On my resent visit to a retailer of consumer goods who takes advantage of quick and consumer friendly and household like marketing and distribution of your competitor m/s MAHI (Jam agar Diary) but goes often sold out all packs at correct MRP and price is enforced to controlled even rising demand and not keeping up supply to meet demand and even less graded quality(only they sell 4 types varying in fat levels only and mandatory pasteurised) Compared to this "AMUL" is better and even best of the Milk as supposed to be available all through Anand, then Gujarat, then India and world at last, even I prefer to buy it on our Mars journeys as tourists in future.which is presently sourced and processed from Ananad only.to my place of resident at jamnagar city near police head quarters at saru section road. I complain "why AMUL" has not repeated the Anand like operation every where in India, and make it sell even in lesser price than MRP around. The vision of Mr.Kurian, and Mission of Mr.Modi.and wish of a common man like me, should not be a wishful complain only to your esteem organisation and may please be communicated to your CEO for action.

    Amul outlet No. 800024 offered me milk card and told me that it is available for free, but did not inform me that a minimum of Rs.100 recharge is also required. So I declined the offer just after registering my card. I did not collect my card from the vendor. Now I received a message stating: SBI smartchange Card No.[protected] Load of Rs.100.00 at Amul outlet no. 800024 at Hirabhai tower parlor. Remaining Balance Rs.100.00 I am worried that someone else would use my card. Of course it is not going to give me any financial loss, but I am very much concerned about it. Please reply me.       complain regarding retail outlet of "Amul" at ghodasar isanpur canal road, maninagar ahmedabad. the vendor is so rude that he does not respect the customer and for a mere change of two rupees denies the sale and returns the customer without the stuff. Is he there for his own business?           Distributor, Rawat Dairy, near airforce road, faridabad(haryana) The above distributor charges one rupee extra on each packet of Amul produts. They call it the 'service charge' for keeping the packets in fridge . I object on such practice and it should be addressed. Regards, Deepankar mishra..

          What is the status after the complaint has been notified to the customer support?????? I have stopped taking amul packaged milk just because of the fear that I would be drinking detergent soaps...its better I dont consume milk at all...

            I purchased Amul cheese spread (Punchy Pepper)pack form Reliance Fresh store located at Dwarka Mor, New Delhi on date 4/01/2015. Product packing date is 07/09/2014 with the validity of 9 months. When I open the packet, I observed that cheese inside the packet is infected with fungus. It was very shocking incident, when I reported this to Reliance Fresh manager then he pointed towards company (Amul) packaging and handling issues with the product. They are further investigating on this. Is it possible for you to investigate at your end so I can get clear understanding of what I should do next. Or should I file a compaint in the consumer forum India or Food Safety inspector in our area. Please revert as soon as possible. Regards, Daksh Dawar [protected]

              I purchased Amul cheese slices (100 gm) pack form Reliance Fresh store located at IGATE-Patni Complex, IGATE knowledge park, Airoli Navi Mumbai on date 29/12/2014. Product packing date is 8/14 with the validity of 6 months. When I open the packet, I observed that cheese slices inside the packet are infected with fungus.                 Dear Sir, Today our large number of customers are complaining about sour smell of milk from Amul milk packets and They are returning the packets they have purchased and we need to pay for them or replace. Also your customer care number[protected] is not available on Sunday with whom we can complain today itself.                   I faced d same situation today. The local Shopkeeper was outright rude n said if I don't want to pay the extra 1 rupee as cooling charge she wont sell me the product. Also she said the company doesn't pay them for the cooling so they charge the consumers...which I feel is illegal. Imagine if they charge 1rupee extra on cold drinks milk packets from 100 customers in one day... they are making 36000 rupees as black money in a year!! And this is just a very small number of customers I'm referring to...the actual number is much higher. I strongly object to shopkeepers taking d customers for a ride. This incident took place at new golden nest Bhayandar east on dec 13 2014. Please take appropriate measures and kindly suggest how to proceed further to punish the culprits.

                      I purchased amul cheese spread two days back, on 30 october 2014. Tthe manufacturing date on the product was october 2014 and it says its best before 6 months of manufacture. shockingly, when i opened the seal it had a very strong rotting stale smell to it which made it impossible for me to even stand close to it. It was a very shocking incident and i hope to the a fast response to my problem.

                          I HAVE PURCHASED THE TIN FROM RELAIANCE FRESH, JUNAGADH ON 30/9/2014, ON OPENING OF THE TIN AT MY HUSE ON 21/10/2014 AND BOILING THE GHEE WE FEEL A BAD SMELL, CONTACTED THE RELIANCE SAME DAY, THEY HAVE CHECKED THE GHEE BUT REFUSED TO REPLACE THE TIN, AND THEY HAVE INFORMED ME TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE CELL. IHAVE CONTACTED THE CELL MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS 37407REGISTERED ON THE SAME DAY. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS[protected], ON THE SAME DAY M/S JAYESH TRADERS, JUNAGADH WHO IS YOUR DISTRIBUTOR HAVE INFORMED ME TO PRODUCE THE TIN TO THEM, I HAVE VISITED THE DRSTRIBUTOR SHOP, RPODUCED THE TIN, THEY HAVE CHACKED THE PRODUCT AND TELL ME THAT THERE IS SOME BAD SMELL IN THE GHEE, MR.JAYESHBHAI OF THE DISTRIBUTOR HAS TALKED WITH YOUR DEPOT IN CHARGE AT RAJKOT AND CONFIRMED ON MOBILE THAT THERE IS A BAD SMELL IN THE GHEE. HE HAS ALSO INFORMED ME THAT AS SUCH WE ARE DISTRIBUTOR OF AMUL WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE THE TIN OF THE SAGAR, BUT HE HAS ASSURED ME THAT A QUALITY INSPECTOR OF AMUL POSTED AT GIRNANR DAIRY, JUNAGADH WILL COME TO MY HOUSE TO CHECK THE GHEE OF SAGAR IN THE TIN.                             I am a valuable customer from Noida Sec21 in Amul full cream milk. It appears that I am noticing a very bad smell coming from the milk even at time of opening of pocket. I checked with the seller also, and he mentioned that even he was having the same problem at his house. Please see to the problem as soon as possible so we can continue the same product otherwise shift to some other brand

                              I am a valuable customer from Rohini sec 24, facing problem in Amul full cream milk from the last 15 days. Quality was not same as earlier.                                   there is a AMUL Milk SHOP which sells AMUL MILK in Morning, on 28th October i came to City so went to Purchase the Milk from the shop, and the shopkeeper denied me to sell 2 Bags of Amul Shakti and i was denied to sell it so i asked for AMUL GOLD Milk which was also denied. i asked them when you have 2-3 Crates of each type of Milk why are you not selling. so the Shop owener lady told me that they wont sell that is our choice whom to sell get lost from here, i asked them to behave and talk in proper way and asked them for the vendor registration number to write a complain. i was pushed out from there and was told that nither AMUL or AMUL COMPANY Owner can ask us this details, go talk to AMUL manager or city manager or AMUL FATHER we have to sell this MILK to other who Pay us MORE this SHOP of AMUL is LOCATED at PT COLLEGE Road, opp.Pushkar-4 appartment Next to Vitrag jain Derasar Chandranagar Paldi Ahmedabad

                                    Dear sir/Madam, my near house sweets shop will be sale sweets and others items. my mom will amul milk 1 kg 23/10/2014 purchase this is expiry date he will mostly all items will be burst.my mom not see in a date and cooked the milk and just 2 min a curdling a milk, my mom going shop and shopekeeper say where is your milk so see the shopekeeper milk and say where is milk polythene i will check the polethene date this is expiry date. this is a big mistake i will not see date and shopkeeper is a very big mistake why sale a expiry date milk. not return the money and say i call the company . company return the money then i return your money . what is this this a rules he arrest the shopekeeper and check the all items please sir.

                                      HI, I BROUGHT AMUL KESHAR PISTA ICECREAM FROM MY LOCAL MARKET WHICH IS NEAR TO MY HOUSE. IN KASARWADI, PIMPRI CHINCHWAD, PUNE 34. BUT WHEN I OPEN IT, THE ICREAM UPPER LAYER IS NOT IN PROPER WAY & SOME GREEN LAYER IS THEIR ON THAT ICECREAM.                                         Dear Sir, I have been one of the most loyal customer of Amul products but today first time experienced a very degraded taste of "Amul Shahista Pista Kulfi " purchased from Reliance store -30 mins back @ ITPL mall in Bangalore and not just one pack but two of them . Cover of the pack has different color whereas material inside is different which was okay but shocked to taste it . It feels like having fine sand inside it and even the taste was horrible .I still have another pack available in case you want to check and taste it . Appreciate if you look into it and refund my money
