My name is shantaram gorantla. My good health card id. Ghuiab00279287 I am a resident of bapatla. Since 2010 i am having andharabank arogyadan policy for rs 200000/-.in the year 2016 i enhanced my policy for rs 500000 and top up for rs 10, 00, 000. I paid the premium for rs19107/- For 2018-19. I contacted the andhra bank, agricultural college branch manager. (Where i took the policy) to enhance my policy top up to rs 15, 00, 000. But the authorities gave me a health policy for rs 2, 00, 000. I request to redress this and issue me a health policy for rs 20.00, 000. I will pay the premium I Was this information helpful? | |||||
