We purchase Rasmalai Product on dt.15/11/2022 from D-Mart shop located at Kandivali west. We raised complaint at Amul customer care on dt. 16/11/2022, after the registered complaint we have received Msg from them "Dear Customer, your complaint number 2207187 is registered successfully. Our local representative will attend the complaint in 3 working days. Kindly share your feedback on https://customercare.amul.in - Team Amul". They said new pack will provide with in 3-4 days. After the 4 days we follow up again they said product will provided 3 days. Till date we have not received any packet or any reply from them. We want justice for this inconvenience cause regret. We want refund which made payment Rs.159/-. Hope consumer Complaint will help us ASAP.

I received your Amul's Masti Dahi product frozen yesterday from your branch.

Im a regular customer of amul products. I bought a 15kg ghee container from Bala ji Traders, bhadson road, Patiala-147001 on[protected] invoice no. 3840. But after using it we found that there is a foul smell from ghee and also its color change. Our family always trust AMUL for their quality but now they are hesitating to use amul products. So, please resolve our probem and find out the reason as soon as possible. Waiting for ur reply.

All distributors in Ramkola Kushinagar selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same.Amul is a brand company in our India and it is not able to take action to its distributors for selling its product higher than its MRP, Amul co is silent for it???? It is Illegal.

So I request you to take a strong Action against the said distributors as i had bought the milk yesterday and the shopkeeper told that everyone is doing it.its not Mumbai buy or leave

Amulcool milk bottle when i open led leek with pressure. Bad smell like vomiting.bad taste bad quality

Noted blackish green mould (fungus likely) in the product immediately after opening. The product is not fit for consumption. The expiry date is also not yet over. The product was bought from Spar Super Market, Mangalore on 06.11.2022; Bill no. 1033; product HSN: 21069099.

I buy smul ghee but it's looks like plastic.

Purchased 1 kg packet of amul dahi from local amul vendor on 19.10.2022.
Expiry date 23.10.2022.
Opened the packet same day, 19 oct,
It tasted bitter like excess chlorine. Not consumable, may be extremely harmful to health.
The local vendor did not change it, and advised to complain on line to the company.

My father had open a amul milk parlour in Sanjay vihar, delhi cant-110010 ( Under army head quarter area), due to some problems we had to leave the franchise and handed over to someone else, as we were facing financial issue during covid time we weren't able to pay back the pending amount to Army head quarter, but 4 months ago we cleared everything and provided the NOC and everything but still haven't received any security money back .
One mr. Yuvraj and vikas both are not helping at all .

From last one months I am placing orders but non of the order is delivering. Even visited head office in Hyderabad but non of them available . No one receiving the phone calls.
sending couple of emails but no response from them . due to them i lost my entire business....

In our area the retailers are charging Re1 extra on Milk. Stores I remember are Krishna Dairy but all retailers charge extra. Pl investigate and atake action.

The price of amul shakti milk is Rs 30 instead of Rs 28 At our Charghat amul franchise. RS 2 is being taken to keep cool. Why are we bearing the storage charges of the milk ? Please give me a solution.

Low quality plastic used in ice cream tub making the ice cream bitter.

I have consumed amul gold tub ice cream twice. 1 litre tub packaging.
I ordered two different flavours two times.
Both the times I faced the same problem.
Ice cream is tasting bitter on the upper layer . Upper layer of the ice cream which comes in contact with the plastic box becomes bitter and bad on taste. Similarly ice cream in the lower layer of the box becomes bad in taste.
Rest all ice cream is good but upper and lower layer of ice cream coming in contact with the box becomes bitter.
Do you want your customers to die from cancer by using low grade plastic in your ice cream.
Strict action must be taken against your company. Company is no serving proper quality plastic box. Ridiculous.
Many people on internet have felt the same and commented on it.
Bitter taste is coming in the ice cream in upper and lower layer...horrible.!!! What are you feeding to your customers bein a big brand.
Non trustworthy.
2) quantity of the ice cream not same. Sometimes box is half filled. Sometimes box is overfilled. How can this problem occur ..??? Amul is not a local company. Many people have complained against it of variable quantity of ice cream in tub. In company like yours or should be exact amount of ice cream every time.
There is some big FRAUD you people are doing...
Wait till I and someone else will take a legal action against you.!!!

There were papers found inside the ice creme.

My recent experience with Amul Pure Milk Cheese

We are a family of 5 People and we stay in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. (Pimpri Chinchwad). We have been blindly buying Amul Dairy and other products since ages. My Senior Citizen Parents and I have been consuming Amul Milk, Butter and cheese on a regular basis. We have also been feeding our infant (19 months old) 2 slices of amul cheese on a daily basis.

In the month of June we bought a packet of Amul Pure Milk Cheese 50 slices packet which after consuming we realised had a bad taste and smell. However the product did not expire. We did not pay much attention to the incident and casually disposed of the entire product to buy a new one.

Later in July Mid we had bought another Packet of Amul Pure MIlk Cheese 50 Slices Packet. This product expiry is Dec 2022. PFA the Image

Even this product has a Bad Taste, Smell and seems to be rotten. We as a family now have our doubts on the Amul products.

We urge the team and take this matter seriously and find out what could have gone wrong. It's a serious threat to our health. We are concerned since in my family 2 Senior Citizens and 1 infant have been consuming these products on a daily basis since a very long time.

This was a Sad as well as disappointing incident.

I have purchased amul chaach from shop n paid after that i check use by date it will show it expired 5 day before. Shop owner refuse to take it back

Recently this is second time I received an adulterated milk with some impurities. Few months ago (on 19th March 2022) while I was boiling 7 bags of Amul Shakti (500 ml), it was started some type noise without turning it to sour and it was releasing a typical bad odor. After cooling, the milk vessel was kept in freeze. Next day while I was transferring the milk to another vessel, at the bottom there was some smelling material and the milk was not even drinkable (batch date and images attached). A day before yesterday on 11th Sep 2022, it’s again repeated. Today on 13th of September still that milk is in my freeze, if anybody wants to get it tested.

I have faced issue in Amul paneer taste, and reason may be expiry date has more than 7 days, almost 1.5 month PFA screenshot.

a dairy milk product in Summers how can it be good for 1.5 month which is to be kept in freezers.

since Amul is an Indian product I also support Amul but this 1.5 month doesnt come in any norms of food category,

why amul has done this, shopkeepers may take advantage of this and sell this even when it is not fresh eatable, I found bad taste last time it was sour within 5 day of pking when utilised,

please do care and dont play with indian consumers health.

you have good image an also competitors in market, image can be spoiled due to this wrong decision of putting date of 1.5 month to utilise the product because o[censored]nhealthy paneer just a suggestion.
