I am a regular customer of Amul Tond Milk and yesterday dtd. 24.03.2015 I had 2Kg milk from Deepak General Store, Gali No. 20, Rajapuri Main Market Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 but when my kids drunk the milk they immediate complaint me that its not milk and is completely tasteless today also I was shocked when I sip it I feel a kind of adultration in the product and I put this in shopkeeper's knowledge than he suggest me to send a complaint to AMUL. Therefore, your personal intervention in this serious problem is must for safe N secure future of AMUL as well as Kids of India it can be a dangerous otherwise. Your prompt reply in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

I am a regular consumer of AMUL Milk. I purchase it from "Bengali Sweets, Hanuman Mandir, Sector-28, Faridabad-121008". Today morning I purchased 2.5 L of Amul Toned milk from the above shop. The milk found to be spoilt while boiling. I immediately brought the same to the notice of the shopkeeper. He started abusing me at the first instance and did not agree that the milk was spoilt. I tried to convince him at my best but he was very arrogant and aggressively abusing me for my fault of bringing it in his notice. I want a fair justice in the matter. The company Ämul" should be informed to take proper action against such shopkeeper which is meant for sale of AMUL Milk. I don't want any money back but atleast I think I have the right to bring it to the notice of the company that they are supplying the milk through such unauthorized and arrogant shops. Hope the company would atleast take up the matter on urgent basis.

Hello... Its very disappointing to let u know that being a global company u betray customers by giving broken milk bags... We have experienced almost 4-5 times that the milkbags bought from amul outlets itself are leaking...and due to minor fault in milkbags v couldnt make it out while buying n it becomes disastrous after 2-3 hours as whole milk gets spilled in the Refrigerator.. Hope u look into this mistake of yours !!! N also tell the employees to that if they find it leaking, do not sell it as many time inspite of knowing they convince the customers for buying Pls try to b honest with ppl !!! On 10 March 2015 I sent the following complaint to Amul (and resent it on 15 March) but have received no reply: "Sub: Consumer complaint - 6 instead of 8 cubes found in an Amul Cheese Pack I purchased one Amul Cheese Processed Cheese 8 Cubes Pack [Batch No. KFR 0192 20:45:37 Bar Code No.[protected]] from Swastik Dry Fruits, 223-C Thakurdwar Road, Mumbai 400002 [Tel: [protected]] a couple of days back. When I opened the pack yesterday evening to use two cubes, I found that it had only 6 cubes instead of 8. I used two of them as I had no other recourse. Please help. I live in Navsari, Gujarat - 396445 You have given your Amul franchise to Gandhi Amul Parlor, Junathana, Navsari - 396445 And they are taking 2 Rupees extra in cheese cubes & sometimes on other products of yours too. By doing this they are collecting black money(without tax Extra 2 rupees). and It also affecting your business ratio & also affecting your customers. And their behaviour is also rude. So because of these reasons can you please take your franchise back from them? & fire them for such a greedy behaviour of them. i am a shopkepper in village mullahera near sec-22 gurgaon, haryana . i purchase around 1000 litres of AMUL milk and other dairy products daily but the distributer still not supply milk to our shop we have to go far place to get the milk and have to use our own vechicle . please provide good service of distribution or please provide distributership of village mullahera and sec- 22, our good will is also very good .I assure you that i will increse the sale of milk produts of amul if you will provide the distributersjhip to me. my mobile no is - [protected] . please solve my problem .

sir It has come to our notice that our comany is going to replace the distributership of dairy products of amul for Nagaur city (Raj. ) sir i am already wd ice cream of our company JITENDRA ENTERPRISES NAGAUR sap code is 2006109. since last year we have work hard to establish the market of our products in last 12 month which was almost defunct prior to our dearlship. This fact can be verified from the selling data. our proposal for dearlship has also been submitted to the salesman of company in dec. 2014. Deppartment of manager Jodhpur has also visited our establishment. Hi Team, I regularly purchase Amul Gold milk packets from a Dairy Store below my residence building. It has been twice, that I have noticed small piece of cattle's hair in the milk when I was boiling it. When it happened first time, I identified a small piece of hair which seemed to be of any cattle but then I thought of the brand name "Amul" and assumed that it could be my mistake. I assumed, it might be of any family members or might be the utensil was not properly cleaned. But after an alternate day, I again noticed a small hair piece. This time I was sure that this not of any family members, and utensil was also properly cleaned. It was a cattle hair piece. Team, please have some quality checks on your deliverable. There are thousands of people who use your products without having any doubts on them. I did not collect any proof during these two incidents so I am not attaching any proof over here. But if it happens next time, surely I'll come up with all the proofs. Thanks, Shirish Nagar

Amul butter 500gms Batch no BAR0111-B3 Pkd jan 15 We put d butter bar in d freezer to cool- on using it again the butter on melting gave out a milky substance unlike normal butter- plz explain shud we now give up having Amul butter also due to this adulteration?

ive taken 1 500Gms pack of Amul Dahi masti, on opening the pack the curd was smelling bad and taste sour. i took the pack to retailer with the complain n he told me he cant do nethng abt it as he has been told by distributor that there will be no returm on Amul Products. he told me to throw it bear the loss as he will not replace or refund. i want a refund and reason for this issus. i wanted to know if Amul has such policy or just the reseller is escaping out of the situation. need promt reply and resolution on this issue, as a good faith n trust ive not reported this incident to FDA Agencies. regards Vikesh Shah +91-[protected]

the above mention product code no VFHO94/1 packet on 04/04/2014 sold to me on dated 02/03/2015 by ANNAPURNA BHANDER .11, SHIB CHATTERJEE STREET BELUR HOWRAH -711202.VIDE- BILL NO-22882 UNDER VAT NO-[protected]. the said product expired on 04/01/2015.my mistake is that i did not notice and the said product was opened by me and also use by me roughly around 8 to 9 gm, so the product was refused to be changed or replace by the seller saying that the product cannot be changed as the company will not replace. my complaint is how the company is selling the expired product and why the said product will not be replaced.

I have purchased Amul Butter 100 grm. Yesterday in the dinner my Son Arnav demands to eat butter with spoon as well as on Roti.after two or three layers taken by it. i ant (makoda) was in the Amul butter.. Dear sir or mam.. My complaint against amul and parag milk company. Shopkeepers taking extra rupees on mrp and after asking why they they are taking extra rupees on mrp then every shopkeepers given many different excuses but i didnt get no satisfactory answer.. Pls do something..

In Bhuj (Kutch) Amul retailer counter, Name " NILKANTH "( at Pramukhswaminagar gate-2, Mundra Relocation site ) is charging 50 paisas extra on buying of one pouch of Butter milk has printed price of Rs.10.50 (including all taxes).He is charging complete Rs.11 for each pouch of Butter milk.When i asked for charging extra 50 paisa on each pouch of Butter milk...he is telling it is our regular practice & all retailers in Bhuj are charging same. This type of retailers are going to spoil the brand image of "Amul"by charging extra price on Butter milk, I do not know what is the control of Amul on this type of open loot by your retailer. Even they are not ready to give any bill as a proof.

Hello Hope are you are doing well! Today we have purchase amul sikhand from bopal area(Ahmedabad) amul parler but they give us expire date sikhand 1kg(2 plastic box) so i just request please check and take action. We have trust on amul and amul parler but this way amul parler broken our trust I have also photos of box plastic box that i attached here On that box clear instruction best before 6month on paking date where paking date to current approx 7-8month diffret Looking forward from you response asap. Dear Sir, Good Day!!! I am a regular buyer of Amul Milk since Last 15 Years. Till today I haven’t face any problem from you. For that Thank You. But from last 3 months there is a complaint about the Amul Milk Morbi Distributor. I always buy the milk at early morning 6.00 AM from his shop. But he is taking different rate from us. Your Amul Gold 500 M.L. pack show Rs.23.00 (included all Taxes). While he taking Rs.24.00 from me and the shocking thing is that at the same time he is taking Rs.23.00 from other customer in front of me. This is happened at early morning at 6.00 AM. When I complained about this to him he gave me rudely answer and behave very badly. His behavior to ladies is also very bad. He also said that I am not interested to sell you if you are inserted then you have to buy at Rs.24.00 of Amul Gold. This is not a good business policy. I also said that I will complained to Your Company then he said nobody can harm me. He said that you can complain our head office. We request you to take strict action against your Morbi Branch otherwise we have to go to Media for this and they will do proper at their level to inform the Public and Government. I am in a full mood of fight at the end level. But it is my moral duty to inform you first before taking any action. In Maredpally, Hyderabad I have noted that most of the shops sell the cheese cubes not in the pack of 10 but they sell it loose. It has been written in the pack that these cannot be sold loose. Thats not it. They are selling each of the cubes at a higher price. If calculated the price of each cube from the MRP in the pack we see that the price would come to approx. Rs. 10.50 and the shop guy sells it at Rs. 13. I had sent a complaint at the AMUL TOLL FREE number but did not receive any response.

I am person live in kosamba, dist- surat.Gujarat. I am regular custome o[censored]sing Amul products. But over here all most all Amul Parlor charging higher money than MRP like 0.50 & 1 rupees on each 500 ml on Milk, Butter milk pouches. On asking of charge higher money they told cooling charges or suppose to tell them to sell on higher prices.
