I had visited amul shop At amul dairy road at anand to buy 2 bags of amul gold milk. I had given him 50 rs and he denied to give milk because i had not bring the change and i have to wait for 20 Minutes. After that he asked me to buy plactic bag of amul then i have to buy that bag and than he gave me milk. It had happned a lot where they ask to buy different products of amul. I request you to keep humble shopkeeper And keep enough change At shop.

Dear Amul Team, I am a great fan of Amul Butterscotch Bliss.I frequently buy the 540g box. Yesterday I bought a box of Butterscotch Bliss of 540g (Rs. 150) from Reliance Store, Whitefield, Bangalore. Hi I just opened a packet of amul cheese and I was amazed to see fungus on one of the cheese slices. This is something that we cannot even think about amul!!! The 200g packet was properly sealed so I believe that it is the company's fault and not the vendors!!!

This is to bring to your notice that from last couple of days quality of full cream milk has been degraded badly. Even the packet of the milk seems to be bit dubious as the packet quality has also been tainted. This is also being visible in the by products i.e. curd and cream etc. Please look into this immediately as it may hit the health of the adults and kid. hello i am jyotish solanki from ahmedabad area chandlodia, , , in my area all local dealer of amul product charge rs.1 extra in amul milk and butter milk... so why that dealer charge Rs.1 extra in this product of mrp... and also print Rs.10 on amul butter milk of inclusive all taxes...so why dealer charge for butter milk Rs.11...i compaint for that remove this Rs.1 extra from dealer charges... action go for the dealer...

A milk product shopkeeper in my area (laxmi nagar, delhi) usually sell expiry diary products and when we go to return he tell us that he keep them in fridge so these are not harmful, although he take the product back but after that he would sell that to another customer who is not aware of this. I observed dead insects in a very new and freshly bought packet of Amul Pro Beverage. The packet and the whole kitchen are in very hygienic condition and there is no sign of the insects on the surface of the packet which means they are mixed inside. Sadly I have drank from it 2-3 times assuming that it was chocolate residue and probably because i was ignorant that this can happen. I would really appreciate some strict and quick action against them for what I had to consume.

Hi, I am regular user of Amul products mainly butter and cheese. I bought amul cheese on March 17, 2014 from Ganpati stores, Rambaug lane 5, Kalyan. Expiry date March End. When opened the pack found foul smell and was not eatable. Hence returned to the store with complaint. However store owner denied to replace or refund the same.Also asked to give written complaint. This is very irritating and annoying response which also damages the "Amul" brand. Would request if you could look into the same and revert.

I have purchased 3 pack of Amul Buttermilk from Chamunda Parlour, Chandranagar, Vasna, Ahmedabad - 380007 on 15.03.2014. Same was not upto quality and very much sour in taste than Normal Amul Butter Milk.

Batch Number of the same was GA170314A5G.


On complaining the store owner not responding also he had called up company person Mr Amit - [protected]. Who talked to us rudely and not ready to listen.

Both Store owner and Mr Amit Refuse to replace the packing else refund of my money. Also shop keeper charged R
Rs 10 in place of 9.50 per pack.

We bought Amul 1 liter pure ghee tin ( B No: GAT 3441 10/12/2013 )from a store in Chennai, the time when we opened itself it doesn't have the ghee aroma. Any way we started using it. As time pass by we realised the fact that it is partially or completely full of WAX like substance. We felt very bad that we have been cheated only because it is a product of AMUL. We like to bring to your notice that this type of low quality products will tarnish your goodwill in the market. Kindly take immediate action regarding this matter.

We always buy the 1kg block of cheese. But this time the cheese is so soft that it cannot be grated only.
It is very disappointing
we had to buy small cubes then. the big block of cheese was no use to us. 1/2 kg block we opened and used it. But we had to use it as slices as grating it was not an option.
Please see to it that it dos not happen again.

Dear sir, I am regular customer of amul milk since last two years at gurgaon.Since a week i am experiencing that milk is frequently supplied with addition of water as appears from its thickness.Today i have purchased 2 pkts each of amul gold & taaza.up on opening again not only it was found watery but smelled like soap.I am afraid that consumption of it might affect the health so i throw it in the drain. Dear Sir,

I have personally lodged a complaint at your Bhat Gandhinagar(main) office about 45 days. The complaint is relating to Shri Kamlesh an employee of Amul Co who is always selling amul product to Businessman who sell Amul product in Black marketing .Regular customers whenever approaches them a word from Mr Kamleshkumar is heard that ' MILK IS NOT AVAILABLE'. Besides, all staff members misbehave & behave in aggressive manner.

It is therefore requested that :

> Inquiry in respect of black marketing & misbehavior of the official is conducted in guilt is punished
in the interest of justice. If any evidence required I am ready to produce.

I am the restaurant owner in Rishikesh .Generally we serve the MTR gulab jamun in our restaurant .But we heard about the amul gulab jamun that amul gives 26 pieces of gulab jamun in 1 kg tin.Just to make a little profit i got so many complaints from my customers regarding gulab jamun.Because the inner portion of the gulab jamun is just like a stone.Then i tried myself .I found that i eat the worst gulab jamun of my life ...I always thought that no one have the risght to give suggestions to some one else .But today i want to suggest amul that pls don't bring the products in the market in which they have no experience ...I have the sample with me ..IF anyone want to check pls contact me ... i can show the gulab jamun(sweet stones ) prepared by amul company ..

Hello, as per rules and regulations no one can charge more than MRP . But, most of the Amul dealers are charging one rupe more than the MRP stating that its the refrigeration cost. Doesn't amul provide them sufficient margin ?? Also, the Amul dealer near my home runs a card system wherein we have to pay half amount between 1st to 5th of the month and half amount at the end of the month. Now, any time if we pay lately then he charges one rupee extra on each milk bag for the entire month. I think this is a real injustice done to the customers because 1) It is not legal to charge more than MRP 2) The dealers have made the rule to charge Re.1 above MRP after 8 am as they have to refrigerate the milk bags. So, if between 15th to 20th of the month, I pay entire amount then also the dealer will charge Re.1 extra for the entire month irrespective of the time I purchase milk.. Can you please suggest what can I do in this matter? Where I can lodge a complain regarding this? I hope for your prompt and positive reply . Thank You, Ekta Kamlani

Hello Sir, Today I went to purchase amul taaza milk from my nearby kiran shop at bhayander west.. he told higher price than MRP. I need 1 liter milk and he told me 35 RS. I told him why r u charge more than MRP, he said we need to earn 1 RS . Amul milk cost rs 17 to us...so. hope you take some action on this...Even, I read ur consumer forum many city are facing same promblem...Why r u not taking some action on such shop ...
