Complaint about the machine that give fat of milk..

At Vasad Dairy (Amul Branch) the is problem regarding the low fat of milk since many month.
As the same bottle milk gave different different fats..
So please help the people who gave the milk to the dairy. And gave justice...

Dear Sir/Madam,

In my area, Amul Shakti/Gold milk product are sold at higher price than their MRP at two local stores. One of them also sells expired milk sometimes and when argued, owner starts giving irresponsible reply. I am writing this only to ask suggestion whether i should fine alternate to buy these products or there is a scope for any kind of action.

we the resident of mumbai,area goregaon east are getting uhygenic food product.
we buy regular product of amul malai paneer,earlier we didnt had problem but now we notice that in every paacket we find fungus on paneer or the paneer stinks badly.
these paneer are unhygenic for our kids n family.After talking to shopkeeper it was heard that many of his customer face the same problem.
so i request u to take quick action against amul company.

In Andheri (east) Sher e Punjab Colony vicinity, the packed milk is sold for higher prices than the MRP of the packet. All local vendors sell the milk at an inflated price and since no one is ready to give you at MRP, you have no choice but to buy milk at an inflated price. Pls take some immediate action this monopoly of local vendors which is affecting an already inflation hit public.

i purchased milk amul full cream every day for sunil dairy sec6 rohini near petrol pump.he sale me a 1 kg.
on 21 feb in evening at 8.30 p.m.i go & boild in my home in proces of boiling milk gives very bed smell i go to shop being shop is closed at night to i complaint at morning he says ok all right through it in guter.finally he can not be re amburance me and say me to complaint direct to amul.so i complaint.pls reverse me RS. 34. After stories of adulteration of Milk in the plastic packet i switched to tetra packs which cost me more, but always thought is safe & healthy. However i recently got Amul Taaza tetra pack from one of the shopkeepers in my locality (usually I buy from him). I was surprised and shocked to see that the milk tetra pack contained water inside. (See attached picture). If tetra packs have such a quality control in place, i can imagine how safe tetra packs are. Is there any authority in this country, who can ensure that people can atlest get some proper milk to drink. The purpose of tetra pack is to ensure, there is no scope adulteration. When i got back to the shopkeeper, to get the pack exchanged, he said there have been couple of similar complaints few days back.
Here are the details of the pack that contained water. Can someone please check , take some action & get back to me please.
Product: Amul Taaza Tetra pack, Batch No. GAK0081, Date of Manufacture: 8.1.2011, date i opened the pack was 27.02.11. The pack clearly says "Before before 6 months from the Manufacture date (when sealed).

I went to Mahashakti milk shop on Vazira Naka to buy Amul Taza Milk of half liter which is sold by them on Rs.13.50 when the price is printed as Rs 13, but now they are chrging Rs 14 for half liter i know that amul has announced hike in price by 50 paisa but still the printed amount is RS 13.

Please take some action on this they are charging same amount by every person its realy not Ethical, Please please take some action.

I have good amount of hope & faith that you people do some thing and take active action against such price manuplation .

Stay in Pune, got 3 Amul Taaza MIlk 500 ml pack milk from a local vendor and when boiled, a foul smell and bitter taste is what i get....told the same vendor about it....he says he gets the supply from company....whose to blame for giving us such products and play with our health even though we pay whatever the price the government fixes for these necessities...


Want some immediate action on the vendor from Amul India

name will be given out when some official from Amul checks this complaint and reverts for solution

All the Dairy vendors in Mumbai, Andheri(W) Area sell the packaged milk at higher than the marked price. The higher price is generally 1 Re extra on the marked price. Thus a packaged, one litre Milk of Amul is sold for 27 instead of the marked price of 26.

I bought Amul Butter from Reliance Fresh Outlet in Bopal on 30th January in the morning. After coming back home, I checked the prices of all the products I had bought. It came to my notice that the MRP of Amul Butter packet (500 gms) is Rs. 122 whereas the bill had charged Rs.127 for the same. Thus, I would like you to look into this matter. Thank you!

Amul says "tea special gives more cups of tea"

my question is:- what does amul add to that milk so that it gives more cups of milk?
is it harmful?

(you can get more cups of tea only if the milk expands more compared to normal milk, for which some harmful substance may/may not be added to it)

i mailed to amul couple of times, but (as expected) they did not reply

Amul Shakti costs 30 Rs. each KG. Regular milk from good Milk vendor around costs between Rs. 22-25 Rs per KG. Is Amul leveraging their monopoly now? if thats true, lets object it.

AMUL should disclose their procurement rates from the Milk dairies/milk unions to the public so we know that how much over profit they are making.

My name is Geeta Agarwal and i reside in Vasai.Few days back , i went to one of the shops in our complex to buy packet milk. when i asked for the price of amul milk, the shopkeeper told me that it costs 36rs per litre, whereas on the half litre pack the price was written as 17rs, which makes 34rs per litre.i was shocked to know that he was charging rs 2 extra and on being asked the reason for the extra charge, the answer i got was ' this milk is expensive'. but when i argued with the guy that he cannot charge anything more than the actual mrp, he still stuck to the same reply. i request to the consumer forum to please look into this matter. as it is all things have already become so expensive, but since people have to survive, we are still living an expensive life with no proper income.

iam a regular consumer of amul milk. i am satisfied with full cream milk but the prices are high now which creates problem taht a low budgeted person cannot buy it.Toned milk prices are also high as compared to quality , quality should be improved. amul butter and cheese prices are also high, it shoul be regulated and reduce.

Price charged higher than MRP
I am a resident ofNavi Mumbai (Airoli) I would like to draw your attention that all the amul milk suppliers are charging more than the MRP mentioned on the pack. Since everyone in the area is doing so we have no option but to pay that higher price. The MRP of amul Taaza Milk is Rs 25 per liter but we have to pay Rs27.
Daily we are being exploited and i and not the only customer who is being harrassed even we know our wrights but when every shop in the area is doing so and also with such confidence 'Lena hai lo nahi to mat lo', our the words used we poor house wives r left with no option but to pay the amount and move on.
But You the organisation is not helpless as we r. You can look into the matter and stop this corruption.
I would like to put this to your notice that this is not only the matter of "EXCESS PRICE CHARGED" but this type of explotation is forcing me and many other housewives to change the brand and move to some other company's milk.
But before doing so as a responsible citizine i liked to put this matter to the company's kind consideration.
I have even tried to call the customer care of Amul on the number mentioned at the back of pack, but no one answers the call.
I hope somebody from your big organisation will come foward and look into the matter.
I am hoping for a solution from your end.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a regular customer of Amul Flavoured Milk. These days, in pune city market , flavoured milk producer "Kutwal Foods Pvt. ltd., Sai Nagar, Andhalgaon, Taluka:Shirur, Dist: Pune" has started using the empty glass bottles of flavoured milk of amul and has started re-packing its own brand "Urja " flavoured milk in those used old bottles of Amul milk.

On the downward portion of the "Urja" Brand flavoured milk, the water marked permanent name of "Amul" creates a impression in other customers that Urja is a brand Of Amul India.


Please take appropriate action regarding this issue as it harms the company brand image.

I hope appropriate action from your company to protect the world famous brand image of Amul.

My self kartik patel from baroda residence at near subhanpura, HT road, near vidya vihar school, on 17.11.2010 i buy one bag of AMUL GOLD having details on bag as M.NO.11, USE BY DATE. 18.11.2010 and one bag of AMUL SLIM having details on bag as M.NO.4, USE BY DATE. 18.11.2010 from a amul daily distributers near to vidya vihar school,i put both bag in my freeze at my home and go to job, when i come back from my job at evenig, my wife said which type of milk you had bought today at home, as just heat at gas, its be as a like butter milk, we thought that its not use for drink so we try to make a paneer by adding lemone in it but after adding lemone no any reaction happen with this milk, at evening i observed the milk then i found that its dublicate milk or some other preservatives add and make as milk.if you want to check the sample of milk you can collect bye tomorrow it self only.

so kindly check at your end and dont try to people like this way,once people will wake up then you can immigine whats happen.
