Amul / Gcmmf — Leaking and used icecream bought from an Amul parlour

It was evening, time near 8 30 in the evening, i bought an ice cream from a amul parlour near my home.But when i went home, i saw icecream was spilling out from the side of my lid, but when i opened it i saw the ice cream was used, i mean someone took a bite of it already.I went to the Shop and said these but they said that i cream may have been melted.But my question is how could an icecream melt in the shape of the spoon. Their whole family was there and started shouting at me that how could it be possible and no one has eaten it.
I said that it was definitely eaten by someone previously.They were just very rude and as i said them to give me a resolution, they just threw my ice cream and said me that there are customers and told me to get out of there store.
They neither game me a replacement neither a refund but threw that ice cream.

I mean what type of service is this that i am getting this quality of service after buying the product.I am not getting this for free.
I want the Amul parlour owner to be seriously punished and compensate for my product and ill treatment.And make sure they never do this again to any of its customers further.

I hope I will get a resolution soon.
