Hi,
Shopkeepers in Bhayander sell the milk of 1/2 lt at Rs 14.50 or Rs 15. The MRP on the packet is Rs 14.
Shopkeepers say the prices have hiked, but then the argument is why to sell more than the MRP. if the prices have hiked then the new MRP should be on the packets.

Hope the Consumer Forum Department would take some action on it.

I had purchased Amu Taaza - 1ltr milk on the 7th of june 2011 from the outlet no 2491 at goregaon west.
Immediately coming home after getting the milk I set it to boil but it became spolit on boiling point. When I went to the milk distributor no 2491 he refused to re-imburse the money & he did not give the replacement also. Please provide justice as he must be cheating innocent customers like me who purchase milk from the same outlet. So this is not a mere question of cheating a single customer but scores of people who are forced to accept his deficiency in service.

I'm resident of Vasundhara Ghazibad (Uttar Pradesh),Im purchasing Amul milk(both full cream & toned) from 3yrs regularly.

1. milk(both full cream & toned) is totally adulterated with chemicals due to which colour of milk always keeps on changing(such as deep yellow).

2. some type of oil is always floating on the surface of milk(full cream)

3. The taste of milk is horrible.

4. If the milk is pure then it must be spoiled with in 2 or 3 days(if not boiled),but this milk not spoiled even in weeks.That shows it's adulterated nature.

Well, list of problems with Amul milk are too long to explain but wrote the major points.
This is my heartly request that you must save your brand goodwill & quality by punishing the right persons doing wrong things,you must not loose your customers with no fault of yours but fault of other shopkeepers.

There was not any delivery of milk on[protected] i was humiliated in front of customers. i called MANISH the A.S.M of company but he did not picked up instead does a message that he will call back later.and i called another a person YADAV the transporter but he said that he does not know anything. then i approached Anand dairy in Gujrat but ther did not received my call. i was help-less and customers were ridiculing me.

Dear Sir/Madam,

From last 1 month i observed AMUL milk supplied in Durg (C.G.) is mixed with some chemical. AMUL Milk test is very much different.

For your verification you can take sample from Tripti Restarent, Padmanabhpur , Durg (C.G.)

Please take this application on behalf of public. Impact of this milk is very much adverse on public in long term

I am expecting immediate and positive action from your end.

This is to inform you that I had purchased a AMUL milk product " AMUL KOOL MILLK SHAAKE Badam " on the 6th May , 2011 from GITA STORES , Purbasha Corner Place Market , Nayabad Avenue , Kolkata - 700094 . The product was fully rotten , curdled and extremely smelly , I had to vomit it from my mouth immediately after drinking the above said product . The product caused me severe stomach upset for which I had to take medicines to improve my condition .

On the 7th of May , 2011 , I reported the incident to the AMUL r customer care phone number[protected] which was printed on the container of the product . The person who took my phone call asked my name , address and phone number and assured me that somebody from the Kolkata Office will come to inspect the product container and also the remaining product in the container .

On the 9th May , 2011 , I sent an e-mail to the AMUL customer care e-mail address printed on the container - " [protected]@amul.com " .

Till date , nobody has yet contacted me or has come to my home to inspect the above container and the above said product . The product has a manufacturing date of Feb 2011 printed on ther bottom of the container with a Serial Number / Bar Code :[protected] embossed on the container of the product .

when v buy milk packet like ( AMUL MILK ) it has print 500ml Rs. 14/- only but they take frm us 15/- for 500ml COZ they say Rs. 1/- cooling in refrigerator & Wen v buy 1litre of AMUL MILK they cost us Rs. 30/- y should v pay for this n even they ask for any cold drinks small cost Rs.9/- they take from us Rs.11/- from us by saying its chilled by refrigerator n they used abusing words like bad words with any ladies n small children's by saying CHUTIYA PLZZ notice dis words n they say this even they dnt care if v complain to consumer court or jagoo grahak jagoo they say its all rubbish ( bakwaas )..SO PLZZ TAKE STRICK ACTION OR I HV 2 DO POLICE CASE AGAINST THEM ..Dis ALL r Going in our AREA SO PLZZ HV A LUK 2 THIS SERIOUS MATTER OR I HV 2 TAKE OUT ANY OTHER WAY 4 THIS PEOPLE WAT THEY THINK ABT THEMSELVES THEY SAYS THIS DO V KNOW MARATHI LANGUAGE WEN V SAY WHO D HEL R U 2ASK US DEN THEY SAY MARATHI NAHI AATI HAI NA TOO BHAAG JAA YAHAN SE NAHI TOO TERI GAAND MAAR DEGE N TERI MAA KI I CANT TKE DIS SO EASY SO TAKE IT STRICK ACTION 4 D SAME OR I L GOING SOME OTHER ACTION NOW ITS UP 2U DEY HAD TOLD ALL DIS 2MY RELATIVES

Dear Sir,
The distributors of Amul Milk charge Rs 1 more on MRP for
500 ml milk bag. I have complaint to the Amul dairy, but recieved
no reply in 15 days.Are they allowed to to do so ? Will Amul dairy
take some steps to benefit rural cosumers or they allow the
distributors to loot the poeple ?

I would like to infom you that in Katwaria Sarai Shopkeepers are selling AMUL CURD at Rs.10 whereas
MRP is Rs.9.
I called to customer care of AMUL department twice but no action is taken.
This problem is related to AMUL distributor.
I asked the shopkeeper they told they bought at Rs.9.30 from AMUL distributor and they take Rs.0.70 profit.
And sell at Rs.10.
This is daily problem.
If they HIKE the price then no problem but exceeding the MRP price is a illegal and not feeling happy by
paying extra money.

I live at bapunagar, ahmedabad. Here also the same problem. Dealer's make unity & take more than MRP. First they told after 8.00 am they charged more for freeze & maintainance but now they charged more even in the morning also. any one can suggest me where i can complaint ? or only one way we all have to close the use of amul? A dream of verges now goes on the wrong path & not card about customers. This much of complaiint & nobody is there to answer? is they bigger than the customer?

i stay in Wakad area in Pune and shopkeepers charge more for the milk..
when we argue that they are not supposed to charge above the MRP,
they have arguments like:
1. Its because of the refrigeration cost.
2. It is because of the rent of our shop that we pay.
n if you argue even further, they say "If you want to take it, then buy at this price, else go away."

Price charged higher than MRP
I am a resident of Mumbai, andheri (W). I would like to draw your attention that all the amul milk suppliers are charging more than the MRP mentioned on the pack. Since everyone in the area is doing so we have no option but to pay that higher price. The MRP of amul gold as mentioned is Rs 5.25..from 200ml.

Shopkeeper charged 6Rs. Per 200Ml.(.75Paisa extra charged)

Dear Sir,
I have Purchased a 1.25 ltr Amul Butter Scotch Brick from Aditya Amul Parlour, Pratap Nagar, Agra (U.P.) on 06/04/2011 for Rs. 125/- and when we opened the brick, we found the taste of the ice cream was drastic muddy. I went to the shopkeeper to return back the ice cream brick, where he refused me to return it back. Some people nearby the shop tasted the ice cream and said that it was drastic muddy. Kindly return back the Ice cream brick. The name of the shopkeeper is Aditya Amul Parlour. Hello I m gopal, I like amul's dairy products & i m a regular buyer of amul milk & buttermilk. But the shopkeepers in our area which is carter road no. 3, charge more than mrp. i.e. the price of amul buttermilk is 7.50 rupees but shopkeepers charge 9 rupees. They even charge 1 rupee extra for milk. When asked about extra charge they say thats what every one does v have no choice they r exploiting us pls help.

Amul Butter has only one dealer in Visakhapatnam, by name Radha Enterprises. They are assuring very body to know that Amul is a monopolistic product. It is very unfortunate that such a reputed firm depends on only one dealer and he misbehaves with the users and spoils the image of the product and organization. I think you should either change the dealer or give more dealerships. The dealer is very high handed and belittles all smaller vendors and his supply chain system is very very discouraging.

Hope this will change.

which was TOTALLY CURDLED.
I emailed AMUL regarding the same and also spoke to the CUSTOMER CARE REP MR. SINHA; gave him details and my address adn he assured me on FRIDAY APRIL 1st, that he will ask his rep in Mumbai to come with a replacement.
Since nobody came I contacted him again on SATURDAY APRIL 2nd and he assured me again that someone would definitely come to my residence.
My feeling is that
AMUL IS TRYING TO PALM OFF DEFECTIVE TETRAPACKS OF CALCI (WHICH IS COSTLIER THAN TAZZA AND MAYBE DOES NOT SELL) IN CARTONS OF TAZZA.
SO CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE.

Hi Team,

Now a days retail shopkeeper are charging above MRP for Amul Taza. The price of Amul Taza is Rs13.50 were as retail shopkeeper are charging Rs14.00.
This I am saying about the shops in Kothrood & Bavdhan area. Few of them are have the MRP price i.e. Rs13.50.

My request is if your team give a surprise check for all these retail shopkeer, so that they will be able to under stand what wrong they are doing.

Our dealer, Kamal milk Daily at Swapna-Nagari and Pande Daiiry at Veena Nagar Phase II, Mulund (W), Mumbai-400080, is charging Rs.29 per liter for Amul Milk and Rs. 15 for 1/2 Liter.

We read aarticle in newspaper "Times of India" Dated 13th Feb 2011, that amul is not hiking milk price by Rs 2. So no changes in Amul milk Hike from Feb 16th onwards and this aarticle shown to both the Milk Centers but they say in paper they saying but actually Amul is also increased alongwith other milk.

But from Nirmal Life style mall and Mulund Colony Milk Center, we got it at 13.50 and 27 rupees for 1/2 and 1 liter.

Same thing explained to KAMAL MILK DAIRY AND PANDY MILK DAIRY at swapna nagari, Veena Nagar,
Mulund (W), Mumbai-80 and they say its old stock of milk plastic puches and not our mistake
we hence had to pay 2 rs extra daily i.e. 60 rs on monthly extra to these cheaters on per liter.

i bought an amul mango dolly iceceam from a dairy shop today.
although the manf date mentioned on the pack is mar 2011 it had a spoilt taste.
infact it tasted salty. after the first bite itself it spoilt the taste of my mouth.
amul is a known brand when it comes to dairy products. this kind of quality is not expected out of it. i dont know abt others but amul has surely lost its 1 loyal customer....
