Amul Gold Milk bought today curdled.
Quality of milk is going from bad to worse with every passing year and the prices rising exhorbitantly every quarter.
Strongly advice the food quality monitoring department to do quality check at the Amul plant.
Milk out of all eatables should be provided unadulterated for the high price that the public is paying.

    I purchased Amul Gold full cream milk 500ml (4 pouches) on 1st August 2023, which is used by 2nd August 2023 but during boiling it curdled and when I checked with a spoon it stretched like a rubber. I registered a complaint[protected] to Amul on the same day and they assured me that I will get the resolution within 3 working days but still, they do not have any update or information about that, and every time I am getting the same reply that our concerned team is looking into it and you will get the resolution in another 3 working days.

      I have made 2 complaints (2362303, 2362315) on 14 July regarding curdled milk, but yill date I haven't received a single call from Amul regarding the same. I have sent an email to Amul on 18 july but no action on this as well. This kind of service is highly unprofessional. I request you to kindly take appropriate action on this matter as soon as possible.

        I've bought an Amul rasmalai packet 100gm on 2 july with the packed date - 2 March 2023 and expiry date - 1 march 2024. But after opening the packet, I found a very bad smell and fungus in the product. Kindly check the pictures. Please check at your end and refund money.

          Amul is very poor and worst company in customer complaint handling. I filed complaint son 4th May 2023 and they told me to resolve complaint in 3 days since then 75 days are over but no solution at all.
          i mailed approx 12-15 mails and 9-10 calls but no solution at all.

          my complaint number is : 2336031

          they are not serious in problem solving only to frustate and harrass mentally

            Placed order on Amul store website shop.amul.in having Order No #57121 on 6th October 2022.
            The payment of Rs. 640 has been debited from my bank account but the order says payment failed. Have tried email and calling the company to resolve this nut no response.

            Attaching screenshots of the transaction proof and order details, kindly help resolve this issue and issue my refund

              I have purchased amul shrikhand and found that it smells very bad and tastes very bad.

              I have raised complaint no 2351774 on friday 16 june 23, but didnot receive any response from Amul.

              I have again called customer care on 21 june 23 and did not recieve any support, they were very unprofessional.

              I am really surprised to see no response from Amul and poor and not eatable quality of product from them.

              Looking forward to hearback from you with proper actions.

                I am Abhishek Dasgupta mobile no [protected]& e-mail [protected]@gmail.com. I have purchased amul fruit and nut dark chocolate along with other products from shilpi stores at shyambazar Kolkata, on 12/06/2023. But the product was damaged and fungus grown both side . I immediately informed one of the staff of the said store . They asked me to bring the choclate. Today when I went to the store they said to bring the box or it won't happen.Now in this situation what can i do

                  I purchased 3 items from amul store situated opposite "under the neeam tree" restaurant on[protected] between 13:00 to 14:00 IST.
                  I checked the product is having expire date and incharge person refused to exchange.
                  Even exp date was 08/06/2023.
                  I have seen there are other customer also recieved the expired items however, they didn't notice the date and time.

                    Placed an order for amul protein chaach
                    Inr 750/- on 30th May, there was no attempt by delhivery to deliver the product, they returned it themselves without trying to contact me, now it’s been a week since i emailed amul customer support for refund but no response has been given from their side.

                      In all over Gujarat state retailer are selling Amul Milk Gold 500 ml packet which cost 32 rs MRP on rs. 33 or rs. 34.. which is not genuine.. as per consumer rights more than MRP selling is illegal.. everyone has to take action against this illegal selling price over MRP..

                        I usually eat Mango or raspberry dolly from Amul. But the latest batch I bought seems to have turned bad. It is semi solid. I initially thought it has not yet set as I just bought it. I ate it last Friday night and started getting loose motions from Saturday evening. It is so bad I had to do a video consultation. My doctor asked me if I ate any outside food, but since I did not, I said no. We were both surprised why I got stomach infection. I ate another one today and my loose motions started again. Even this seemed not set properly and hence I realized the ice cream has gone bad.

                            Leaking and used icecream bought from an Amul parlour

                            It was evening, time near 8 30 in the evening, i bought an ice cream from a amul parlour near my home.But when i went home, i saw icecream was spilling out from the side of my lid, but when i opened it i saw the ice cream was used, i mean someone took a bite of it already.I went to the Shop and said these but they said that i cream may have been melted.But my question is how could an icecream melt in the shape of the spoon. Their whole family...

                                The seller who is near by us of amul products... He was sell us 22-5-23 date of pouch on same day... & when we boil that milk... All 4 pouches are spoiled... & then I go to that seller... & want to change 4 pouch... But still no any response from them

                                  I have been complaining since almost 1 month now...via multiple emails and phone calls regarding this 1 product which is stale..
                                  There has been no revert or phone call from your side except Day 1, wherein the complaint was addressed, but to no resolution now.

                                    It's common knowledge that cheese products are rich in Calcium. But Amul cheese slice packs do NOT have any mention of Calcium contents in nutritional information section.
                                    Please let know whether Amul cheese slices contain Calcium, if yes then why its not mentioned on cover packet.

                                      The cheese slices received by us were damaged, the texture of it was gooey and slimy.
                                      despite of complaining several times about it there is no response.
