To The Andhra bank Sub- Andhra bank- Wrong debit of rs-11, 850/-RS at POS. Respected sir/ Madam This is B. Veerachari having account in Andhra bank, I am purchased some dresses at Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi Ready made dresses shop, Bapatla on[protected]. For payment purpose I swiped my Andhra bank ATM cum Debit card. First swiping POS machine shown some internal error, second swiping also POS machine shown error and third swiping also POS machine shown error, so totally swiping machine shown 3 times error and transaction could not be completed. After i pay the money and came out. But 3 times amount is debited from my Andhra bank account (Account number- [protected]) as i recieved SMS. Totally 3X3, 950=11, 850/-RS is debited from my account. Next day i enquired at shop but they told me that not credited to shop account. I am also called to customer care number but problem not solved. So i am requesting you to kindly solve my problem. Is there any rule or act for branch employee deducting amount / making transaction from customer account with out intimation and with out with drawl from written by customer, either it may wrong transaction also.please reply
