they have mixed in it.

The only Amul store available in Udaipur city bus stand sells all the products above the MRP. Kesar pista ice cream with listed MRP of Rs. 25 was sold to me at Rs. 30. The shopkeeper"s justification was the high rental for his store in the bus stand.

For my understanding please explain the authenticity/inauthenticity in this regard.

My Self Sailesh Kumar Sinha Mob. No. [protected] live in Dhanbad Jharkhand.
I have a complain against a shopkeeper of Amul product seller who charge more price then printed MRP. The Shopkeeper address is Opposite of BDO office Chiragora, Hirapur Dhanbad. Today i buy amul curd from his shop he charge me Rs 30 of that product but the printed price in Amul curd is Rs 25. I ask why you charge more then MRP he told me that you ask Amul company for that. I ask for bill but he denied to give bill of that charging price.
I think this type of shopkeeper harm the status of company. I hope Amul company take issue seriously.
