Amul India — Dark chocolate

Brought two amul dark chocolate worth 25.
When i opened both, i saw it's malicious and smelling very badly.
Manufacturing date 24 july 2020.

Bought a amul dark chocolate from my nearest bakery Named Chennai bakery Which is located in namakkal District, Kadachanallur Panchayat, Tajnagar Area, The chocolate got decay when I opened it and I return it to the bakery but he is refusing to get back dat chocolate and he is arguing and not ready to replace or retain d money... Dis is worst experience

I purchased Amul intensed dark chocolate. I frequently purchase this bar. But unfortunately this time the taste if the choclate is too bitter and little bit sour. This is not the regular taste. I am really disappointed. Please solve my issue

Today I purchased one Amul dark chocolate Fruit 'N' Nut worth rupees 110 and found hair inside the chocolate. Actually I used to purchase Amul products frequently. I brought this one from Blink it app. And I send complaint as well. They immediately replaced with another same chocolate. However I feel this is very unhygienic and never expected this from a well trusted brand like Amul.

As a customer, How we can trust this brand again?
