Andhra Bank — amount deducted from account but debited

Sir,
i have a saving bank in andhra bank with account no [protected]. On 26.09.2019 while pay my electricity bill through paytm at 11.42 am using andhra bank atm card the transaction of Rs.660 failed but the amount got deducted from my account and immediately patym sent me that the amount has been refunded to my account but it has not reflecting in my account .
kindly look into the matter and do the need full
