I wish to complain regarding the amul chocolate milk that I had on saturday Jan10th, 2009 bought from navi super cakes - a cake shop in Banashankari BDA complex, Bangalore 560070. It was sold one rupee more than MRP of 22/- (i paid Rs.23/-) and then on consuming the same, I have developed cold, cough and tonsil infection thus i faced discomfort at work n cld not perform my duties to the best of my ability and also had lot of stress and physical discomfort.

I would like some action to be taken to make sure the product sold to me is indeed authentic and it is sold at MRP at the least. Also, I would like some compensation from Amul team in terms of medical bills for causing me this discomfort and some action against the retail store.

I bought a packet of Amul Processed Cheese From VISHAL MEGAMART 10 days ago, Mfg printed : MAY-08 and expiry is after 9 months from the date of manufacture, Barcode No.[protected], when we opened the packed It was found Rotten and Smelling and to our surprise we found our small kids were having one in there hand and were eating the same. When I went to Vishal Megamart raising this complain, they refused to accept that product without bill, but after lot of discussion they agreed to take our complain to higher authority. But i am not satisfied with their step as I only want Amul Company to check the whole lot and thier manufacturing and packaging process as well as the quality of raw materials used for that lot, so that this kind of negligence can be avoided.
I have always loved AMUL products from my childhood, but this incident has hurt me.

8/12/08, i purchesed Amul Cheese from BIG BAZAR, Visakhapatnam, A.P., Full black colour with bad odour.

In my 40 years I am temptationly consuming amul ice cream for right quality & right quantity .
On 29/10/2008 I was cheated in JAGDAMBA COLDRINKS SAMRATAN KUNJ BUILDING; NR PRIME MARKET SURAT 395009
RETAILLER OF AMUL ICE CERAM.
I PROCURE 13 CUPS OF KAJU DRAKS IN SHOP.
SHOP KEEPER GAVE ME A BOX WRITTEN 12 CIPS X100ML&
ONE SEPERATE CUP.
BOX WAS ORDINARY CELLO TAPED & NO SEALING FROM AMUL COMPANY .
AS ON BOX 12 CUPS WERE WRITTEN I ASSUMED 12CUPS COMPANY BOX.
When I went home & open the box in party ;I found 10 cups only.
As our family party was going on we cannot stopped eating
icecream from our family members but I recover empty cups
& showed to shop keeper.
He said as ice cream is finished from cup we cannot lodge complaint & refuse to give balance 2 cups.STILL I LEFT ALL
EMPTY CUPS & BOX TO HIM TO CHECKUP.
I feel shopkeeper is taking advantage of cheating due to no sealing on boxes where company is writing 12cupsx100ml & taking no responsibility of sealing.
I kindly request to take sereous action against Shop keeper of JAGADAMBA COLD DRINKS Nr PRIME MARKET;SURAT-9
As a host of party in my inlaws I had beared lot of mind stricking problems in my inlaw family IN DIWALI VACATION.
I know Amul icecream is best also in hearing complaint & taking action against defaulter.

I purchased 500gm Amul butter pack from Reliance Fresh against the bill no 0176, dated 28-Aug-08 in Greater Noida.
This butter pack had a lot of Black and Grey spots marks on the surface of butter. Batch Code is MC-268 & Mfg Month is March 08.
I have photographs of this defective product with me.
How such kind of defective batch can release from their plant to sell in the market.
What is action plan by Amul to ensure the right quality product for the customers.

Dear All,
Pl. note that I have purchased one Amul icecream Box (750ml) From Magnet Store, Akurdi on 24.08.08. After opening the box, I have found Icecream was having Fungus and was having scoop out in the box.

This was shown to Mr. Dhananjay D Redkar (Customer Service Executive) on 25.08.08. I have also shown him similar kind of Amul Icecream boxes lying inside the freezer. He was unable to answer; he was trying to talk to Mr. Bhushan Salunkhe; but he was not approachable.
This is very serious issue related to food poising. Pl. look this matter very seriously. Photos attched to this mail is for your reference.

Dear Sir,

I stay in Thakur Complex in Kandivli Area. Last day I had purchased two Ltrs of Amul packed milk from one retailer nearby my residence. The printed price for the same was Rs. 20/Litre. But the Milk Shop from where I purchased that, demanded Rs. 23/Litre and on asking the reason for this, they explained that Government has increased the rate. When I shown the price tag on the pack and asked for that justification, the man on the shop started behaving indecently. Please do the needful to stop such stupid business.

Off lately the milk pouches of Amul show MRP of Rs 12 /- and the retailer charges Rs. 13/- stating that the Taxes/VAT applicable is to be collected from the consumer. Moreover he boasts to go and complain to whomever you want and that he is ready to give me a bill for the same which will have additional taxes above the actual amount of Rs 13/- .
Kindly advice how I can fight this injustice? Will taking the bill help my cause in fighting this loot.
Please guide me so that i can stop the shopkeeper from looting the customers of the area. And it is come to notice that all the shopkeepers in the area are following the same tactic.

Amul Gold Milk is being sold at 13 Rs per half liltre pack instead of 12.50 MRP. On protesting he has stopped giving MILK.

I THINK OUR NEIGHBOUR HOOD DAIRY CALLED RAMA DAIRY IN BK1 BLOCK IN SHALIMAR BAGH, IS SELLING DUPLICATE AMUL POUCHES, MAY BE POSSIBLE MILK FROM THE COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. WE R CONFUSED. WHAT TO DO? CAN U TAKE SOME ACTION?

hamne amul butter milk ka test kiya par wo pour dahi mese nahi bana hai, kyuki jab butter milk laye tab niche jami hue thi, vo dahi nahi tha balki
mamre ka mixer tha.
vo india ke sath cheat karte hai.
aap test kijie ...
or niche(masti butter milk) jama dahi aap khud
dekho & test karo to aap ko malum padega ki vo dahi mese nahi bana hai.

I don't know why Amul does not improve their packaging of Amul Butter. The low quality butter paper and paper box is an altogether outdated packaging for such a good product. If you call it 'Taste of India' let the packaging be changed to International standards in form of a non messy, plastic openable airtight container. Else your product will extinct.

I purchased a crate containing 12 packs of Amul Taaza milk on 22/10/07 since i had to go on tour from 28/10/07 onwards, on my return i received complaint from my family that the milk was contaminated i called up the dealer (SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICES LTD., Andheri (West), Mumbai-53, India) on 8th Nov., refering their bill no.INV255CC3 vide which the above crate was purchased. They tried to avoid me but i went to their godown on 10th night around 9.00 pm with two container opened and two sealed so that they can open and see themselves but they refused to entertain me, and told me to directly write to supplier. They tried to settle the matter by paying me the cost from their own packet. but i fail to understand why such behaviour from the delear? are they selling expired product with new dates? my email address is [protected]@hotmail.com
