I am a regular customer of Amul products since so many years. Today was MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AMUL PRODUCTS. Today morning i got 2.5 litres of Amul milk and when my family members had it they felt its taste was full of Detergent and it was smelling badly. No one was able to have it... moreover after having it my ALL FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ILL DUE TO YOUR Stupid approach towards your products. I WANT A VERY STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN OVER...

Sir, the new system introduced by Amul to imprint Best Before date is quite admirable. But, it is not customer friendly. Firstly, the date font is too small, and secondly, it is not deep enough. Hence, one has to struggle to read the same. It is suggested that the date should be printed in such a way that any one could read it easily. This is all the more necessary because milk is bought by you elderly persons also and it makes more taxing...

Today morning I bought pack of 100 gm butter, packed on december 2014 with date of expire 12 months from packing.As usual when I bought the pack, I tore the outer wrapper IN A SPIRAL MANNER AND THREW IT INTO THE DUSTBIN and found the butter spoilt. I bought a 400g pack of Amul Cheese (20 slices) last week. This morning I opened the pack and noticed the slices had mold on them. Hello... Its very disappointing to let u know that being a global company u betray customers by giving broken milk bags... We have experienced almost 4-5 times that the milkbags bought from amul outlets itself are leaking...and due to minor fault in milkbags v couldnt make it out while buying n it becomes disastrous after 2-3 hours as whole milk gets spilled in the Refrigerator..
