Small balls of powder or some white substance is present and the same changes colour at the time of boiling. We have faced this problem thrice in the month of july. God knows what we people r eating or drinking these days. Brand like amul is also cheating people. Not acceptable at all....

Hi I bought amul processed cheese from a market in kalkaj yesterday. B no kfr[protected]:33:42 pkd 14 jun 2015 I find the cheese is very very powdery . It is not soft and it is difficult to grate it. This happened last time as well. Please tell me what do I do with this product. Thank you Sumana

i have a complian with your product known as "SHRIKHAND".
it's opening is very tough because there is no place to open it,
before this there was some extra part given to peal off the cover of it. But now it not given so it has became hard to open the cover.

So please kindly see to it and put that extra portion back so that we can easily open that.

I bought 2 ltr. full crème milk from one or your vendor named Poona dairy @ indirapuram on 17th July 17 approx. 7:30 am. Milk gets convert paneer while boiling on 8 am approx in same day . And one packet found in curd form even. I visited to vendor but Vendor has refuse to lisition and refuse to help. after a lot of affect I get connected to call center and they given me complaint no. is 53791 . Now your toll free no. Dear sir i bought a amul milk powder 2 days ago it appears to be half mixed with normal powder whn i put this powder in warm water the mil begins to fermentate after sometime whic his tasteless totally dissapointed with the product i hope you look into the matter

It is hereby submitted that on dated 16.07.2015, I went to buy ice cream bricks from Amul India Outlet in Sector 44 D Chandigarh (U.T), Punjab. I ordered for Two bricks of Butter scotch and one Premium pack of Chocochips icecreams. I was delievered the order. But hardly after two to three minutes the melted icecream came out and my trousers were drenched in melted icecream.I went back and showed the pack to them.But instead of solving the problem, one of the salesman started to blame me. He said that I was responsible for that and the ice cream melted on the way back. But I told him that, it only few minutes back thay I paurchased it and I had not yet started my home back.But he started abusing me and said a lot of things about myself that I am telling a lie. He said that I am a cheat. He further threw many abuses and in very rough language. I felt very offended. Two other employees were taking his side and never asked to stop him.Please look into the matter as it brings bad name to your prestigious company.

Dear Sir, I'm afraid bought fakes ghee of Amul, that's why i wanna your help. Some of the ghee's package tins problems, as below: I bought ghee at different shop. But i found the surface informations of printing is very different weird. Could you please answer me that i found out those different point. 1) which one is right about the ghee's period o[censored]se that under the tins? 2) What is different E-7 and E-13? 3) Printing blur on the right tins, it is normal?

Today on 14th of july 2015 i received milk that is supposedly packed on 15th July 2015. This is clear fraud that the packaging department is doing with the people. It is a perishable food item and should be dealt with seriously. If this prevails then to increase shelf life period we will be getting spoiled food items at time near to the expiration date. FDI please look into this. Attaching photo proof.

i bought milk yesterday 11.07.15 from your authorised franchisee. today 12.07.15 when i boiled the milk.the milk turned into curd. i don't know the technical cause of it. if you can guide me for this problem it will be helpful. i am the frequent buyer of your brand's milk. i have never seen this type of case at my home from your product. you are the cooperative sector that means that you should be trustable. your product should be pure. at the last i would say that please provide me the appropriate remedy for this. your customer jai dugar

I am very sorry to you that your company is very careless about consumer many time complaint on toll tree no and email as your provided on website but not response to me one time your 2 representative come my house and take photo and showing both same product i think which one is duplicate but after many days no reply to me pl take priority base and give me answer that both same product is original or one is duplicate

I do use Amul toned milk daily but it has a taste of chemical when taken as bare milk why is this kindly let us know if this is powered milk. further to that I have noted when we keep this milk to make curd it goes spoiled why is this I feel that this is not a natural milk as they claim so please let me know if this milk is original milk or it is an added milk with powder of any detergent like heard that Mother dairy mixes detergent in milk so please provide us the information.

I had recently brought a amul fresh cream tetrapack from a local shop .on trying to pour it out a some green color particles came out along with the cream, then I opened the full pack and poured it out, it contained some green colored odorless material . photo enclosed for refference

my self vijay jindal from zirakpur (chandigarh). i purchased amul mango lassi from a reputed showroom at sector 20 panchkula. i seen suspicious substances like insects in that bottle. after repeated complaints through e mail to amul india there is no response by the said company

I was purchased two Butter Milk pack and charged two rupees extra per pack by the Amul Parlour, Sector - 5, Udaipur. On pointing out that the price is charging more than MRP, the shopkeeper was answered that the above money on MRP is commission and other than this commission they have not recd. any amount from AMUL. Please look in to matter, and if possible, please take necessary action to avoid to get in bad list of your a very esteemed and branded company.

worm found while my daughter was taking her breakfast with amul gold milk. The incident took place today 30.6.15 morning.I have registered a complain at Amul tool free no but till now not received any feedback from any of the offices. The Mfd of the packing shows May'2015.The packing size was 1 lt.The purchase was made from our residential kirana store located at aryapath, serabvhati, po-: Gopinathnagar.Guwahati-781016. phone no-[protected]

On 23 June at 10.15 pm I visited the Amul Parlour which is at K K Nagar Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad and I purchase 1 litre amul butter milk and 500 ml amul cow milk out of which the cow milk had some unknown particle or stick which was stucked inside the milk bag which we were unaware of and thought a black misprint on the bag. After opening the bag we realize that there was such unknown particle present inside the bag. We immediately returned the milk bag along with the bag To the parlour and we were also been given replacement for this. However we also wrote a complaint in the Seller's parsonal diary along with the contact number and complaint details. We still haven't received any call from the company and therefore we are writing it to you. We expect you to immediately look into this matter as such items are FMCGs and are been used on regular basis by everybody. I was having my dinner yesterday and was about to taste the Amul Dahi . but I realized that there is something wrong in it. when I thoroughly checked it .. I found a kind of Tarr or Gum mixed with it . I have taken a sample and pictures and I am going to lodge a FIR even .. Can you help me as I want somebody to take a strict action on them

I was charged two rupees extra per pack for Amul Milk tetra pack by the following outlet in Kharghar. B-Mart, Sanjivani Center, Shop No 6, 7, 8 . Plot no F3, Sector 12, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, 410210, Ph :[protected]. Even though after pointing out that the price he is charging me is for NER (North Eastern Region), the shopkeeper refused to change the price. I am a resident of Palavanthangal, Chennai. On[protected], I purchased six numbers of Amul Taaza 1 liter tetra packs from Spencers Retail Shop, Nanganallur, Chennai. All the packs have packing date as[protected].

On[protected] when two packets bearing batch no GAR1491 were cut opened for usge, we were shocked to find that the milk was Coagulated. We have not opened the remaining four packets.

We were shocked to see an Amul product in such a pathetic situation. Refund and do the needful
