I have bought 10 packets of amul milk on 20 aug - single toned from ghaziabad retail shops
All 10 packets milk got deteriorated after boiling
Logged a complaint in amul # 84985
It's been 17 days no one have bothered to look into the complaint
I have called amul customer care 7-9 times
Everytime they say we will talk to ghaziabad office they will deliver 10 packets of fresh milk
But no one have even...

I bought one packet of Amul Masti dahi from Induben Khakhrawala, C G road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. Actually I was busy in searching Jain Handvo and by that time the lady on the counter intentionally placed the expired packet of Amul Masti dahi in the polythene bag. We brought Amul paneer from a local shop near Vasant Vihar from thane(Maharastra) . When we opened it it was smelling like yell and just tasted a small piece, it was so bitter that I pucked immediately. The Amul dark chocolate worth 22 rupees, I purchased 7 days back. I opened it and after I ate few bites, I noticed insects in it. The manufacture date is 16 April 2015 and expiry date is one year from manufacture. I like Amul product... but now I and all people of India has to careful while eating any chocolates....

Small balls of powder or some white substance is present and the same changes colour at the time of boiling. We have faced this problem thrice in the month of july. God knows what we people r eating or drinking these days. Brand like amul is also cheating people. Not acceptable at all....

Today morning I have purchased 4 packets of Full cream pasteurized milk. for Rs 96/- While boiling milk it get spoiled . While checking the packs I found two packs were outdated One was for date 5 jan and other 30 jan the other two were for 1 feb . There are many shops in Pune selling products which have expired 4 years back. One of them is Shining Star located in Sunshree Apartments, NIBM Road, Pune. Some action should be taken by Amul to recall products which have reached expiry. We were recently offered an Ice cream of the year 2008, when it expires in 6 months. This happened on 21st April 2012....

This is a complaint against the quality of milk we are getting in our area. We have brought this to the notice of our local vendor a few times before, and he ensured us of our complaint being forwarded to the concerned people/department of Amul, but seems he did not do it.

I received a expired amul elaichi shrikhand from your authorised dealer Narmada enterprise here at gadag. When I went to complain about it they say its okay though it was expired two months ago and taste was changed and one of the pack was fully covered with fungus and they did not replace it or even refunded me so please do the needfull I have also enclosed the photo of expiry date and batch no....

I have a complaint about a product (AMUL GHEE 1kg pack) which I bought 2 weeks back from the general store.
I would like to know in this hot weather why is our ghee is not in the form of liquid, i.e. it is in pure SOLID form.
Also there is no taste of the product (ghee). I also enquired about the product from the retailer and the distributor but no one is giving attention to our complaint.

I had purchased 1 pc Amul Butter 500 gms from a local shop but found black fungus in it.

I purchased 2 pc Amul Panner 200 gms. but found packet floppy.

All are within expiry date.

Needs change or money return.

Shop is not exchanging the goods.

Details:
I was supposed to received a product delivery from Amul. As expected, the delivery guy asked me to come out of the building to some distance to deliver the product as his vehicle was big. That's what he said. I asked him that as i was not available to receive the parcel, to hand it over to building security. He said he has reached the building and asked for OTP for delivery so that he can handover the parcel to security. After receiving the OTP, he immediately cut the call, and I got a text saying my order has been delivered. To my Suprise, when I reached home and asked security about the parcel, the security told they have not received any parcel.

I raised complaint to Amul via email for which I got a response saying they are looking into this, but ever since there has not been any update from their end. I have sent multiple emails regarding my query but still there is no response. I am attaching all the screenshots of the conversation.

The product belonged to Amul. It was delivered through the company names shiprocket using amazon delivery.

I have purchased 3 amul choco crunch icecream from our local vendor in pitam pura. After open it found icecream is not good and having fault smell is coming.

Attached the ice cream screen shot . Kindly register my complaint and replace my Icecream asap

I bought 2 liter Amul toned milk today. After receiving from the shop, I immediately boiled it. The milk curdled and a yellow layer was formed which is not seen in regular days. The milk is adulterated and is not pure.
