Hello,

Today morning I purchased 2 Tea special amounting Rs 51.00 each.
Unfortunately both of them were in spoiled condition.
We thought bowl might not been cleaned properly. So got another 2 Tea special Rs 51.00 each. One of them again happens to be spoil. So we returned another back to shop keeper.

The expiry date on milk was[protected]. When asked to shop keeper why are you selling spoiled milk they told me they received yesterday night and were in basket itself since last night.

Please your own given instructions mention that milk should be kept in fridge at 8 degree Celsius temperature.

This casualness is not at all acceptable. I loss Rs 153.00 because of there error.

Requesting you kindly take action and refund me Rs 153.00 .
