AMUL THE TASTE OF INDAIA but its bitter because your staff misbehaviour at amul corner outlet at mun. garden. Sir as we went to your above mentioned amul outlets on6 oct 2014 in morning for purchase milk products at that time your staff misbehave with us and used bad words to my wife and told we are the boss and no one above us. we simply ask for complain register or complain no. but they refuse to give us and used bad words. they told if you go to higher authority nothing can happen as we are boss of this premises. is it good to misbehave with ladies as they are your prime costomer. So sir plesae take prompt action agaist it make it compulsary to keep complain Register and complain no. now onwards if he makes such action we will do legal procedure. Very annoyed with what i got in the Amul Shrikhand pack. I had bought an Shrikhan Pack from a reputed Shopping center in Nasik, Maharashtra. But on the same day evening when i opened it, it had fungus in it and was actually stinking...i didint expect this from Amul....

Actually its very true, I stay in Thane -w, for first time we tasted the cake and buy full cake @ Rs. 750/- from AMUL outlet at Big Mall in Kasarwadawli above hypercity in food court after two days we been to hypercity the MRP was Rs. 350/-, when we asked the Amul franchise that the actual MRP is 350/- and you are selling at 750/- that to double the rate he argued and said it will be other and changed the topic when we tried to take pic of the box as in that same box MRP is not mentioned, he avoided and snatched that box and misbehaved . I also request AMUL to look in the matter and check how the dealers and franchise fool people which indirectly affecting the brand.If this matter taken care AMUL will be loosing out their customers and loosing trust. I also would suggest to cross check by sending your trustworthy people in civli as a customer in the outlet and see how the are fooling people and customers by charging high. even that single piece is sold at Rs. 100/- without any justification . Hi, May Amul outlets are selling this cake at Rs. 750/- wihout MRP and also behaving arrogantly and denying to take the actual pic, wherein the actual MRP- is 350/- in Retail outlet. Kindly look into the complaints of the people before its late and stop looting the customers for the same.

Yesterday I have purchased the amul buttermilk with print price of 10.50, but shopkeeper told me to give 12 Rs for that.Is it ligal?? And Sir you have to take steps toward this shopkeeprers. Shop name:Amul dairy parlour, talod 2.Amul parlour, talod And almost all the shops who sell this buttermilk ane milk in Talod. Please take your actions towards them. I purchased your Ice cream tub 1 Litre (assuming its your premium product), details (PKD. 01/09/2014), Batch KVH 2441, on 24th Sept 2014 from Mahalaxmi General stores, 294, Saket Prem, Sher-E-Punjab, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai[protected]. When I first bought the 1 Litre Tub pack ice cream of roasted almond flavor, I was shocked to see it not sealed! For a brand like Amul and a product worth Rs 199 per litre, I was hoping it would have a seal. Then adding to my shock I found 3-4 small hair strands in the tub. I checked it thrice and with my other family members to ensure I did confuse it with almond fibre but after checking again it was confirmed that it was hair so I decided to show it to shopkeeper. After asking him about the seal pack, he told me the product comes without a seal! Firstly I want to know if its true. If it is true, its really a shame and I am going to take this matter ahead! Firstly its a tub pack with no cover and no seal! Is this your effort to combat any adulteration! How can I be ensured that your product is safe to consume! Please clarify on this because when I argued with the shopkeeper he said, it comes like this only without any seal whatsoever and I can lodge complaint in consumer court (which I will). After small argument with the storekeeper I got another other box which again was not sealed. The shopkeeper wasn't ready to take it back nor exchange it! So I had to get that box home. Bought a small 200gm AMUL Shrikhand in Rs 38 with a "packing date of 29th July 2014" from a shop named "AAMIN DRY FRUIT STORES" located at Vakola Majjid, Mumbai on 4th Sep 2014. It was found spoiled. And when i went back to shopkeeper to either get it changed or get my money back, he not only refused clearly but also behaved badly instructing me to call AMUL customer care by myself. It is perfect example of "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE". This is truly very unexpected from such an old and renowned brand like AMUL. Now can people sitting out there at AMUL would earn money via cheating. It's extremely SAD.

Hello, I purchased the Amul Shrikhand - Badam Pista flavour from the DMART Bopal ahmedabad on 31/08/2014 around 11 am. When I opened the it in morning - I test it but there is a odd smell come from that and also bad test (like very spices) in the product. I am a senior citizen from mumbai, on the 27th of this month i purchased a big amul butter pack from a shop named family cold storage in kurla west which is near my residence.
On opening the packet my wife called me and showed me the fungus like moulds in the butter. I returned the same pack the very next day. But refused to take a replacement for the fear of our health.
Your company once boasted of pure quality now where has your quality gone??
We have now decided to change our brand of butter & are in the process of advising our big friends circle to do so.
Will you guys at least have the decency to investigate into this matter & keep me posted about the same.

We are Amul Milk consumer for last 10 years. For past 2-3 months we are feeling that one day of other detergent like smell is coming out of Amul milk. I have met around 20 30 people having same problem. Today’s incident something more dangerous. My 14 years son refused to consume but later he consumed whole milk because he was getting late to catch his school bus. Later we realised that milk was smelling bad and was not in a position to take even one sip. I felt like vomiting immediately. We buy this milk from Amul authorized extension counter located in “DPS Apartment, Plot# 16, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi, 110078”. When we complained him about the incident, he totally refused to take the responsibility. Earlier also we have highlighted this issue to the vendor. I have a feeling of that some fake product is reaching to the shop. Please look into this on high priority that whether some fake product is reaching to the shops or amul production Units are not following Quality Standards. Immediately have the inspection done and arrange to seal the shop. I have kept the milk sample along with its cover in the refrigerator and Amul authorized person can collect from my house for the inspection. I am also sending this to a authorized lab for the inspection and then will raise a police complained as well. My mobile number is [protected].

From past few months, I am receiving fake aml milk. the milk packet has fuzzy prints and it doesn't has a date stamp and batch no. The milk smells foul. I am attching the pic of the packet too here. I het milk from amul dairy, bangur nagar, goregaon west. Please look into it urgently as I suspect the whole batch might be fake milk

I never faced issues in amul milk from last so many years now. We buy amul toned milk from near by market but from last 2 weeks I identified a vendor who supplies milk on our doorstep every morning. He also charge extra amount over and above cost of milk as a service charge. I have observed the milk packets which he supplies doesn't have air/gas filled hence they look dull. When I boil that milk it leaves lot of oil/ghee which comes on its surface and milk become too oily. When I questioned him he said this issue is coming from backened and he doesn't have to do anything in this. From very next day he ensured to carry my share of milk separately and all packets in his big bag are still of same condition for which I objected and very accept. I'm really not sure what exactly he is practicing, and whether anyone else also raised this issue from our area. My biggest worry is 2 years old son also consumes this milk, I'm planning to discontinue amul in case that's the quality coming from company.
