[Resolved] Andhra Bank — atm reversal not done

Name: r jagadish chary.
Account no: [protected]. I tried withdrawing 2000 rupees from "dcb"atm twice at chandanagar, hyderabad, amount not dispensed but received message to my mobile as 2000 rupees withdrawn. Then visited andhra bank atm at chandanagar withdrawn 2000. Reversal of 2000 not done. Checked in net banking showing two transactions of rupees 2000 and 2000 on date 1/8/2017. Kindly do the reversal of 2000 rupees to my account and please check this is happening very often. My mail i'd: jaggu. [protected]@gmail.com.
