We always buy the 1kg block of cheese. But this time the cheese is so soft that it cannot be grated only.
It is very disappointing
we had to buy small cubes then. the big block of cheese was no use to us. 1/2 kg block we opened and used it. But we had to use it as slices as grating it was not an option.
Please see to it that it dos not happen again.

I have a complain against Amul gold milk bag, today morning 19/12/2013, when i open a milk bag there is blood in side milk so i want to confirm with you whats is this and my money is waist on this milk bag i am not able to drink becoz there is blood mix with milk in red color i am totally afraid what is this we purchase this beg from paldi area Ahmadabad Amul store, Zubin Pathan [protected],

Dear sir, I am regular customer of amul milk since last two years at gurgaon.Since a week i am experiencing that milk is frequently supplied with addition of water as appears from its thickness.Today i have purchased 2 pkts each of amul gold & taaza.up on opening again not only it was found watery but smelled like soap.I am afraid that consumption of it might affect the health so i throw it in the drain. Dear Sir,

I have personally lodged a complaint at your Bhat Gandhinagar(main) office about 45 days. The complaint is relating to Shri Kamlesh an employee of Amul Co who is always selling amul product to Businessman who sell Amul product in Black marketing .Regular customers whenever approaches them a word from Mr Kamleshkumar is heard that ' MILK IS NOT AVAILABLE'. Besides, all staff members misbehave & behave in aggressive manner.

It is therefore requested that :

.> Reply to my complaint lodged is give to me
> Inquiry in respect of black marketing & misbehavior of the official is conducted in guilt is punished
in the interest of justice. If any evidence required I am ready to produce.

I am the restaurant owner in Rishikesh .Generally we serve the MTR gulab jamun in our restaurant .But we heard about the amul gulab jamun that amul gives 26 pieces of gulab jamun in 1 kg tin.Just to make a little profit i got so many complaints from my customers regarding gulab jamun.Because the inner portion of the gulab jamun is just like a stone.Then i tried myself .I found that i eat the worst gulab jamun of my life ...I always thought that no one have the risght to give suggestions to some one else .But today i want to suggest amul that pls don't bring the products in the market in which they have no experience ...I have the sample with me ..IF anyone want to check pls contact me ... i can show the gulab jamun(sweet stones ) prepared by amul company ..

Hello, as per rules and regulations no one can charge more than MRP . But, most of the Amul dealers are charging one rupe more than the MRP stating that its the refrigeration cost. Doesn't amul provide them sufficient margin ?? Also, the Amul dealer near my home runs a card system wherein we have to pay half amount between 1st to 5th of the month and half amount at the end of the month. Now, any time if we pay lately then he charges one rupee extra on each milk bag for the entire month. I think this is a real injustice done to the customers because 1) It is not legal to charge more than MRP 2) The dealers have made the rule to charge Re.1 above MRP after 8 am as they have to refrigerate the milk bags. So, if between 15th to 20th of the month, I pay entire amount then also the dealer will charge Re.1 extra for the entire month irrespective of the time I purchase milk.. Can you please suggest what can I do in this matter? Where I can lodge a complain regarding this? I hope for your prompt and positive reply . Thank You, Ekta Kamlani

Hello Sir, Today I went to purchase amul taaza milk from my nearby kiran shop at bhayander west.. he told higher price than MRP. I need 1 liter milk and he told me 35 RS. I told him why r u charge more than MRP, he said we need to earn 1 RS . Amul milk cost rs 17 to us...so. hope you take some action on this...Even, I read ur consumer forum many city are facing same promblem...Why r u not taking some action on such shop ...

I have been purchasing amul full cream milk(gold) for so many years. Of late I have observed that the colour of the milk is off white and that the colour of ghee made from the cream taken out from this milk is muddish, whereas earlier it used to be absolutely clear.Earlier there was a print on the pouch that no dry milk powder is added to the milk whereas this print has now been removed, meaning thereby that dry milk powder is being added to the milk now.can the reaso for this change be explained?

I am a resident of Bopal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I would like to draw your attention that one of the amul milk supplier (retailer) at the same place (Opp. sales india, bopal) is charging more than the MRP mentioned on the pack. Since only one shop is selling amul milk near by, no other shop is available in the area so we have no option but to pay that higher price. The MRP of amul gold as mentioned is Rs 21 per pack of 500 mL but we have to pay Rs 22. statement is given by retailer that he is using refreigerator to store the milk therefore after 8.00 AM onwards if we want to purchase milk then should be charge one extra ruppes for each pack. Since it is a consumabable item which should be free from such type of abnormal priceses as already it is being paid by customer hence a strict action has to be taken by the company against all the retailer who are charging extra on MRP. I also have a video of Curd. I am a resident of raipur, since one month i have observed that i am receiving Adulterated milk, the milk packets are supplied by Amul Brand and Devbhog Brand. I am consuming amul milk since 2 years. When we prepare tea or milk or any hot products of milk, we find no symptoms but when we consume it as curd i found the difference. The curd gets converted a sticky and like lubricating substance. Plz look into the matter. For any further details plz contact me. Hi, I stay in Mira Road(East). The grocery stores near by charge extra Rs. 1 or 2 for 500ml of milk over the MRP. On inquiring they either say its cooling charge or if interested we need to purchase it or leave it. If the law says, that we can bargain on MRP why are these cheats charging us more? Its not the matter of giving them a Re.1 extra and its a question of why should we.

Yesterday I have Purchase 10 SUNDAE Ice Cream from Local Amul Retailer (Garden Ice Cream Corner, Valsad) While Eating it I found Small Plastic Chips Inside which is really shocking, Total chips count is more then 10 Plus.

I really respect the Brand which stop me to put the same on Social Networking Site.

Its very much disappoint the way Quality is Measure.

Last few days I am purchased amul cake pieces (8x10gm,1x500gm) From Distributor M/s. Puran Chand Mitha Ram. When I am read the quantity this pieces this is not proper quantity. In the packet is not proper complete on my order When I am contact with distributor regarding this, he called me that I am not responsible all this. Kindly solve this my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I shall very big loss........

I have been charged on Amul milk of half litre Rs 1.50 higher than the MRP which is Rs 15.50.When i protested they say that it is upto
you to buy it or not but he the retailer would not charge on MRP.When i went to another shop at area 4 he charged .50paisa more.
As i have to buy milk i purchased by paying .50 more on MRP.The reason for them to charge more is that there is no dealer of amul
milk in Maithon and they procure the milk from neibouring west bengal on black,which is not satisfying.This rate variation is all over
Maithon.

Your strict action would be highly oblliged by me and all those consumer who are being cheated .

i bought a "amul pure ghee " 1 ltr packet yesterday. but when i was using that i was shocked to find out that it doesnot have any taste or aroma at all.
it seems that somebody is making these fake products under the disguise of amul name. it ll be good to see if the matter is really looked in to as i saw so many people complaining about the same on various online forums also.

Amul parlor located at Tulshidham char rasta,Manjalpur,Vadodara - 390011.

This amul parlor - Authorized Dealer & distributor of amul dairy products like Ice cream,curds,butter milk etc.

Person sit at parlor charges extra 1 INR on each of product. If ask for justification of extra money, Give the excuse of MRP outside Gujarat.

Example : Chocobar having MRP as 12 INR within Gujarat & 15 INR outside Gujarat But person charging 15 INR per chocobar in spite of amul parlor located in Gujarat only. Stall owner doing this to all the products of Amul.

Request you to check also personally if feel to do so.

Person is too much arrogant if asked for justification towards extra money.

Today Morning we had opened a Visibly Undamaged pack of Amul Tazza
Batch no GAT1231 12:35:28 mfg date 03/05/13 A3

We out of blind faith gave it to our Infant kid who was reluctant to have it but somehow had it


Post this we happened to tast it & to our horror found it to be sour .

This is very strange as the packet was in good condition with no visible external signs of damage

This was ordered online at ekstop.com

Could someone look into this & provide a justification

The taste of Pista piece has been changed (SOUR) some Bad taste of pista.

I am resident of Shahpur, Ahmedabad, nr Amul parlour (harshiddhi parlour) he charged higher price than MRP printed on butter milk of Amul pouch form consumer.and if we oppose to pay higher price then they ask it is demandable product people buy more than rs 11.00 aganist rs. 9.00 MRP if you want to by than by otherwise go alse where

so may i request you to pls take action agaist this parlour owner and do needful for general public
