Sub: 500 ML Pouch Packing Milk (1 ltr pouch) – Reg Return of Milk costing Rs. 5500/- Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Krishan Madaan, am running a Kriyana shop in the name of `Shri Sai Store’ in Sector – 22, Dwarka. It is to inform that on 22nd June 2014 the milk supplied at my shop 2 Crate Full Cream (24 Ltrs), 10 Crate Toned Milk (120 Ltrs) the value of which was Rs. 5500/- was ejaculated the batch number of which was MK 63, MK 44 A and MK 45 B. The name of the supplier of Milk was Mr. Wazir Singh. I called him and showed him the position of the milk and also informed at the office of Amul in Janakpuri over telephone and also complained at the customer care number of Amul the complaint Number of which is 29702. The chronology of the event is as under:- i) They send their representative Mr. Abhishek Mishra at my shop who in turn get the requisite form filled in which was signed by me. He assured me that the claim would be settled as soon as possible. ii) I waited upto 3-4 months and called again to the office of Amul in Janakpuri. I have been directed to call Mr. Shukla in this regard at his mobile number [protected]. Accordingly I called Mr. Shukla who also assured me early settlement of claim. iii) After that I called Mr. Shukla 3-5 times but even after that nothing has been done. Again 2 months elapsed and my claim was still unsettled. Mr. Shukla at last told me to call Mr. Kamal at his mobile number [protected] he will help you out for early settlement of the claim. During this period of 04 months I called many times at customer care number also but they also forwarded my complaint to Janakpuri Office and not action was initiated. iv) As per the advice of Mr. Shukla I contacted Mr. Kamal and he also assured early settlement of claim and took his time and when failed to settle my claim he directed me towards Mr. Mukesh. v) Accordingly I contacted Mr. Mukesh at his mobile number [protected] and he told me that there is scarcity of funds and you have to wait for the settlement of your claim. vi) Mr. Mukesh also took his time and told me to contact again Mr. Abhishek Mishra whose mobile number was [protected]. vii) I contacted again with Mr. Abhishek and he again filled up the new claim form for an amount of Rs. 5500/- as the earlier form was misplaced as per his statement; viii) I have now been instructed to contact Mr. Hari Om Gulati for early settlement of claim. I met with Mr. Hari Om Gulati personally in Janakpuri Office. He also assured me to other person assured for early settlement of claim and gave me the date that by the date of November 2014 your claim would be settled. ix) When I tried to contact Mr. Gulati at Janakpuri office in the month of November 2014, I come to know that he has left for a month leave; x) I visited personally in the month of December 2014 in the office of Amul at Janakpuri and met with Mr. Khurana and summaries him all the story; Mr. Khurana called Mr. Abhishek and asked him that the case (No. 29702) is too old and it has to be settled within a month. xi) During the above episode, Mr. Wazir Singh, representative of Amul in Janakpuri Office filled up two new claim forms in this regard I don’t know where they put my earlier claim form; xii) Again after one month when I tried to contact Mr. Abhishek I have been asked to contact Mr. Pradeep. But Mr. Pradeep was also no help to me and the case was still pending to clear; xiii) Ultimately I have been suggested to call Mr. Abhishek he is the only person who can get your claim settled. I called Mr. Abhishek on his mobile number and he told that he was feeling sorry that my case was not settled so far but you don’t worry I will clear your case as early as possible and if this time it will not settle, I will pay from my own pocket; xiv) After two months of above conversation I contacted Mr. Abhishek about my claim of Rs. 5500/- his way of talking was totally different. He told that why should I pay from my own pocket when your case will clear from head office only then you would get your claim. Now in the light of above, I have no other alternative but to contact you and apprise you all the things happened with me during last 16 months. Amul is a well known brand to all in the world and a meager amount of Rs. 5500/- is not settled by the company looks that there is something fishy in it. It is therefore, requested that you may kindly intervene in the matter and inquire why the claim No. 29701 dated[protected] for an amount of Rs. 5500/- has not been settled so far. I doubt that the claim must have been settled from your side and not been passed to the beneficiary i.e. undersigned (Krishan Madaan ) in this regard. Keeping the above in view you are requested to settle my claim at the earliest otherwise I will have no other alternative but to go to the consumer court. We are very regular consumer of Amul icecream from many years . Today I bought the butterscotch flavour of icecream and found it to be either Fake or some Mistake in making of it as the milk content was very less and the water content was very high . My family members also felt the same and couldn't believe it as Amul taste . They thought it was some ordinary icecream other than Amul.
My question:--
1) have you changed the content of milk or reduced the content or changed the taste of your icecream . If not then please check the end product.

We brought Amul paneer from a local shop near Vasant Vihar from thane(Maharastra) . When we opened it it was smelling like yell and just tasted a small piece, it was so bitter that I pucked immediately. My concern is if we would had cooked it all my family would had got food poisoning and who will be responsible for it... Rgds, Shweta thakare...

I bought two pack of amul taza tetrapack milk of 1 Kg. each on 06/09/2015 from ms radha kirana store, shoping complex, omaxe heights, sector-86, faridabad, haryana - 121002, when i opened these packs, i did not found milk inside, i found 3rd grade CURD with water. i was surprised, how it is possible because amul is a big brand i make a complaint about my grievances on consumer helpline on 07/09/2015 on[protected] and get a complaint number 58218. they assured me that my grievances will be listen. when no reply had received to me then i again call back on consumer helpline on 09/09/2015, they again assured me, but nothing has happened till today. now, i make your attention on this issue, please look into the matter and solve my problem. one more thing, m/s radha kirana store was charging Rs. 60/- against Rs. 58/-. for 1 Kg. pack of amul taza tetrapack, when we argue with the owner of above kirana store, he refused to reduce the rate of tetrapack amul taza milk. if you can do anything on above both issue, i may be grateful. kindly look into the matter and do the possible action as per your rule. with regards, Yours faithfully, rajesh agarwal house No. 502, osaka tower, omaxe heights, sector-86, faridabad, haryana – 121002 phone [protected]

Hi..Actually we are daily buy 2 pouch of butter milk..and it's price is included in all taxes is 11₹, But Amul parler always take 12₹ When we are say it's price 11₹ include of all taxes... so why you're take 12₹..then he said it's original price 12₹.. our 60₹ extra take they man.. And he sell I think[protected] pouch per month..so you count[protected]₹ extra money they took. I request to you please solve this problem.

Today morning we had got such bad quality milk & the same had been purchased by us from Narendra milk man who is selling the milk from couple of years its purely cheating with customers as such no one receiving our call since morning we r trying to call all number given on amul website for customer care kindly note the complain

As I wanted to know about a ice-cream flavor of Amul I made a call on Amul customer care no. around 12:15pm my call was received by a woman who asked me hold on my call n a tune started I held it till for more then 35secs n then I cancelled the call. After few mins I called back on the same no. again the same woman received my call bt this time when she connected my call after a few sec a man was talking to me who again asked me my problem and said wait n again the same tune started I waited for few more seconds and then cancelled the call.Icalled back for the third time the same thing was repeated this was really very annoying and irritating. Dear Sir, I was used "Amul Milk Card" for last 3 months, i had recharged my "Amul Milk Card" on[protected] with 1000 Rs. but my bad luck i lost my Card very next day, i had tried to complain but no response from AMUL, person only gives me help line no.[protected]. i had talk on help line no, but the replyed me forgot your money nobody refund you, i also tell them to talk with senior person but no response. so pl i request you to help me to refund my 1000 rs.

I live in maanpada road dombivli east All the amul products hear are sold on mrp but amul milk worth 19 rs packet is sold at 20. The shopkeeper says we get it from the company at 20 only. If it is so why rs 19 is printed. And if not like that some strict action shoud be taken.

Dear Sir, I am a retailer of Amul Milk & Curd. My Address is Gaurav Bakers, J-59, Beri Wala Bagh, Hari Nagar, New Delhi-110064. Our milk supplier name is Mr Raunak Singh. I purchased some Curd & Milk pack for retail supply. But in one pack of 1 kg curd (Dahi) there was smelled milk & one pack of milk pack there was smelled Curd(Dahi). we complained to our supplier Mr Raunak Singh but his answer was that he is not responsible for this. Hello, we Bought two packets of Amul milk when we drank it was bit smelling and stomach was burning after it. There was some adulteration in milk. Since three days curd is not forming from milk. There is detergent mixed with milk. Please consider it

The Amul dark chocolate worth 22 rupees, I purchased 7 days back. I opened it and after I ate few bites, I noticed insects in it. The manufacture date is 16 April 2015 and expiry date is one year from manufacture. I like Amul product... but now I and all people of India has to careful while eating any chocolates....

I have bought Amul buttermilk from Amul parlour near my house, gor no kuvo, opp. "kailashvan" Maninagar(East), Ahmedabad.-380008. But when i drank buttermilk, I felt thar some chemical inside & when I went back to shopkeeper, he did not respond me & advised me to submit complain on your webside. Manufacturing date was also not mentioned on buttermilk pack. I hope you will take this matter seriously & get back to me.

Small balls of powder or some white substance is present and the same changes colour at the time of boiling. We have faced this problem thrice in the month of july. God knows what we people r eating or drinking these days. Brand like amul is also cheating people. Not acceptable at all....

Hi I bought amul processed cheese from a market in kalkaj yesterday. B no kfr[protected]:33:42 pkd 14 jun 2015 I find the cheese is very very powdery . It is not soft and it is difficult to grate it. This happened last time as well. Please tell me what do I do with this product. Thank you Sumana

i have a complian with your product known as "SHRIKHAND".
it's opening is very tough because there is no place to open it,
before this there was some extra part given to peal off the cover of it. But now it not given so it has became hard to open the cover.

So please kindly see to it and put that extra portion back so that we can easily open that.

I bought 2 ltr. full crème milk from one or your vendor named Poona dairy @ indirapuram on 17th July 17 approx. 7:30 am. Milk gets convert paneer while boiling on 8 am approx in same day . And one packet found in curd form even. I visited to vendor but Vendor has refuse to lisition and refuse to help. after a lot of affect I get connected to call center and they given me complaint no. is 53791 . Now your toll free no. [protected] Showing busy from last 6 hrs.. no one is taking action even not responding . pIs any one in Amul who is taking care for product quality

Dear sir i bought a amul milk powder 2 days ago it appears to be half mixed with normal powder whn i put this powder in warm water the mil begins to fermentate after sometime whic his tasteless totally dissapointed with the product i hope you look into the matter

It is hereby submitted that on dated 16.07.2015, I went to buy ice cream bricks from Amul India Outlet in Sector 44 D Chandigarh (U.T), Punjab. I ordered for Two bricks of Butter scotch and one Premium pack of Chocochips icecreams. I was delievered the order. But hardly after two to three minutes the melted icecream came out and my trousers were drenched in melted icecream.I went back and showed the pack to them.But instead of solving the problem, one of the salesman started to blame me. He said that I was responsible for that and the ice cream melted on the way back. But I told him that, it only few minutes back thay I paurchased it and I had not yet started my home back.But he started abusing me and said a lot of things about myself that I am telling a lie. He said that I am a cheat. He further threw many abuses and in very rough language. I felt very offended. Two other employees were taking his side and never asked to stop him.Please look into the matter as it brings bad name to your prestigious company.
