I Had Purchased a Amul Ice-cream cone (chocolate Flavor ) , I Found The Taste Is Very Bad And Also The It Smells Very Bad.
God Knows What Happens To Amul Company.
The Quality Is Going Very Low..

From now i don't ever purchase any amul ice cream and also suggest my friends and every people who likes amul ice creams to not to buy those ice creams .

I really hate this company ....

I have been a amul milk seller for a long time..bt since last week 5-6 packets of milk out of the whole lot r leakage daily..
due to which my 80 to 100 litres sell per day is suffering a lot.. if it continues I'l Hv to give up the task..
so kindly update me about your view in the regard..
So that I may or may not take it forward..

I purchased a 1 kg Pure Amul ghee from Apna bazar mulund west about a month back and after using part of it i observed a wax type o[censored]n resolvable material at the bottom in the balance 30% of the pouch.
A complaint no 397 dated 24/09/2012 was registered with the companies Mumbai office.After about three days a sales man named Vikash Mandal visited and wanted to give me a replacement and insisted that i handover the balance pouch to...

I bought an Amul Fundoo milk chocolate with the Batch Number KIP1811 & packed on 06/12 from a Retail Shop in Bangalore 560076 on 1-Oct-2012. while buying the chocolate the pack was intact and neat. But when I opened the pack to give to my two year old daughter, I was shocked to see live worms in it and it had turned completely bad.

If I had an older child I would have given the whole packet to the child and could not imagine the consequences. This kind of carelessness was least expected from the reputed brand. As a responsible parent , I am greatly disappointed and disturbed by this incident. I went back to the shop to complain and they suggested to complain to Amul's customer care. I had registered a complaint on their website and email, However there is no response from them.

kindly do the needful to avoid such mistakes/carelessness and take necessary steps to ensure the quality of your products of which most of the consumers are innocent children. I am writing this mail to ensure that no one gets affected in the future.

they say that i[censored] want milk at it's mrp than collect it before 9 am then after we will charge 1rs per 500 ml

I have bought out 6 # Shakti milk bag from Paldi , At the time of
boiling at Home on the same day , We found that milk was not in good
condition.

This happened to all bag while checking one by one.

Immediately we have informed & logged complaint by me to local
customer support :[protected] on same day with all required details
requested by the person

Even after number of follow up we are not getting any solution.

Really it is surprise to see such type of response from one of the
major milk federation.

If will not get response / solution we force to take up with Chairman
of Amul and consumer support.

This to share my experience regarding the type of Amul Taaza Milk packets that we receive everyday. From quiet some time I was getting milk which tasted a bit sour and wierd. Even the curd formed form the milk was very watery and sticky in consistancy. The milk had also curdled qute a few times . But on 30th August 2012 when I checked the Packects closely I realised there was a difference on one edge of the packing , which was smooth than the rest of the package. I Immediately contacted the customer care no. given on the pack and the CSE told me to call Mr Santosh who handles the Kandivali Area Distribution Incharge. When I called Santosh, he gave me no. of Mr Manoj Kavike and said he is in charge of milk distribuion in my area. So I called Manoj , who very coolly said that he was busy right now and would come in the evening to check the packets. I waited for him the whole evening, but he he did not appear. I called him the next day again and he very shamelessly said that he had forgotten about my complaint and would definetly come today evening. The same thing happened again I waited and he did not turn up. Next day I called Santosh again and he assured me he will see to it that somebody will take care of my complaint immediately.Today is the 4th Sept 2012, so this is going on from past 6 days, but nobody has even bothered to revert back, forget about taking action. In the meanwhile I had also warned my delivery vendor and since then I am getting proper milk packets .

But the thing which bothers me is the casual attitude of the authorities in charge for whom a complaint about adulteration is so unimportant that they do not have the time to come and check the milk packets. I also want to know if I' m only one who faced this problem or everybody in the Asha Nagar area or the whole area is receiving adlterrated Amul milk packets.

Amul milk packets have poor quality milk and even there are packets which have 1.5liters of milk instead of 1 liter. Same sized packets of milk have different quantity..some are only half full while others are filled up to the top, if these packets are emptied and dimension of the packet are measured...it is exactly the same. which means that there is a problem.

The problem is not limited to milk but other products like butter milk have the quality issues too.

Milk is very necessary drink for our children . If the milk is not good or mixed with other injections and Kerosene then its very harful for our socity and for our children too.

This should be stopped by taking strick action by the government so that everyone in our country get good quality of milk .

Yesterday my whole family is suffering from bad quality of milk which we had buy it from More General store. We had buy 2 ltrs of Amul Taza Milk which includes kerosene and as human being can't drink . Even after drinking that milk my baby who is hardly 1.5 year started doing Vomiting.

Who will be responsible for all this on our country. This type of products should be banned for the year only then they will came to know which the meaning of life or else we have to tell the company person to drink that bad quality of milk so that they will realise the meaning of life .

If you need the sample of the milk then I had also save that with me at my home .

No one can drink that milk as its give us faul smell

Dear Sir/Mam,
on 17-08-12 I purchased two bottle of Amul cool kesar flavoured from a society market where I am staying in Jamshedpur for few days due to some official work, on 18-08-12 in the night I opened one of them, As soon as I drank the last sip I felt something inside my mouth, I immediately go to Washbasin for vomit, then I saw the very small - small fine glass in Washbasin, I was surprised & shocked to see this thing, what the Amul Dairy is doing with human being's life,
to confirm the glass in milk again I draw the rest milk on my palm,
man what the hell is going on .....i was senseless, what I did b'coz some of the pieces I have swallowed with milk earlier, Now I am not feeling ok, so first I decided to aware all the amul lovers about the truth as well as amul too. If something going wrong to my health then Amul will be responsible for that.

I do not have the camera otherwise I would share the glass piece & bottle, but both things are with me & I will take the necessary action when I will reach to delhi.

They don't care for anybody's life actually amul is playing with our life.

The batch no. of this product (Amul cool kesar flavoured) which is given on the bottle neck is...

Here in Airoli sector 4 there is a shop Mataji Dhanya Bhandar. The shop owner there charged Rs.1 extra on purchase of 1/2 litre packet of milk. Everyone is paying without asking. Also on packaged cold drinks bottles they are demanding Rs.2 everytime as a cooling charges.
Is it legal to pay extra on MRP?
Everywhere everyshops in this area demand extra for cooling charges. When will this stops?
I think there is a shop owner's lobby that rules here to extract more money from consumers.

I HAVE PURCHASED "AMUL GHEE" FROM GRAIN MARKET OF SEC-26 CHANDIGARH WHICH COSTS ME RS.320 IS OF VERY BAD/LOW GRADE. HAVE NO TASTE, NO NATURAL SMELL AND NOT MELT NATURALLY EVEN IN HOT SUMMER DAYS.
AGAIN I HAVE PURCHASED SAME GHEE FROM "RELIANCE FRESH STORE" PANCHKULA FOR AUTHENTICITY BUT HERE IS SAME GHEE HAVING NO NATURAL SMELL, NO TASTE AND HAVING MELTING POINT HIGH.
I AM SOME BIT DOUBTFUL THAT FAKE GHEE IS SUPPLYING HERE WITH AMUL BRAND POUCH VERY HEAVILY.SO BY THESE LINES I JUST WANT TO REQUEST THAT KINDLY TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY FOR SAKE OF COMPANY AND HEALTH OF PEOPLE OF INDIA.

I purchased 3 litres of milk from a shop Raj Purohit Sweets in Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa. The milk has a terrble chemical taste to it in all 6six 500 ml packets. Please check the shop/ditributor for adulterating the milk

I am a regular user of dairy products and go with big brands only as i assume that they r safe to use to the fullest extent but to my surprise I recently discovered a big flaw in some products of AMUL. Firstly it was hard to believe that it can happen with a company like AMUL where safety standards are so high and they set benchmark standards for others as well. Few days ago I purchased 1 Ltr tetra pack of Amul butter milk ( Masti Chach ) and there were few warnings mentioned like dont buy puffed or leaky packs , best before 180 days from manufacturing date , needs no refrigeration till opened etc but i was wondering what to do with the product once it has been opened . Generally what we see in similar category products that once u break the seal u r required to strictly refrigerate the product and consume within 24/48 hrs only but this kind of warning was no where written in the pack. so i thought may be it can only expire after 180 days only whether u break the seal or not so i used to consume it daily along with my family members for several days after opening but after few days i realized that the taste was deteriorating slowly day by day. As i wrote before that there was no warning mentioned after breaking the seal what to do with the product i ignored the taste and kept on having that buttermilk till a day when i suffered with serious health conditions just after a little while taking that buttermilk in the morning. i just purchased AMUL KOOL LASSI 1 LTR pack few days ago and i am seeing that no warning has been mentioned in that pack also about what to do once u open the seal. I need extremely strict action against AMUL for this horrible act & i need full compensation by AMUL for this stupid act of playing with one's health.

I stay in KLharadi, pune. The grocery shop "OM Super Store"right opposite(and opposite to Zensar Pvt ltd) to my apartment charges higher price for amul taza milk. He charges 30rs per litre where as the printed price is 29 rs. This can be checked when anyone walks in and ask for milk at this place. When I raised objection, the shopkeeper misbehaved me and also challenged me to complain with the authorities against the shopkeeper.Shopkeeper also given reason that one rupees for Electricity charge.

May I bring it to your kind attention that this kind of loot is really encouraging other shop keepers to sell daily need stuffs higher than the mrp. I request you kindly to take appropriate action against these kind of shop keepers.

All distributors in Samalkha are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same.Amul...

THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION THAT WHILE HAVING A BITE OF AMUL CHOCOLATE I FOUND A PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS THAT I WAS ABOUT TO BREAK THINKING IT A PIECE OF ALMOND SEED. UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN'T BREAK IT AND INSTEAD WHEN I TOOK OUT THE BIT I FOUND IT A PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS. THE INJURIES ARE MINOR.BUT NEED A PROPER HINDRANCE TO THE GRIEVANCE.

I have a concern with AMUL, MAHANAND milk Prise in MMRDA,DURGA NAGAR,JOGESHWARI(E),MUMBAI area.
I am finding milk is very costly in above mention areas. Now most of the booth and retailers are charging Rs.1 for 1/2 ltr packet.I used to buy 2ltrs in a day and i am paying Rs.4 extra per day.By this in a month i am paying Rs.60 extra in a month. I have lived in Gujarat , Ahmedabad, Baroda ,borivali but I am facing this problem in this area.
Rest of the places they are charging the price of milk which is mentioned there in their Packet.If we asked he telling that he is charging for referigerator maintanace.How other states are maintaing their referigerator? or "madam aapko lena hai tho lo nahi tho jao".I felt like we dont have the rights to ask them.
If this is the case how we survive here in Mumbai.
