Dear sir/Madam,
I stay in KLharadi, pune. The grocery shop "OM Super Store"right opposite(and opposite to Zensar Pvt ltd) to my apartment charges higher price for amul taza milk. He charges 30rs per litre where as the printed price is 29 rs. This can be checked when anyone walks in and ask for milk at this place. When I raised objection, the shopkeeper misbehaved me and also challenged me to complain with the authorities...

All distributors in Samalkha are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION THAT WHILE HAVING A BITE OF AMUL CHOCOLATE I FOUND A PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS THAT I WAS ABOUT TO BREAK THINKING IT A PIECE OF ALMOND SEED. UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN'T BREAK IT AND INSTEAD WHEN I TOOK OUT THE BIT I FOUND IT A PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS. THE INJURIES ARE MINOR.BUT NEED A PROPER HINDRANCE TO THE GRIEVANCE.

I have a concern with AMUL, MAHANAND milk Prise in MMRDA,DURGA NAGAR,JOGESHWARI(E),MUMBAI area.
I am finding milk is very costly in above mention areas. There are many shops in Pune selling products which have expired 4 years back. One of them is Shining Star located in Sunshree Apartments, NIBM Road, Pune. Some action should be taken by Amul to recall products which have reached expiry. We were recently offered an Ice cream of the year 2008, when it expires in 6 months. This happened on 21st April 2012....

regarding amul milk retail purchase, i am being extra charged( more than MRP) by my retailer in my locality, shopkeeper giving a reason the amount of commission is very less in amul milk, and as per the shopkeeper the whole sale dealer in my locality is aware of this. i just love amul and its products and i do not want to stop consuming it as well. but if amul is going to provoke such things i have to make this into media as amul is supporting...

This is the first time I have seen this quality of ice-cream. I bought 2 family packs of Kaju Draksh (750 ml x 2) last week 26-Mar. The manufactured date was Oct 11 & batch no. is dak2901. You can clearly make out powder like component in the icecream & taste had different flavor. It was a complete waste of money.

Today while boiling AMUL Pasteurized MILK at home i found that milk was synthetic....it burned and sticked at base of vessel which i was using for boiling milk.... first i thought it was my mistake due to which milk got burned and got stick at vessel's base, so for correcting my mistake i thought of making PANEER out of it, so as process goes on, i added lime juice and boiled it again but milk remained same then i used salt....then...curd...

Kindly do the needful for the complaint I would like to raise against the retailer shops of amul products in case CHAMUNDA DAIRY PARLOUR,IN THE LANE OF D-MART,NR.TV9,NEAR SAPTAPADI AVANUE,JIVRAJ PARK is taking 1 re extra on all amul products every time of single purchase from the customers, being a constant purchaser and user of AMUL PRODUCT whole area is spending extra more than 6000rs per month to particular dairy parlour for puchasing...

I bought a 1 lit+ 250ml free AMUL ice cream pack,straw berry flavour from alocal dealer in Nungambakkam on 18th MARCH AT 9.00PM.it has been packed on oct 11 batch no ZPK2862 MRP 100RS.

I recently bought Amul Taaza milk in half litre pouches from a retail milk shop in Mumbai. I bought a total of 5 liters. As per MRP of 14.50 rupees for half litre, the total works out to be Rs. 145 for 5 liters. However, the shopkeeper charged Rs. 150, saying that Amul milk is Rs. 30 per liter.
