I am a loyal customer of Amul milk products for the last 4-5 years however in the last 2 days, Amul milk has shaken my trust in the Amul brand. I regularly buy 4Kg milk/day - A2 Buffalo. 23/09/2021 and 24/09/2021 milk quality has shaken and jolted my trust in the quality & safety of Amul products. The batch code of the product is B.SR 11HM, B.SR07HM (24/09/2021), and B.SR07HM (23/09/2021) I was surprised and shocked to see the color of milk which was brown/chocolate color, and the unsafe quality of the product. Some of the parts of this milk were also consumed by my old parents and family members till reached my home. It must have impacted their health. I am really worried now. After complaining about the details to Amul distributer there was no surprise reaction from him. I would like to strongly request Amul management to check the above product quality which was highly unsafe for humans & share your resolution to me immediately.
