This parlour rate is very highly because Amul Gold price is Rs 23/- i have paid 24/- & 25/- rupees onwards early morning i have paid 24/- Rupees and evening i have paid 25/- not only this i have also purchase the butter milk 10.50/- rupees i have paid Rs. 12/- . Hello, I purchased the Amul Shrikhand - Badam Pista flavour from the DMART Bopal ahmedabad on 31/08/2014 around 11 am. When I opened the it in morning - I test it but there is a odd smell come from that and also bad test (like very spices) in the product. I am a senior citizen from mumbai, on the 27th of this month i purchased a big amul butter pack from a shop named family cold storage in kurla west which is near my residence.
On opening the packet my wife called me and showed me the fungus like moulds in the butter. I returned the same pack the very next day. But refused to take a replacement for the fear of our health.
Your company once boasted of pure quality now where has your quality gone??
We have now decided to change our brand of butter & are in the process of advising our big friends circle to do so.
Will you guys at least have the decency to investigate into this matter & keep me posted about the same.

We are Amul Milk consumer for last 10 years. For past 2-3 months we are feeling that one day of other detergent like smell is coming out of Amul milk. I have met around 20 30 people having same problem. Today’s incident something more dangerous. My 14 years son refused to consume but later he consumed whole milk because he was getting late to catch his school bus. Later we realised that milk was smelling bad and was not in a position to take even one sip. I felt like vomiting immediately. We buy this milk from Amul authorized extension counter located in “DPS Apartment, Plot# 16, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi, 110078”. When we complained him about the incident, he totally refused to take the responsibility. Earlier also we have highlighted this issue to the vendor. I have a feeling of that some fake product is reaching to the shop. Please look into this on high priority that whether some fake product is reaching to the shops or amul production Units are not following Quality Standards. Immediately have the inspection done and arrange to seal the shop. I have kept the milk sample along with its cover in the refrigerator and Amul authorized person can collect from my house for the inspection. I am also sending this to a authorized lab for the inspection and then will raise a police complained as well. My mobile number is [protected].

From past few months, I am receiving fake aml milk. the milk packet has fuzzy prints and it doesn't has a date stamp and batch no. The milk smells foul. I am attching the pic of the packet too here. I het milk from amul dairy, bangur nagar, goregaon west. Please look into it urgently as I suspect the whole batch might be fake milk

I never faced issues in amul milk from last so many years now. We buy amul toned milk from near by market but from last 2 weeks I identified a vendor who supplies milk on our doorstep every morning. He also charge extra amount over and above cost of milk as a service charge. I have observed the milk packets which he supplies doesn't have air/gas filled hence they look dull. When I boil that milk it leaves lot of oil/ghee which comes on its surface and milk become too oily. When I questioned him he said this issue is coming from backened and he doesn't have to do anything in this. From very next day he ensured to carry my share of milk separately and all packets in his big bag are still of same condition for which I objected and very accept. I'm really not sure what exactly he is practicing, and whether anyone else also raised this issue from our area. My biggest worry is 2 years old son also consumes this milk, I'm planning to discontinue amul in case that's the quality coming from company. I bought 2 half kg poly-packs of Amul Slim n Trim Milk from 'More' retail outlet (Aditya Birla Group). When I boiled it after getting home, it curdled in a strange way. It became cheese like and rubbery, and as it cooled, became like soft plastic. I believe that the milk is synthetic. When I boiled the 2nd pack in a washed utensil again, the same thing happened. The plastic-like leftover and the watery residue smells strange too. Please note that many people use their milk cold and without boiling. This is so gravely SAD that such a thing happened with Amul product. I don't know what to expect from other small scale vendors now. I don't know whether I should buy milk anymore or not. I really do hope that the company get more socially responsible and control their supply-chain much more closely to prevent such horrendous crimes.

The amount is not material. I have purchased Amul Cool few days back for my 2 1/2 year old daughter, the amul cool milk taste have got bitter and colour has also changed a bit. I have also launched a complaint on 13/8/2014 through phone to the customer care no., however no action was taken. The details of the product is as follows: Amul Cool Badam Flavour Batch no. i have been a Amul Gold customer for years. For the past 2-3 weeks the quality of milk is very bad. The cream is barely 1/4 of what i used to get all these years. After paying Rs. 48/- a litre one would expect at least good quality milk. Kindly look into this matter. Thank you.

I am a regular customer of Amul butter and cheese. However, I wish to state that of late, the quality of Amul cheese slices has gone down. The cheese slices that we bought recently (this is the third time) is not in the form of cheese slices but cheese spread. It is impossible to use the same as slice and has to be spread instead. On approaching the shopkeeper about this defect, he refused to replace the same saying that your company would not accept this defective package. This quality is not expected of such a well renowned company. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and rectify this major defect and make provision so that these defective packages can be replaced at the same shop. In last 4 months, I had purchased 2 fake butter packets from Kunchenjunga market sector 53. The reason I am saying fake is because of its taste and appearance. I enquired with one of the shopkepper they said that few shops are selling this. Amul authority please take this up since I do not want to change the brand but I am forced to do so since the quality matter most. I have switched to other butter companies but if Amul can fix this then it would be great. I have the sample of the butter with packet, if anyone interested they can contact me and check. Thanks.

To the concerned person,
I have been purchasing Amul Gold milk. The distributors are charging higher rates than the MRP.
upon questioning about the same, we have been informed that the same is going throughout the city & if you have guts go & complaining against us.

Can someone responsible in AMUL let us know whether why we have to pay extra than the MRP, as the government's themselves asks us to bargain even on the MRP?

I am very shocked to inform that I bought 2 packets of amul malai paneer from krish world, khetra mitra lane, howrah 711106, west bengal on 15th july, 2014. I found after cooking the paneer was tasting bitter and stinking. I complained the very day with Mr. Abhijit dey the owner of the shop and handed over the stinking paneer to him. I purchased 4 liter of AMUL double toned milk from Gaurav Dairy - Rohini, Delhi on 14/7/14 and after reaching home we tried to boil the milk it curdled within few minutes and become like rubber. I tried the same with other packets the result was same.

I contacted Gaurav Dairy and showed the same asked me to contact AMUL as he has no authority to replace or to resolve the issue and suggested be to contact AMUL on toll free no [protected] and registered my Complain vide complain NO 31308 Dated 14/7/14 Time : 9:15 AM and they asked me to preserve the polythene pack and some one from AMUL will visit in next three days.

When no one contacted us then again we called twice and subsequently on 21/7/14 Time 11:50 AM spoke to Sandeep and he also assured that our complain will be addressed soon but now almost 12 days have passed. Neither anyone visited or called from AMUL, which only confirms AMUL supplies synthetic milk and not pure milk.

I am using this forum to bring to your kind notice so that you should be careful while consuming the same.

May be after this someone from AMUL will contact us and try to resolve this pending complaint.

Dear.. The price of Amul milk in the locality where i stay is overpriced. The distributors clearly informs us to register a complain on the contact details mentioned on the packet & the entire mumbai is doing it so why not I.
