My name is deepika, my ofice is in sanganer malpuragate, in malpuragate there is one amul dairy shop he charg 18 rs for 16 rs mrp milk nd 15 rs for 11 rs mrp buttermilk pack. Please do some thing otherwise i will complain on cosumer court coz its totly related to ur brand. Thanku

I am a regular customer of Amul products since so many years. Today was MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AMUL PRODUCTS. Yesterday morning i got 1.5 litres of Amul milk and when my family members had it they felt its taste was full of Detergent and it was smelling badly. No one was able to have it... I went back to the shop with the two unpacked half litre packed milk pouches and the one in glass which we have used, the shopkeeper too agrees that the milk is giving foul smell, she called the delivery man, area manager and his senior (Om Prakash & Tapin) I also had a word with them they asked me to open another pouch and it also having the same problem. They are showed their stupid approach and ask me to surrender the last pouch with the shopkeeper and assured me that they will take due care but today I was informed by the shopkeeper they haven't turned up.I WANT A VERY STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN OVER THIS WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS

Sir, In Haridwar Shiwalik nagar area shopkeepers sold Amul Chaach half Ltr. packet @ 12 Rs. greater than its MRP Printed value i.e. 11/- . when i sail how can you sold this greater than its MRP value then he sail dont argument if you have to buy then come otherwise go.

Hi, I always use amul milk but last 2 month I notice that the quality of milk become pathetic it smells like rice floor and when I converted milk into curd than it become sticky like honey n saliva which is disguise ing . Hi, it seems that there is poor quality check. We brought Amul ice cream ffrom nearby Amul parlour. After having couple if bouls we found hairs in it. Now my wife is suffering from loose motions and daughter is suffering from tthrthroat nfection and high fever. need immediate action Rgds Sachin kapse [protected]

There is a particular vendor in Bangalore, Karnataka who repeatedly overcharges for all Amul products he sells. Whenever we question him why he is overcharging inspite of MRP printed on carton, he replies saying that Amul has increased the fares and he has to charge from customers even if it is not printed on the pack. He also scratches out the expiry dates with a sharp object from the packs and sells expired products. Also he charges Rs.5 extra on all Amul Curds as he says he has to store in refrigerator so thats why Amul has asked him to charge extra on MRP. Kindly take some action against this person as we are beginning to feel Amul is fleecing customers and Nandini is better as they never overcharge. Dear All, I consume Amul Taaza milk ever since it was introduced in the market. The Rs.12(200ml) tetra pack is very convenient for me as I used to take 3-4 daily, but from last 2 weeks it is unavailable in my office's(Wipro Technologies, Salt Lake) Amul outlet. I also checked in my nearest shopping mall(Spencer's Retail, Axis mall) and there also I couldn't find the 200ml pack. They only have the 1 litre packs available which is not at all convenient for me as that can't be carried with after opening. I request you to please revive the supply of 200ml packs or at least 500ml packs. Hope to hear from you! Regards, Pritish Ranjan

hello sir/ma'am greets to you i am living in Jaipur (raj.) i want to bring in your kind notice that in area thier a SARAS PARLOUR, at sumer nagar new sanganer road jaipur, we are purchasing our daily routine dairy products from them...but i was very shocked to see that your product " AMUL FLAVORED MILK" ...which is having the price rate of 18...he asked for 20 rs...even my husband many times gave the same price...but i want to do a complaint about it...and expect a favour from you..that u eill do something for better...but i dont want any caos ...so dont include me in it... thanks

My name is Shweta Sharma and i am residing in east delhi, my adress is E-8 hans apartments east arjun nagar, near karkardoom acourt, east delhi-110032. We purchased the milk from the shop located in bhikam singh gali located nearby our apartments. From the past six months the quality of milk is going down as per milk standard.We had posted so many complains in past too but no response from your side and no improvement in the quality of milk. So many times we found a very foul smell in the milk like a soap or caustic soda and its impossible to drink that milk. We purchased amul tazza toned milk but sometime the milk quality is so cheap it seems we are drinking white water instead of milk. Even sometimes the packets of amul milk looks very suspicious. Dear Sir, My Name is Rupesh Bhalshinge From Donde Tal Khed Dist Pune 410505 Sir In Our village amul set his plant for milk collection. When start that plant amul gives surety to take 3.0 fat milk but after starting the collection he increse his limit from 3.5 fat but now he increse his limit 3.5 fat + 29 lactomiter but it is available to less and it is applicable only fr our plant in other village there is no limit so please see in the matter because farmer purchase costly cows upto 100000 rs each and his milk will rejected then what he do. i hope you will solve this matter immediately

To, Respected consumer team of amul, I am nikhil bohra from mumbai central i regular consumer amul tazza milk normally i buy milk from reliance market in mrp but today due to my urgency i go to shop for milk. But this shop keepers are asking 20 rs instant of amul taaza milk mrp is 19. I ask the reason but they have no reason our all locality shopkeeper doing this please take some action as soon as possible. I am giving you the address of my locality. There are daily leakage problem in milk packets. On the delivery having been told to change the such kind of packets, the driver refuses to do that. Today i.e.on[protected] there are 7 packets of milk packaets. Having been oftenly told of agency no steps to be taken till now. It is not the first time, it's been regular 2 or 3 leakage problem came. I have attached one of those pics of leakage milk.

I purchased Amul Cheesespread Batch No UFH 362/1 PKD 28/12/2014 which was kept under constant refrigeration. But the same product has gone 'BAD' due to fungus infestation. The sample is kept with us for inspection by your quality control Inspector. Request you to send your local rep at Hyderabad to inspect the substandard product. Thanks....

The shopkeeper always charge 12 rs. instead of 11 rs. for Amul butter milk(Chhach). Please take appropriate action agianst such kind of irregularties and frauds. HI I 'am from hyderabad .stay in H.M.T swarnapuri.here the milk parlour charge more than MRP .MRP is RS 19 but he charged RS 20.when i say this is wrong.he say this whole corruption run by amul himself.I 'am surprised the amul is good brand his image is like that in hydrerabad.Even hertitage and trimula is much better .If you don't take any action then with in one or two month people stop o buy your milk.your market will closed for hyderabad

Sir, the new system introduced by Amul to imprint Best Before date is quite admirable. But, it is not customer friendly. Firstly, the date font is too small, and secondly, it is not deep enough. Hence, one has to struggle to read the same. It is suggested that the date should be printed in such a way that any one could read it easily. This is all the more necessary because milk is bought by you elderly persons also and it makes more taxing for them. I hope Amul will look into it and do the needful.

Today morning I bought pack of 100 gm butter, packed on december 2014 with date of expire 12 months from packing.As usual when I bought the pack, I tore the outer wrapper IN A SPIRAL MANNER AND THREW IT INTO THE DUSTBIN and found the butter spoilt. I took the butter to the retailer and asked for exchange. The retailer said there will be an exchange if the wrapper was returned.The retailer tried to convince me that the butter smells good,...

I bought a 400g pack of Amul Cheese (20 slices) last week. This morning I opened the pack and noticed the slices had mold on them. I had kept this pack in the Chiller Tray of my refrigerator and haven't had any power cuts in the last week. The packaging date is 11/14 and its best use is for six months. Please advice.
