dirty milk supplied by amul gujrat co-operative milk marketing fedration gujrat so many times i complained but i have no response from amul milk co.and no response from fda mumbai to consume amul taza milk me and my family so many times admited in hospital in the aforesaid circumstances i suffered mentaly,physically and monetary rs 100000 due to your amul taza milk and i going to file complained against you before the consumer forum for loss to me and my famaily

I bought a 1 lit+ 250ml free AMUL ice cream pack,straw berry flavour from alocal dealer in Nungambakkam on 18th MARCH AT 9.00PM.it has been packed on oct 11 batch no ZPK2862 MRP 100RS.
ON TASTING THE ICECREAM WE FEEL GRAINS OF SANDS IN IT .KINDLY ADVISE IF WE HAVE TO DISCARD THE PACK OR IS IT CONSUMABLE.
EARLIER WE PURCHASED FROM THE SAME DEALER PISTA FLAVOUR 300ML,BUT ON OPENING THE PACK WE FOUND THE PACK WAS NOT FUULY PACKED.WE REPORTED TO THE DEALER IMMEDIATELY.HE SAID HE IS HELPLESS.
KINDLY LET US KNOW WHAT SHOULD BE DONE FURTHER?

I HAVE PURCHASE TO SATURDAY EVENING FOR MY WIFE BOTH PURCHASING TO RELIANCE FRESH AMUL ICE CREME CHECKERS. AMUL ICE-CREME MRP PRISE FOR 160/- RS. AND I HAVE PURCHASING AND GOING TO BILLING COUNTER BUT BILLING COUNTER MAN SAID THIS AMUL ICE-CREME OUR SYSTEM PRISE FOR RS.250/- I AM SUCKED AND COMPLAIN THIS RELIANCE FRESH MANAGER AND HE SAID AMUL COMPANY PRICE HIS MY SYSTEM IS RIGHT AND HA WAS TALLED ME AMUL COMPANY MARKETING DEPARTMENT RETURN TO THIS PRODUCT. BUT I HAVE ANOTHER AMUL DISTRIBUTERS SHOP PURCHASE TO THIS PRODUCT AND PAY TO ONLY RS.160/- MRP. SO I HAVE COMPLAIN TO MRP TO UPPER RATE FOR RELIANCE FRESH .

I am a resident of Khadakpada, Kalyan(W), Pin-421301. Here in every home we usually purchase daily Amul Taaza Milky Milk 500ml packet which is manufactured by Kaira District Co-op Milk Producers Union Ltd., Anand – 388001, MMPO Rc No. 81/R-MMPO/93, processed & packed by Kaira Can Co. Ltd, Plot D-59, TTC Industrial Estate MIDC, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai – 400705, MMPO RC No.: 208/R-MMPO/95 & Igloo Dairy Services Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. – D-57, TTC Industrial Area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai – 400705, MMPO RC No.: 293/R-MMPO/2002.

In the packet MRP is mentioned as Rs. 14.50 (Incl. of all taxes) & no where it is mentioned on the packet that the extra other charges will be borne by the customer. But every day we need to pay Rs. 16.00 to the shopkeeper instead of actual MRP Rs. 14.50. Even they are not ready to reduce the cost.

As per Consumer Protection Act, 1986, consumers are strictly advised not to pay more than Retail Price or MRP even the retailer is ready to give the home delivery facility as the consumer is not utilizing any service of the service provider. An extra amount can only be charged in restaurants where additional services are provided.

But in our area without providing any home delivery or any other facility they are straight away charging Rs. 1.50 extra on every packet of Amul Taaza Milky Milk 500ml.

Please take necessary action on the above mentioned incident.

shopkeeper Mr. gauri shanker (shop is opp.pocket A-10. gate kalkaji exten. new delhi.) supplies amul milk daily at home.Today the 1 lit. pouch was leaking and the seam line was also tempered. The shop keeper is neither taking the responsibility nor replacing the pouch.kindly take severe action against the culprits and inform me.

This is a complaint against the quality of milk we are getting in our area. We have brought this to the notice of our local vendor a few times before, and he ensured us of our complaint being forwarded to the concerned people/department of Amul, but seems he did not do it.

I recently bought Amul Taaza milk in half litre pouches from a retail milk shop in Mumbai. I bought a total of 5 liters. As per MRP of 14.50 rupees for half litre, the total works out to be Rs. 145 for 5 liters. However, the shopkeeper charged Rs. 150, saying that Amul milk is Rs. 30 per liter. When I pointed out the MRP on the pack, he said that the price has increased and that the packet is old. When I challenged him further, he agreed that he is charging 1 rupees extra per liter - but he flatly refused to give the bill and said that everyone in the area charges the same rate (which is true - I checked with other shops in the area and some of them are in fact charging Rs. 31 per litre).

The number of the shop owner is[protected]. Can you take immediate action against this shop and other shops in this area by sending in your investigation/ consumer complain teams? I expect that I would see some action coming in from your end, as there are a number of online forums where I see various complains about this previously, but obviously, the fact that this practice is rampant means that no much concrete action has been taken yet.

I purchased a 750 ml Raj Bhog icecream pack of Amul from Pratiksha Stores, Lokhandwala Township, Kandivili East on 11th December 2011. On consuming the icecream, there was a foul odour and a bitter taste. On verification on the pack of icecream it was found that the month of manufacturing was 05/2011. On inquiring with the shopkeeper he said that he cannot do anything and that the complaint has to be made to the company. The expiry date of the icecream was on 6 months from the date of manufacture. However it seems the store is selling the items beyond the stipulated period. Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly.

I PURCHASED AMUL GHEE TODAY FROM MY NEAR BY KIRANA STORE AFTER OPEN THE PACK I FOUND THAT GHEE QUALITY IS NOT PROPER ,BECAUSE I AM A REGULAR COUNSUMER OF AMUL GHEE ONLY BUT I FOUND THIS TYPE OF QULITY FIRST TIME.WHEN I MADE COMPLAIN WITH SHOP KEEPER HE BLUNTLY SAID I CANT DO ANY THING ABOUT THIS AND ADVISE ME TO DO COMPLAIN WITH COMPANY.SIR THIS IS DIRECTLY CHEETING WITH THE CONSUMER BECAUSE ALL THE PRODUCT IS BEING SOLD BY THE SHOPKEEPER AND SHOPKEEPER IS NOT READY TO TAKE RESPOSIBILITY.

I had bought 1 litre of Amul Taaza Milky Milk on[protected] from a store near my house. On opening the said polypack I found that it smells like powder milk and it was bad in smell. The sample is retained with me. I request you to please send someone to check the same sample in order to prevent the mistake at the part of the company.

I had bought 3 liters of Amul Taaza milk Batch no. : A 05 DEC 2011 SY on[protected]. On opening the poly pack of milk it looked and smells like powder milk mixed in water and on boiling the the same it became more thinner with no cream and with foul smell.

Again on[protected] I had bough 3 liters of Amul Taaza milk with batch no. : B 06 DEC 2011 SY which I found of same poor qwality as yesterday. There were other peoples too complaining about the poor qwality of milk, but the shopkeeper neither refunded nor replaced the said milk.

I had phoned the Delhi Customer Care no. : 28524337 on[protected] and the lady over phone said that your (AMUL) rep. will contact me to take the samples of the same but she was not interested to note my address or phone number and I sorry to say that NO BODY HAS APPORCHED ME TILL DATE. Its not easy to store 6 liters of extra boiled milk in small space in fridge.

we are using amul milk from last Three months in The month of November 2011 after 20Th Nov we have not received good quality milk it was heavily giving smell and we were not able to drink we have made complaint to distributor m/s shivam amul parlor Mr pralad bagda A -26 chitrakoot stadium market vaishali nagar Jaipur to check The milk but he didn't respond we are very surprised but from 20 Nov to 26 Nov we found same problem in The milk and we request to amul dairy distributor to check The quality of complaint but he said we have no margin to supply milk n we are doing free service to provide you milk and we have no guarantee about The quality of milk i[censored] want to take milk Then you take oTherwise we will not supply its your wish after That we stopped The supply The milk and requested to him to refund our balance payment. he refunded only 120/- in lieu of Rs 174/- (4 days 27 to 30 Nov and 2 days he skipped The supply in November total 6 [protected]@29/- p kg) we are very surprised That The amul dairy should be a quality product company but we found The negative response.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased 1 packet of Amul Paneer –200gm from

Mr.Subir’s Shop
73, College Road,
Ground Floor,

When opened the packet we found that the Paneer inside is smelling rotten and immediately gone back to shop to request for change through your company representative and bought another packet from the Shop at 19, College Road, Howrah-711103 which smells perfectly!

Today When I have gone back to the shop for replacement of the earlier packet he behaved very improperly and said that the AMUL representative refused to replace and told the paneer is perfect! Without loosing my tembper I have taken back the paneer to my home and left my Phone number for a call by AMUL representative to Mr.Subir.

If this the condition of your AMUL representative & dealer of AMUL product , I have to change to some other brand who at least behave properly with a lady!

Complaint against the Amul Tazza Milky Milk



i have sent the sample to the Manesar Amul Plant though mr.manish on dated 27/09/2011 but when i contact him about the report of Amul Milk they have not given a response and my case is being closed without giving me a report



i have decided to go the health ministry and PRD because of harrasment of consumer



the complaint is as follows:

(We are buying amul milk pouches for a long time but lately say since yesterday there is a peculiar smell in the milk feels like some kind of a chemical. When I Tasted than i suffered from loose motion I have to go to the clinic for taking the medicine I m very much frustrated with the milk quality my family including children also took it and suffered from stomach



I m going to send that milk in laboratory because after consuming half of it I felt the bad decomposed test is unbearable. I stopped drinking the amul milk .



I was astonished to see way of the official dealt with me



Feels as if they put milk powder as apart from milk there is something else which sticks to the bottom Without casting any aspersion on the community the milk is generally tasteless and innumerable.

So far as mother dairy is concerned, govt has added responsibility as state/ Central govt has financial share in AMUL dairy.

Its injury to our health very badly

Amul Milk and some more products are getting sold on more than whatever MRP is printed in a Departmental Store "Bhairunath Dairy", Ashok Nagar, Marol, Off. Military Road, Andheri(E).
On asking, he shouted that he will keep on selling the products on more than MRP to make more profit.

I and my friends are getting suffered due to these kind of problems.

this amul ghee(1kg pack for Rs.400 approx) which i purchased a few weeks ago is tasteless and causing burning sensation in stomach every time i use it. Please see this as urgent cause i doubt about its genuiness too. It may b others product in your name that they are selling coz i cant even think of amul supplying tht kind of products. M very much assured about Amul's quality and this is for first time that i am complaining about amul product.

i was travelling back to nagpur and had purchased an ice-cream from a vendor at raipur station. he is selling amul ice-cream which has already crossed the expiry date. the hawker puts his stall on plat form no 1.
i'd complained the same to the TT. and here making a note
hope to seek remedy from this.
