Andhra Bank — ATM Debit Card Fraud

My sister account was debited Rs.7000 on 12th October 2020 with out her knowledge. She stays in Andhra Pradesh and ATM used was Gram, Post-Majhar, Pakri --- There was not enough details of the State ( Bihar or UP). When she complained in Andhra Pradesh respective branch, Bank manager was not helpful and told that's not their issue. Suggesting this may cost you 70K if she goes to Police Station. She was rude and irresponsible.

Bank Manager should consider this complaint and must talk to the head office or respective team to resolve as soon as possible.
