Hi its been a week now that i had called on [protected] toll free complaint no to let them know that the cheese that i purchased from a general store is all rotten tough it has not reached the expiry date but no one is owning up the responsibility to solve my problem, this forces me to go to my news channel and other news and social media as i have all call recordings and follow up screenshot of number of times i have called AMUL...you cant take your customers for granted if Maggi and other brands can pack their bags so can Amul... thanks Swati K Bhagat [protected]

      Dear Amul, Today buy Amul Frostik ICE Cream from Lahriya Super market Koparkhairane, Sector-9, Opposite R.F .nayak School Pincode-400709. at 9:45 pm. date 14/06/2015 We have complain of very bitter test and smell from ice cream, never before experience in test. Same piece of Ice cream kept in freeze for your reference along with rapper of product. Same complain we share with shopkeeper with written note but he also did not return our money. so we request please refund our money.         I was bought 1pkt of half ltr toned milk pouch on 9.6.15 at 9 pm at my nearest store Mangal General Store and 10.6.15 around 5:30 when opened and boiled - got converted to thick rubber fluid.           Hi Team, The ice cream vendors for Amul icecream are overcharging than the MRP and there is no control over it. The ice cream vendor say that they have to pay the policemen for standing on the road side and they have to overcharge it. Issues happened @ : India Gate Noida Sec 127 Near HCL building. This is a daily issue and I have to purchase at a higher price as there is no other option for ice cream My contact# [protected]

            I bought 4 milk pouch (each 500 gm) - Amul Shakti brand - today at around 8:30 PM. Milk packs had today's stamp (June 11, 2015) and appeared fine. But, 2 of the four packs when opened and boiled - got converted to thick semi solid fluid. Clearly it was not a good quality milk or was not preserved well at low temperature. On complaining to the local vendor (regd. Amul milk supplier - Riddhi Parlour, Samruddhi complex, behind Aaditya Avenue, Opp. Krishna Bungalows-1, Off Visat-Gandhinagar Road, Motera, Ahmedabad, GUJ) at 10:30 PM, the vendor asked to buy 2 more packs of Amul Gold with an extra rupee (Rs 25 whereas MRP is Rs 24) and refused to help otherwise. The said vendor is not only unethical in his behaviour but also careless in treating the customers.

              At evening of 11/6/15 I bought 2 Amul Taaza from a local amul registered vendor. The milk on heating became solid. Why all of sudden the milk got coagulated out of no reason. On Inquiring the vendor refused to talk about this matter and behaved very badly. The quality was not good. The date of expiry was on 12/06/15. Request a refund.

                I an a resident of Palghar (Dist Palghar) MS 401404. I received Milk Packet of Amul tazza (500ml) today with the code 061509 (the last digit is unclear) from the Palghar Vendor Mr Joshi. On opening the both the packets of milk it was found to have been coagulated before pouring it in utensil. The dealer refused to address the complaint and said that the company does not gives replacement. This is the fourth time in this month that the milk is coagulating (other three occasions it was while boiling it initially). I would like to complain that: 1) Batch number is not clear 2) That there milk was not properly cooled to desired temperature 3) May be there was a probable contamination 4) May be I was delivered the old stock of remaining milk. I hereby request to conduct the thorough inquiry in this matter and to submit a reply for my complaint.                   This is a complain on one of your Bangalore distributer, Allied Marketing. We use to take Amul product since past 4 years for our restaurant call Aioli Bbq and Grill Smoke House. On a recent note i (Anoop Verma) had a talk with Mr. R Kapoor on few issues which was not attended by the distributer for Eg: we never received a bill copy for our reference, supply on most of the time order never reached, my staff and me were told to call driver to check on supplies and so on and so forth. After the incident on placing the order supplies never reached us and after numerous call it was told that Mr. Kapoor has advised not to supply the product. I have been honest and regular customer for Amul, and been treated like this if not fare. I am also approaching consumer form for this stinking behaviour by him. I truly hope this matter will be looked into and some one will revert.

                    Today on[protected] a 200ml pouch of Amul Masti dahi was purchased from small Dairy shop of Gandhi Colony ( Gali opposite to Railway Station Faridabad) The Details on Pouch are as under 16 june 15 MKR-160 MRP Rs. 13.00 ( inclusive of Taxes ) The content of pouch is not of good quality and i presume that it is duplicate branding as the thickness of pouch is also not as per standard and colour pattern also donot resemble with the Amul Brand The contact number of complainant is [protected]/[protected]

                    The complaint should have been attended with in hours as this is a complaint against the duplication of branding with inferior food stuff which may cause severe damage to the customer.
                    The email received from customer care inform that the compliant may be solved with in several days which is highly irresponsible reply .
                    No executive has contacted on contact number so far after 36 hours of lodging the complaint
                    the inactive attitude of NDDB/AMUL towards consumer complaint

                      Dear Sir I am a regular customer of Amul since 10 years but I never found any problem in making curd with this milk. But this time whenever I am making curd it's not coming out well . It seems as it is having some detergent powder mixed in the milk. P.& sons) I am a retailer in wadala area.i am been harresd by ur distributor of ice-cream (Siddharth marketing) I have a good business of amul ice-cream. distributor is not supplying me stock.there is no visit o[censored]r Salesman to take orders we have to call him and place orders.still I don't get delivery of stock from the distributor .i have spoke to distributor but no response.i don't have any payment issue with him. I do sale of nearly 10, 000 weakly.pls look into this issue seriously I would really appreciate if you would take some serious action against distributor. Thanking you Deepak Ajwani J.                           Date of incident: 06/03/2015 I recently purchased Amul cheese cube packet from a general store in Massachusetts. Pictures of the same packet are attached here. When I opened one of the cubes I found a hair inside the cube. The hair is clearly visible from the surface. See the attached proof for product and incident details. This is a disgrace for Amul. I am very disappointed.

                              i am form Naihati, west bengal. Here in my locality amul seller sell their product beyond MRP price, particular product Amul Trim (which is 300 ml) and Amul Masti Dahi. They said that distributor told them that supply is enough to deliver. And those who selling those porduct sell at hire rate like extra Rs.3, Rs, 1. So kindly look after the matter.

                                  Today I tried to buy milk at the new Amul exclusive store that opened in our locality, but to my surprise they were demanding 2 rs higher than MRP. The very thought of trying Amul milk breaking the tradition o[censored]sing local milk was because of the campaign that Amul launched, which claims that it provides quality milk at lower price than many brands in Hyderabad. But this kind of experience and the reluctance of seller asking for more money and infact saying that Amul itself says to collect more for freezing charges is very strange. Though I totally believe that Amul being such a branded company would never do so, this kind of experience would definitely dampen the Amul brand and would absolutely not help Amul to establish in this competitive market. And that too this happening in the exclusive Amul store is more disturbing, which will cause me definitely to stop going to this particular store in future to buy any products from now on. If the action is not taken immediately I will be reporting this to consumer court. If Amul is really looking to avoid these kind of activities, my sincere suggestion would be to make the billing system mandatory in Amul exclusive stores, which would definitely make these store keepers think twice before doing such things and we can have some proof to show. The new amul store is located in NGO's colony Busstop lane, Vanasthali Puram, Hyderabad, 500070.

                                    I bought an Amul Taaza(500ml) pack with batch number NN03B, expiray date[protected] yesterday i.e. on[protected]. But today morning the milk soured during boiling. I maintained proper refrigeration as per company proposals but stilll it happened. It is 1st time in my life..So please treat my problem as an urgent basis.

Maine aaj yani 26 may 2015 ko amul icecream retailer se ek 35 rs. ka cassatta aur 25 rs. ke do cone buy kiye. jab maine ghr aaker cassatta ke pack ko khola to wo bilkul mash tha and usme icecream ki teeno layers mix ho gyi thi hardly 3 to 5 minutes lge honge mjhe ghr tak aane me. itni der me hi wo full melt nhi hui thi icecream hard thi but mix ho gyi thi.cassatta pack ka batch no. DAR1021 tha and manufacturing date 12/APR/15 thi. next jo maine tri cone liya tha butter scotch uski cream to thik thi but uske side ke jo chocolate hoti hai wo thi hi nhi . and jo biscuit tha wo bilkul bhi crunchy nhi tha and last me jo hard chocolate hoti hai wo bhi nhi thi us tri cone ka BATCH NO. MKR 128/4 HAI AND MANUFACTURING DATE 08 MAY 15 thi mere pass dono icecream ke boxes nd tri cone lid pdi hai . mai company se request krunga ki jo person 25 rs. deker aapki company ki icecream leta hai to use achi quality ki nicecream to milni chahiye aapki company ki icecream ke muqable kwality wall ke tricone jyada ache hote hai. so please improve the quality of the product.

                                        Amul products including milk, Ice cream, curd, Amul cool, Amul Masti, butter are sold above MRP in Tech market of IIT Kharagpur and other shops in IIT Kharagpur campus.They are arguing that company is not giving them compensation for cooling and they charge for rate.They dont give bill also for the same item MRP Sold rate Curd(1kg 50 55 Milk 17 20 Amul cool 20 25 Kindly do take action as early as possible, since amul has a lot of customers in here in IIT campus Regards Dr. Nimmy Francis
