I, use to take daily 14 crate milk from distributor.His service is very bad. Initially we order for 26 crate bt whenever any festival comes dat day only he'll never give milk b'coz of dat our many customer had left us nd due to which from 26 crate it reached till 14 crate. secondly in dat 14 crate he give us broken packet's of milk, I complaint him many time about this broken milk instead of listening me he blame me dat " hum kabhi broken nhi dete aap log har baar jhut bolte ho ".and Apart from dis torture daily 1 or 2 lts of our milk somebody use to take, so one day we caught him he was from other milk distributor, I accepted all dis bad situation whatever it came bt never gave complaint to police station.nd upto date daily I give him proper amount of money. Bt today dat is on 11\06\2014 My 8 crate i.e 96 lts. has lost I gave complaint to police station b'coz it was very difficult for me to pay for 96 lts along with crate price. I gave complaint against dat man who previously also taken our milk.bt as a duty of police he called Distributor's driver for enquiring as he use to keep dat 14 crate milk.This act distributor didn't liked.In morning as I was in police station dat time he said dat no need to pay for 8 crate just leave my driver, dat time also I said dat I have'nt charge any complaint against ur driver bt he was nt ready to listen anything thing. In evening when I went to give (14-8)=6 crate's money he said to pay full 14 crate"s amount, at the last moment he's telling to pay full amount of money or otherwise he'll not send milk tomorow morning.nd also he said other Amul milk distributor not to give milk to me.when he told in morning dat no need to give dat lost 8 crate money den in evening dat too at last moment he's tellng to pay full amount.JUST B'COZ i GAVE COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION DATZ Y Apart from dis I was ready to pay dat 6 crate milk he said dat don't give me 6 crate's amount, pay me full amount.I left from dat place.This distributor called the other Amul milk distributor not to give milk to me as he's not ready to pay dat 6 crate's amount also.He's lying about me and preparing from everyehere to not give me milk... kindly plzz plzz look into my matter...Dis man is spoiling my image and reputation From the very day 1 he is troubling me.I itself don't like to take milk from him bt our area come's under his place so we have to take milk from him.der are many people who don't like this distributor's behaviour.he's very rude nd don't have manners to talk to a person. from last 28 yrs I'am running dis bussiness bt never had any complaint, I managed the thing bt since when this distributor came from the very first day he gave us trouble. wen I was in real trouble instead of helping me he's lying about me and seeing every source to not to give milk...dis is really very bad and also hurted me alot it come's to my reputation.. plz sir do the needfull and send other distributor.     What does MRP mean. Please explain as I am an illiterate and don't know English. What the [censored] is the Department of Legal Metrology doing?
    A premium of Re 1/- to rs 2/- is charged every 500 ml of milk packet. There is already an inbuilt profit in the MRP rate. Then why extort over the MRP. Milk is an essential commodity. The man in the slum to the man in the mansion needs milk every day. This modi-fied retail price is the last we should tolerate.

      मैं विपिन गोयल, अशोक विहार, फेस-4 में "अन्नपूर्णा स्टोर" चलाता हूँ! मैं पिछले दस सालों से आपकी कंपनी की अमूल आइसक्रीम बेच रहा हूँ और मेरे यहाँ से उसकी सेल बहुत अच्छी है! पिछले कुछ महीनों से मेरे यहाँ ना ही डिसट्रिब्यूटर ऑर्डर लेने आता है और अगर डिसट्रिब्यूटर को फोन मिलाओ तो वो फोन भी नहीं उठाता! अगर ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो मुझे फिर किसी दूसरी कंपनी की आइसक्रीम रखनी पड़ेगी! इसलिए आपसे अनुरोध है कि जल्द से जल्द इस दिशा में कोई कदम उठाएँ! आपके जवाब की प्रतीक्षा में!

        This company has the worst customer grievances redressal systems there customer care numbers remain constantly busy as if no one wants to answer them.I bought amul masti dahi packet from my society vendor and on opening it found a dead fly in it even after postind this compaint on their facebook page the comany has done no follow up and is only worried about its selfies competition.Afer talking to their manager narinder sinha two days have passed by without any action on behalf of the company.paras puri new delhi [protected]

          I've bought 2packs of 500gm Amul butter, but to my surprise both the packs were adulterated and were not suitable for consumption. Purchase was made from local vendor in Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi area in Mar, 2014. And the complaint for the product was raised was filed on 20 Mar, 2014 (complaint #22744 ) I've received few call from Amul executives and till date no action has been taken.             Dear Sir, I am a regular buyer of Amul Products viz. Amul Butter, Amul Milk, Amul Icecream etc. . On 3rd June I purchased six packs of 500ml Amul Tazza Milky Milk from Reliance Fresh, Chembur, Mumbai-400071(Opposite R.K. Studio) and within one hour on boiling all the milk curdled.Each packet had embossed code/batch no. p104/06/145x1. My observation was that all the packets were dirty with mud all over and while picking one packet gave way. Milk started oozing out from a puncture adjacent to the embossing. This give me the impression that some unscrupulous people are withdrawing some portion of milk from the packet with syringe and there after refill with dirty water and seal the puncture. If this is correct then it is a very serious issue and cause for health hazzard. I would suggest you to investigate the matter immediately. In the mean time please arrange for replacement of the above six packs of milk to me through Reliance Fresh and let me know your investigation report.With regard, S. Roy Chowdhury .                 My complaint 25263 I buy 4 kg milk on date 05/05/2014 and expire date on this is 06/05/2014 but on day 05/05/2014 milk convert into curd so milk is not able to use . my 4kg milk is waste plz return my money or milk I complaint to customer care no response from this

                It is a complaint. We are a regular customer of Amul Milk (Gold Brand). Occasionally it turns into curd due to different reasons - may be the hot weather or some problem with the utensil in which we boil the milk. But the matter gets serious when it happens repeatedly on the same day. On 17th June we purchase two kg. of milk (the expiry date mentioned on the pack was 18th June) from Arora Paneer Shop, C-39, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. On boiling the same it turned into curd. We did not took it seriously as it happens some time and we purchased another two kg. milk and now from the different shop which is just opposite this Arora Paneer Shop i.e. Gopal Confectioners, B-103, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-8. To our utter surprise on boiling this milk it also turned into curd indicating that there is something wrong in the milk from the side of the supplier and not from the shopkeeper. Under the circumstances, you are requested to provide the compensation by way of providing 4 kg. of Milk (Gold Brand) and take necessary care in the future.

                  Raspected Sir, Hello Sir Iam Ravi From Ulhasnagar, I have Ice Cream Parlour Named MALL At Netaji Bhatia Road Ulhasnagar-4. Pin-421004. I Recently Opened That Parlour. My Daily Sale Is Upto Rs. 15000 From Ist Day the disritibutor Giving Me Trouble For Material Even He's Not Answering our Calls. And I had Talk To Other Ice Parlour Owners They Also Not Satisfied With This Distributor's Service they also said that he's not picking up calls and not giving the delivery at proper time even he have stock. I had talk to Mr. Deepak ( [protected] ) kala ghoda Office he had talk to that distributor. He said after this it will not happening again. i don't understand that what is my fault i gave payment on the spot why he's treating me like a dog. This is not a way to do the business. He's Harming AMUL Companies image. The day before yestersay ( i.e[protected] disributor's saleman came at my shop and take my order on basis of availability of stock and said that tommorrow ( i.e.[protected] u will get that material, iam waiting... waiting... waiting... he had not deliver the parcel without informing me. i said it's ok i think that he was busy and today i call that distributor again he was not picking my calls he rejects my calls. after 1 hour i told to my person that u should call that distributor he pick up his call and said that i don't have stock when i get the delivery and i do. I Gave The Order On The Basis Of Availability Of Stock. If He's doing The Business In this Way i think ur comapnies image will affect. For Doing The Business Distributor Is Have To Be Resposible in all ways. He has to Take Care Of Companies Image. Iam waiting for ur favourable reply. please do positive reply.                     Same is the case with all dealers in Ahmedabad. This is cheating. MRP includes all charges then why do dealers charge Re.1 per milk bag for refrigeration. Please Address this complaint ASAP.

                        Dear sir/ madam, I bought 3 amul choco bar ice creams at neptune magnet mall, bhandup west, mumbai..on its 3rd floor food court amul franchise...I was charged rs.30 per choco bar. After i had the ice cream i realised the MRP is Rs.15 for mumbai...when I brought this to the notice of the franchise operator...the person was trying to negotiate the price...from rs.25 to rs.20...then finally because i was adamant n firm to b charged Rs.15 per choco bar, i was given refund of the money...this is utter nonsense. ...request for clarification n action

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          This letter is regarding cheating to customers by shopkeepers in sumerpur, pali, rajasthan.
                          Sir, It is pitiable that most of the shopkeepers in sumerpur are selling their products at a rate above the printed MRP rate on the items. For the last one month we are purchasing Amul milk packet priced MRP Rs 16 at the rate Rs 17 from Mahadev General store at Bheru Chowk, Sumerpur(Pali), pin-306902 .When we requested him to sell the products at MRP rate he denied and said I will sell products according to my price, if you can purchase then, purchase it other wise their are lot of people going to purchase at this rate.Similary lots of other products are sold like butter milk, soft drinks and daily products at a price 1 to 5 rupees heigher than printed rate.
                          I have already filed a complaint regarding this matter telephonically at Indian Consumer Service on contact no : [protected] and complaint no is :510600.
                          I hope you will take action as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased a product Amul Shrikhand Badam Pista of AMUL brand from Reliance fresh, Rani Bagh, Delhi - 110034 on 01/05/2014.Though it was not expired but it was foul in taste and smell.I have the bill with me. The complaint was lodged at Amul Customer care on 01/05/2014 with Complaint no. 25060.I was given commitment that a representative from Amul will visit our address and will get the product changed.                               I purchased Amul rose milk and found few glass pieces at the end. i reported this to the store people they asked me to contact area manager. When I did contact the area manager they did not respond properly. well the bottle was opened in the store and store manager stands as a witness and few other customers.

These retailers including an Amul outlets is charging Rs 1-2 extra per packet, over and above MRP. I fail to understand how can some one charge above MRP. Doesn't the company provide the comission to its distributor. This practice is being followed even for other milk products. As milk and milk product form basic necessity of common man, I urge a strict action against such retailers.

                                  This is to inform you that the suppliers of de oiled cake from punjab are mixing the highly unspecified products in it.
                                  They are using high percentage of LSP, Khapra and other bad products which will greatly effect to the animals. some of the staff members of Amul dairy are also involved in it including your lab workers which testify it.
                                  This adulteration results into cancer and less quantity & quality of milk. The copy of this letter has been sent to Central Vigilance Commission for enquiry. So, kindly take necessary action to control this adulteration.

                                    I am running a retail shop named M/s J.B.S. Enterprise at 1/54, Ashoknagar Colony, P.O.- Regent Park, Kolkata-700040, I am selling all products of AMUL Brand. Unfortunately tour Ice Cream Division is very much reluctant to pay regular visit to my shop.In absence of their visit I am unable to commit for availability of your ice cream to the consumer. this is one part, the second part is your authorise distributor may or may not visit my shop as they are busy otherwise. Moreover there is no system of taking order in advance and whenever they fortunately visit my shop without main items which lot of inconvenience to satisfy end users.                                       I had visited amul shop At amul dairy road at anand to buy 2 bags of amul gold milk. I had given him 50 rs and he denied to give milk because i had not bring the change and i have to wait for 20 Minutes. After that he asked me to buy plactic bag of amul then i have to buy that bag and than he gave me milk. It had happned a lot where they ask to buy different products of amul. I request you to keep humble shopkeeper And keep enough change At shop.
