In bidar, karnataka state there is a authorised amul store for all the amul products including icecreams... I went to the store for purchasing amul icecreams. I asked 7 icecreams (M.R.P of 25 each). But he demanded 196 (M.R.P. 28 rs. 3 rs more than m.R.P.) i asked from him that why you are charging more than m.R.P. Then he told me that this is cooling charge. Then i asked for bill then he simply refused with a rude behavier and said that i have so many advocates for this purpose an u can purchase from anywhere else. I went other shops also but found the same wrong practice going on as taking more price for cooling charge. This is not justified. So please do the needful to save the name of amul.

Hello, I am a regular customer of Amul Milk, But last time(on 21st june) when I purchased a packet from a local shopkeeper, I found the milk was not in standard conditions. My wife taken a sip of that unknowingly & vomited after some time. I moved to the shopkeeper, he denied to take back that packet & ask me to complain at Amul customer care no. I called up immidiately & lodged a complaint. They said their staff will contact me within three working day & will check the matter. But nothing happened till now. I live in bharuch district at ankleshwer district. In our area specially in ONGC Colony and near by area the provisional stores are selling amul milk charging 2 rs more on every milk pouches. So kindly take this in notice and take step regarding this.

We have been buying Amul ice cream thinking that its a age old renowned company for quality product . Very disappointed and will not be able to go with it. Dear Sir, I am regular customer of Amul Milk and have been purchasing milk from Haryana Dairy adjacent to Photo shop, Prashant Vihar, New Delhi. But it is unfortunate that for the last three days the Milk purchased turned into curd type sustsance and unusable. First, We thought it might be due to hot weather, utensil or some other reasons but now it is clear that there is something wrong with milk supplied to us. I have also reported this matter to Dairy Owner but in vain. I bought 5 Kg per day and this it the third incident within three days. Look into it and do the needful at earliest. We bought Amul Ice Cream home pack (buy one get one free) from nearby Nilgiri supermarket, manufacturing date April 2014, After opening it I was shocked to see a piece of small hair stuck in it. Immediately threw the whole packet. From last one year we have been buying only Amul ice cream thinking that its a age old renowned company for quality product and would be better than Quality ice creams, which we always used to buy. Very disappointed and will not be able to go with it. It seems that Amul has started compromising with its quality.

It is a complaint against Amul Milk. We are a regular customer of Amul Milk (Gold Brand). Occasionally it turns into curd due to different reasons - may be the hot weather or some problem with the utensil in which we boil the milk. But the matter gets serious when it happens repeatedly on the same day. On 17th June we purchase two kg. of milk (the expiry date mentioned on the pack was 18th June) from Arora Paneer Shop, C-39, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008. On boiling the same it turned into curd. We did not took it seriously as it happens some time and we purchased another two kg. milk and now from the different shop which is just opposite this Arora Paneer Shop i.e. Gopal Confectioners, B-103, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-8. To our utter surprise on boiling this milk it also turned into curd indicating that there is something wrong in the milk from the side of the supplier and not from the shopkeeper. Under the circumstances, you are requested to provide the compensation by way of providing 4 kg. of Milk (Gold Brand) and take necessary care in the future.(Ajay Goyal)M-[protected], [protected]

Hi, I recently bought Amul Taaza milk in half litre pouches from a retail milk shop in Mumbai. I bought a total of 5 liters. As per MRP of 14.50 rupees for half litre, the total works out to be Rs. 145 for 5 liters. However, the shopkeeper charged Rs. 150, saying that Amul milk is Rs. 30 per liter. When I pointed out the MRP on the pack, he said that the price has increased and that the packet is old. When I challenged him further, he agreed that he is charging 1 rupees extra per liter - but he flatly refused to give the bill and said that everyone in the area charges the same rate (which is true - I checked with other shops in the area and some of them are in fact charging Rs. 31 per litre). The name of the specific shop from which I bought milk is - Jain Dughdalay, Moti Nagar, Sodawala Lane, Borivali - West Mumbai 400092 The number of the shop owner is[protected]. Can you take immediate action against this shop and other shops in this area by sending in your investigation/ consumer complain teams? I expect that I would see some action coming in from your end, as there are a number of online forums where I see various complains about this previously, but obviously, the fact that this practice is rampant means that no much concrete action has been taken yet.

What does MRP mean. Please explain as I am an illiterate and don't know English. What the [censored] is the Department of Legal Metrology doing?
A premium of Re 1/- to rs 2/- is charged every 500 ml of milk packet. There is already an inbuilt profit in the MRP rate. Then why extort over the MRP. Milk is an essential commodity. The man in the slum to the man in the mansion needs milk every day. This modi-fied retail price is the last we should tolerate.

This company has the worst customer grievances redressal systems there customer care numbers remain constantly busy as if no one wants to answer them.I bought amul masti dahi packet from my society vendor and on opening it found a dead fly in it even after postind this compaint on their facebook page the comany has done no follow up and is only worried about its selfies competition.Afer talking to their manager narinder sinha two days have passed by without any action on behalf of the company.paras puri new delhi [protected]

I've bought 2packs of 500gm Amul butter, but to my surprise both the packs were adulterated and were not suitable for consumption. Purchase was made from local vendor in Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi area in Mar, 2014. And the complaint for the product was raised was filed on 20 Mar, 2014 (complaint #22744 ) I've received few call from Amul executives and till date no action has been taken. Dear Sir, I am a regular buyer of Amul Products viz. Amul Butter, Amul Milk, Amul Icecream etc. . On 3rd June I purchased six packs of 500ml Amul Tazza Milky Milk from Reliance Fresh, Chembur, Mumbai-400071(Opposite R.K. Studio) and within one hour on boiling all the milk curdled.Each packet had embossed code/batch no. p104/06/145x1. My observation was that all the packets were dirty with mud all over and while picking one packet gave way. Milk started oozing out from a puncture adjacent to the embossing. This give me the impression that some unscrupulous people are withdrawing some portion of milk from the packet with syringe and there after refill with dirty water and seal the puncture. If this is correct then it is a very serious issue and cause for health hazzard. I would suggest you to investigate the matter immediately. My Daily Sale Is Upto Rs. 15000 From Ist Day the disritibutor Giving Me Trouble For Material Even He's Not Answering our Calls.
