Andhra Bank — Amount got stuck and still not credited

I have andhra bank account on warangal. From December 2020 total amount of 54000 got stuck on doing various transactions. That amount is still not get credited. It is almost 8 months and when we tried to contact manager is not giving us the exact details and everytime covering us that the amount will get credited soon. It is very problematic thing as they are debt amount and I need to transfer it to some on else.
