we are using amul milk from last Three months in The month of November 2011 after 20Th Nov we have not received good quality milk it was heavily giving smell and we were not able to drink we have made complaint to distributor m/s shivam amul parlor Mr pralad bagda A -26 chitrakoot stadium market vaishali nagar Jaipur to check The milk but he didn't respond we are very surprised but from 20 Nov to 26 Nov we found same problem in The milk and we request to amul dairy distributor to check The quality of complaint but he said we have no margin to supply milk n we are doing free service to provide you milk and we have no guarantee about The quality of milk i[censored] want to take milk Then you take oTherwise we will not supply its your wish after That we stopped The supply The milk and requested to him to refund our balance payment. he refunded only 120/- in lieu of Rs 174/- (4 days 27 to 30 Nov and 2 days he skipped The supply in November total 6 [protected]@29/- p kg) we are very surprised That The amul dairy should be a quality product company but we found The negative response.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased 1 packet of Amul Paneer –200gm from

Mr.Subir’s Shop
73, College Road,
Ground Floor,
Howrah-711103

When opened the packet we found that the Paneer inside is smelling rotten and immediately gone back to shop to request for change through your company representative and bought another packet from the Shop at 19, College Road, Howrah-711103 which smells perfectly!

Today When I have gone back to the shop for replacement of the earlier packet he behaved very improperly and said that the AMUL representative refused to replace and told the paneer is perfect! Without loosing my tembper I have taken back the paneer to my home and left my Phone number for a call by AMUL representative to Mr.Subir.

If this the condition of your AMUL representative & dealer of AMUL product , I have to change to some other brand who at least behave properly with a lady!

Complaint against the Amul Tazza Milky Milk



i have sent the sample to the Manesar Amul Plant though mr.manish on dated 27/09/2011 but when i contact him about the report of Amul Milk they have not given a response and my case is being closed without giving me a report



i have decided to go the health ministry and PRD because of harrasment of consumer



the complaint is as follows:

(We are buying amul milk pouches for a long time but lately say since yesterday there is a peculiar smell in the milk feels like some kind of a chemical. When I Tasted than i suffered from loose motion I have to go to the clinic for taking the medicine I m very much frustrated with the milk quality my family including children also took it and suffered from stomach



I m going to send that milk in laboratory because after consuming half of it I felt the bad decomposed test is unbearable. I stopped drinking the amul milk .



I was astonished to see way of the official dealt with me



Feels as if they put milk powder as apart from milk there is something else which sticks to the bottom Without casting any aspersion on the community the milk is generally tasteless and innumerable.

So far as mother dairy is concerned, govt has added responsibility as state/ Central govt has financial share in AMUL dairy.

Its injury to our health very badly

I bought a packet of curd on 4th Nov'2011 from Rajdhani dairy,DDA market,Sector-9,Rohini ,Delhi-110085.
Its expiry date is 6th but it was stinking very badly. I approached the shop owner but it wasn't of any use. I tried calling your customer care also but no one received my call.

Amul Milk and some more products are getting sold on more than whatever MRP is printed in a Departmental Store "Bhairunath Dairy", Ashok Nagar, Marol, Off. Military Road, Andheri(E).
On asking, he shouted that he will keep on selling the products on more than MRP to make more profit.

I and my friends are getting suffered due to these kind of problems.

this amul ghee(1kg pack for Rs.400 approx) which i purchased a few weeks ago is tasteless and causing burning sensation in stomach every time i use it. Please see this as urgent cause i doubt about its genuiness too. It may b others product in your name that they are selling coz i cant even think of amul supplying tht kind of products. M very much assured about Amul's quality and this is for first time that i am complaining about amul product.

i was travelling back to nagpur and had purchased an ice-cream from a vendor at raipur station. he is selling amul ice-cream which has already crossed the expiry date. the hawker puts his stall on plat form no 1.
i'd complained the same to the TT. and here making a note

Dear Sir,
Yesterday evening I purchased Amul Ghee 1 Kg paper box container from
local market at Jawala Heri, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 and
opened just half an hour ago. Ghee is in complete liquid form with
orange in colour. It also gives diferent in smell. We are regular
user of Amul Products. Ghee always in light cream or white in colour
whereas today it is in orange colour and give odd smell.

You are requested to send your representative immediately and get it
changed. I am giving below my address and contact number.

I have also sent the complain on e-mail "[protected]@amul.com" today morning at 7.55 AM but still I have not received any phone call or reply to my mail.

I purchased one Ltr pack of amul ghee from Dehradun market. Detail of pack,

this ghee is having solid pieces in it while ghee in liquid form. It seems that there is something mixed in it which is harmful. Please look into the metter and do the needful for our satisfaction.

I bought a packe of Amulya Dairy Whitener 500g on 16/8/2011 from Reliance Fresh, 60ft road, Bhayander (W). This packet has got an MRP Rs 119.00 with an offer of Rs 5.00/- off on MRP. This offer is printed boldly on the front side of the pack. But instead of giving Rs 5.00 off they are charging full MRP Rs 119.00.
On top of that this shop has got a price-lable of Rs 124.00 on the shelf for the same product. When I confronted with the Shop Incharge Mr. Pankaj Diwedi about Rs 5.00 off, first he was trying to convience me with some wrong explanation and then he told me we can't give you Rs 5.00 off. If you want to buy it, it's up to you or you forget it. I gave a written complain at the same time in shop in the complaint book. Later I sent a mail with complaint to Amulya Dairy company. On not getting any respond finaly I called up the company's help line and spoke to Ms Ruchi on 18/8/2011 and she told me the shop has charged me extra. And she is going to take up this issue with Reliance Fresh's Management. Then I sent a mail with complaint to Reliance Fresh as well. But none of them has got back to me yet. Can we expect this kind of customer services from two big corpotates of the country?

I have just bought a Amul masti dahi it cost rs10 but when i opened the Dahi its out dated item in newly packed wrapper and when i go to to shop to return this product he sayed its not mne fault and talk to Amul customer care but one received my call .
I need help the company is fraud and they cheat people its not quality. Its totally looks like a liquid milk because dahi looks totally diiferent may be wah zama hua hota hai.

I am a retailer of amul milk and my retail shop is hindustan dairy, shop no. 7 c-block market anand vihar, delhi-110092. the yesterday supply that we got from your distributor raj dairy, located in jhilmil colony was found to be full of comlaints.. we are still getting the phone calls from our customers for complain. the complain is found in overall in the whole supply. i am myself consuming amul milk 2 liters of amul gold and 1 liter of double toned milk nd it also got bad.
i would request you to take corrective actions as soon as possible refund us as quickly as possible as we are lossing our customers and you are also losing your big brand name which provide customer the quality products.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My family is a regular customer of Amul Taaza & Amul Gold milk (make) from last couple of years, which is supplied by one of their distributor Gokul Dairy at a shopping complex, opposite east end apartments,gate number - 2,new ashok nagar ,mayur vihar phase 1,extension,Delhi -96. Today after receiving the milk we got it boiled but immiediately it was spoiled,since our neibhour Mr Rahul Uniyal also use the same brand and services from the same distributor ,my father asked them about the status of milk they also faced the same problem,without waisting any time my father went to the distributor regarding the complaint but he was totally shocked as the distributor not only misbehaved but used harsh language and of the view that no body will listen to our problem in the Company,my father in compulsion purchased Mother Dairy milk from the same distributor and he is a senior citizen of 75 years age who expects a good behaviour from the seller but in return such a insulting behaviour that he is still in a mental shocked.
Keeping in mind Amul being one of the great & esteemed organization which really cares for their customer ,resolve there grievences will take strict action because in todays cut throat competition no body wants to loose their customer and bad brand image .

We Shiva Pharmachem Ltd. purchase 20 bag of Amul pack milk everyday. Last three to five days we are noticing that the milk was not good in taste as well when it was hot it smelling badly and foam blow up in the milk.

we think that the milk was made by milk powder. it's taste also like powder milk.

Amul dairy in vadodara increasing price every month but the quality of the milk was bad.

Amul Dairy have not managing quality and doing pure business giving bad and unhealthy milk to the people.

We had taken the Amul's Milk from last 10 - 12 days from different retailers in Gunjan Vapi area. I have observed the New MRP is stamped Rs. 19/- instead of cancelled Old MRP Rs.18/- on 500 ml pack of Amul Milk.

As per the law, the new prise have to printed or print with ink jet. If new MRP print on Old Pack then Old pack should be cancelled first. New MRP stamped with Rubber stamped is not allow.

I have observed the new MRP stamped with rubber stamp without cancelled the old MRP.

is it done by Company or Retailers end?

Costomers like me are given more rupees without paid more tax by company.

I stay at Hadapsar, Pune. The shoppers at DSK Sunderban society takes Rs. 2/ltr (i.e. Rs. 38/ltr) more for Amul Gold Milk. They say that the price has been raised but the bags are printed with old price.

They are doing it only because other milk (Chitale, Warana) has raisen the price.

The 500ml packed Milk of Amul costing Rs.14.50 & Mahananda for Rs.14/- is sold at std price of Rs.16/- to the consumer (i.e Rs.2/- more than MRP). The milk is sold at such high price in whole Versova Village located at Andheri-W. I gave warning to the shopkeepers and told him that he cannot sell the Milk at these prices, he backanswered and said do whatever you want, you cannot damage my business. I feel why consumer has to pay Rs.2/- daily for the product like milk which is used everyday by everyhouses. In this inflated rates if dealers also charge more than how the common man will survive.
Action need to be taken on such small dealers.

On July 6th 2011 I purchase half kilo of Amul Butter from 'Purohit Sweets' in Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune.

While my stay in Bahrain I used to purchase the same Amul brand of Butter and would convert the butter to Ghee - a fairly simple process. The Ghee produced would be of perfect taste, color, texture and fragrance.

Now, back in Pune, Hadapsar - I purchased the amul butter and tried to convert it to Ghee but to my disappointment the Ghee produced is of very inferior quality very pale yellow color, absolutely no smell, tastes insipid and more over the melted so-called Ghee also produced white colour foam which remained in the same form even after the settlement. Instead of giving ghee its golden yellow color, after the settlement the ghee became almost white in color very similar to 'Dalda'.
After the so-called Ghee consumption, I had stomach upset for two days.

Would 'Amul' look into the matter or I shall have the local Health department check into it. I do not mind purchasing another block of Amul butter and submitting it to local authority.

WHY THE PRODUCT EXPORTED IS SUPERIOR TO LOCAL PRODUCT OF SAME BRAND ?

We are the user of Amul milk products. We have joint family and daily usage is approx 10 kg of Amul tone milk in our family . Today the 6Kg milk that we bought in the morning from the shop at Patparganj village , delhi includes 75% of water into it. We kept one packet of it to show you for the proof purpose. Also we have observed that its quality is decreasing day by day . Sometimes it comes in yellow color. We have got fed up with these issues.When we tried to call on the phone number given on the amul packet ,nobody is receiving .So please look into the matter as soon as possible and also inspect the milk sample available with us.

Also the amul milk available in this particular area can only be consumed for one day i.e on one day usabilty and afterwards get expired..if you want to contact us please call at [protected]
