Some outlets in our area Mira rd ShantI Park 401107, are charging 1 rs extra on milk pouch...kindly get this resolved as daily we take milk from these vendors and feel cheated.

I live in palanpur, Gujarat. There is a amul distributor in area-Gataman gate. All the workers in shop are very rude and arrogant. Today(29/july/2022) 10A.M i was nearby the shop and The amul truck of distributor have and block my vehicle intensely.When i request him to side the truck because my niece was being late for school. So, the truck driver started rudely talking to me and even added very bad words in front of my small niece.He even don't sense how to talk in front of the small children.
I kindly request Amul Committee to take strick action against the truck driver.

In K D medical College, there are 2 suppliers of amul products but they both charge extra ₹1 for milk packets.
I believe the MRP is inclusive of all types of charges and should not be raised as per vendors.
Please see to this matter strictly and immediately.

We were shocked to have found an iron Screw inside the Amul paneer. We had intended to use this paneer for a pregnant lady's breakfast meal.

Such level of ignorance is unfathomable and frankly, quite disgusting. Amul used to be our go-to brand for all kinds of dairy products.

You have all trust and goodwill from our end. Kindly, take appropriate action in the matter.

My brother today on 26- July - 2022 bought Amul Chaas pouch 10 rs two packs, As we have started consuming it, it had a real bad stinky smell can't even explain how bad it was. it was bought right outside Amul Factory sales outlet in Anand Gujarat.

I have clicked the pouch pictures for your reference if you need the exact lot which I am talking about - Pouch Details ( BN:KA07AM - Use By[protected], I think other customers have also found such bad product of the same date and lot, This is only a suggestive complaint, so that you can take or check proper action regarding this in customers good faith.

I personally found all Amul products very good, that is the reason I am suggesting in just only good faith that please check if something went wrong in this particular lot.

Hoping only that you will check it and take corrective actions if something is not Okie in production.

This shop person is charging rs 1 extra on top of MRP saying that "we are buying at MRP from authorized dearler kendra of Amul... So we must earn at least 1 rs.."

I need Amul Milk but the supplier is not supplying me. Take necessary steps.

Hi Amul India Team,

I have ordered your new product Amul protien lassi, and this is not the first time I have ordered, it is a good product. Problem here is this time I received damaged product I am attaching video with this post and as per amul policy I tried to return this product to delivery person but he refused to take it back .Please help me return this damaged product and initiate refund or delivery undamaged quality product. We bought 5kg Amul whole wheat aata packet from jio but due to Presence of lot of STONE DUST in it so it's not possible to consume it at all & the whole packet is a waste. So we are raising this issue and want our hard earned money back.

I live in Subindu Ghosh, Rajarhat, Kolkata. For some time now I have been seeing that Amul's ice creams are charging more than the print price by van ice cream vendors.

I have already licence of food ...
I have so many times to talked to local saurashtra dealership .there is no response .and not give proper ans .

I want to open amul franchise in my town in big way .there is no any franchise of amul .I want to Invest atleast 10 to 15 lakh .

I have ordered Amul Protein Lassi pack of 8 from the website I have completed the payment but the order is not received and not shown in my order list . It says payment incomplete

I have purchased AMUL BUFFALO Milk 4 packets from near by shop shreejee milk foods rohini batch number SR13HM and it got curdled while boiling it..i am facing this issue from the last few days and sometimes milk turned into dark yellow bad taste and not the milk got curdled.

I need a resolution on this i am not happy in wasting my money on amul products.

Kindly refund me my money or give me the resolution on that

महोदय,
निवेदन है कि मेरी दूकान साहू बेकर्स एंड जनरल स्टोर पर अमूल डेयरी बूथ कोड 838022 दिनांक 28.10.2020 से सचांलित
है। अमूल डेयरी की तरफ से जो भी सप्लाई आती है उसका नियमित भुगतान मेरे द्वारा समय पर कलेक्षन ऐजेंट को कर दिया जाता
है।
पिछले कुछ दिनो से मेरे यहा जो ड्राइवर दूध सप्लाई कर रहा है उसकी लापरवाही के कारण मुझे आर्थिक और मानसिक
नुकसान उठाना पड रहा है। ड्राईवर की ट्रे उठाने की लापरवाही के कारण दध्ू ा, दही तथा छाछ की थैलिया फटी आ रही है। कल जब
ड्राईवर दही दके र गया तो थैली फटी हुयी थी जिसका वजन की फोटो मेरे द्वारा संलग्न की जा रही है तथा छाछ की टेª मंे भी एक
थैली कम थी, फोटो मेरे द्वारा संलग्न की जा रही है । आज जब वह आर्डर का दूध लेकर आया तो मुझे दूध की थैलीया फटी होने का
संदेह हुआ मेने पाया की 5 गोल्ड और 5 नीले दूध की थैलीया फटी हुयी थी और ट्रे मं े दुध भरा हुआ था। मेने ड्राइवर को यथास्थिति
के बारे मंे अवगत कराया उसने कहा मंे बाद मंे बदल दुगा जो मुझे सही नही लगा और मेन े आर्डर वापस कर दिया।
श्रीमान जी आपसे निवेदन है कि आप ड्राइवर को टेª सम्भाल कर लाने हेतु निर्देषित करे जिससे मेरा आर्थिक नकु सान ना हांे।
श्रीमान जी आज आर्डर न मिल पाने के कारण मुझे ग्राहको के सामने शमिन्दर्गी का समाना करना पड रहा हैं

I ordered mango protein butter milk on 15th june 2022. I did not received any confirmation about the order and money was deducted from my UPI account

I brought 8 packets of amul green milk yesterday that had use by date of 01.07.2022 and batch number BKM07AE from nearby shop. I boiled them yesterday only but while boiling it got curdled. This thing never happened with amul milk as I am a regular consumer of amul milk and milk products. Kindly do the needful....

Khule mein fenki gai Amul Milk ki thailiyan jisse logon Ko bimari Or Animals ko bimari hone ka bahut jyada khatra hai kripya karke turant kaarvayi ki jaaye Lado Sarai terminal ke piche

In a case of amul taaza milk of 0.5 lt each. Till now we opened 15 packets 3 among them had spoiled milk...
Hope Amul will respond to the public grievance...

I did my complaint on 14/06/2022 reference No.244681 but no resolution has been done till now. I am tired of contacting on phone. They have been given reminder on the email 6 times.

Some time i purchase amul icecream for amul redi seller nd some ice cream not showing MRp in ice cream nd i talk to seller he tell me this icecream Mrp is not showing nd he takes 20rs for icecream 30rs ice cream nd he tell me this typ of icecream not showing mrp
Plzzz sir solve this issue this is not a right for coustmers
One day i fight with amul redy seller for this topic not showing MRP. Those time he tell me sorry. But next to next day same situation for others plzzz
