    Its almost 3months ago i have applied for ATM card with proper details, but there is no response from post office and bank branch.
    They are not giving proper response to customers

          Money Deducted from ANDRA BANK A/C but not Received to Receiver's Bank(IDBI A/C) through Phone Pay UPI Failed.

          My Money of Ammount 35000/- INR Deducted from 'ANDHRA BANK' Account but not yet received in receiver's account (IDBI Account).

          It's already been passed 24 hrs but money has not yet reversed to same sender Account or received to receiver's account.

          Kindly consider this issue as an very high priority issue, And do the needful for the same as soon as possible.

            I returned a product on amazon and received a reference number #IGAKHLBXR3b stating that the refund got completed.But I haven't got the amount even after 15 days.The customer care executives are not resolving the issue saying that they can't retrieve my account details.Please resolve this issue.I have visited the bank to fill the charge dispute form but of no use as those people are not even aware of that.

              I am M Bhajrang Rao . Aged 81 years - i am having Savings Account in Chikkadpally Hyderabad Branch - because of my age - i rarely visit Bank - and doing my Bank jobs ONLINE/Debit Card etc.

              So far I am using AB-TEJ App - but suddenly they have closed ABTEJ and opened U-mobile App - i phoned to the Branch and they asked me to install - U-mobile instead of AB TEJ

              for last 4 days i was trying to install - U-mobile but could not install - it was saying - due to technical diificulties - try after some time -

              ultimately Today 8th February i visited Bank to solve my problem - but both Branch Manager and Asst Manager were n ot present at 11.30 AM and staff have not Helped me and asked me to get it done by my Family Members - after coming Home i tried to - install the App myself - it asked me to Locate my B ranch - i located Bank Address Door No. 1-1-230/11-2 Main Road Chikkadpally Hyderabad - then it asked me to Locate on Google Map ?? i located on Google - google says - it is unable to Locate - Chikkadpally to Arabian Sea ??? i phone to the Bank - they said send a SMS - and i do not have have SMS address of Bank -

              you can decide How the Nationalised Scheduled Banks are working - leave about - Service at Home to customers by Banks -

              due to this i could not PAY my Rent in time and the House owner warned me etc etc

              Why I should take Help of my Family Members ?? I do not have son and only myself and my wife in. a Rented House. - Government says Nationalised Banks would come to the DOOR Steps and Help. - Here - Wonder - when I went to Bank for Help. - you can well understand - even after 8 days I could not install U-mobile APP - can you do some thing to install the same - I do not UNDERSTND Why you are insisting on LOCATION when I gave Bank Door No Rtc Chikkadpally Branch Hyderabad Telangana - I am a Commerce Graduate and I do not know the Fate of not well educated Bank customers ?????

                I was paid my hdfc credit card bill in Paytm through my Andhra Bank debit card ..but transaction failed.. money was debited from my account on Feb.03.2021..

                    Again I'm facing same problem.I have returned 2 products to Flipkart 31st january 2021.flipkart claimed that they already did the refund amount reference no[protected], and[protected] but these amount not credited my Andra bank account [protected]..plz resolve the issue as soon as possible

                      Amount got debited from account but the cash is not received from ATM.
                      And there is no proper channel to complain about the incident. Union bank contact us numbers will not work and experienced very poor service.

                      I request for the refund of the amount that got debited.

                        I'm old customer of Andhra Bank since 2015, But NetBanking issue are very common these days.
                        Many time my Transaction failed in a daily base .These inconvenience make me trouble many time.If they collect all charges for there services with time without any my information then what is this behaviour when I'm trouble they didn't solve these issue. More then 1 year now i face that issue.Please give me permanent solution.Thankh you

                            Amazon has processed the refund amount but Andhra Bank didn't credited

                            I have ordered couple of things from Amazon but due to some reason I have to return it the issue is that Amazon has credited my amount from there and but after 5 working days the amount isn't credited in my Andhra Bank account [protected] . The amount which has to be credited is 201/-, 299/-, 349/-, 546/-, 1096/- . These amount has to be credited in my account till 3rd of February as these amount were credited by 27th January as per saying...

                                I am maintaining a savings account bearing number [protected]
                                and lfsc code ANDB00001080 in your bank Dwarapudi branch. On (02.02.2021)at(7:22 pm)
                                I was trying to withdraw money of 10, 000/- from your bank at ATM at anaparthi branch ATM ID NO :N0014002 Transaction no : 2321
                                No cash was came out of the ATM

                                Therefore, I kindly request you to look into the credit back the amount of rs 10, 000/- to my account at the earliest
