Transcation in gpay via my Andhra Bank UPI failed but amount is debited, have waited for a week so far, and yet the amount is not credited back. Please have a look at this and resolve it.

    On 20.01.2021 on this date I have made a trasanction on phone pay app from my state bank of India to andra bank and the balance is debites from my sbi ac but not credit to my andra ac I had call to phone pay they rcv complain and resolved it on 25.01.21 but now 26.01.21 tillnow andra bank is not credit my money so please credit my money

      I have made a transaction bearing transaction id : [protected] on 8/01/2021 of amount 16, 500 through mobile Banking(Qr Scan through ABTej).The amount have been debited from my account but the amount was not credited in the receivers account [protected] ifsc code ANDB0001504.I have already raised a complaint regarding this problem through your customer care on the same day 08/01/2021 but my problem have not resolved yet.I am also attaching the transaction related document through this complaint.So i kindly request you to resolve my problem as Early as possible.

        I booked a room in oyo on dec29 th, some tehnical problem oyo was cancelled the order and they sent refund amount to me, till today the refund amount was not credited into my account, oyo sucessfully sent a money from their side, they are sent to me bank reference number itz nearly one month completed this is not the correct way sir, treating like this customer so plz refund my money back into my account, i paid amount through phonepay, i contacted phonepay supprt they said all sides of refund transaction is sucessfully completed only the problem is in your bank, thats why i contacted to you, last one week i am calling to andhra bank customer service no one is responding

          Transaction date & Time :- 16 January 2021 at AfterNoon at 01:10 PM.

          ISSUE :- I made a payment at 16 January 2021 at 01:10 PM. of 700 rupees by FreeCharge app to fees submit of M.D. University. Transaction was failed, but the amount of 700 rupees is debited from my account. i am sending here necessary Screenshots. Please reverse or refund my money the amount of 700 rupees as soon as possible.

              I was trying to add 8982INR to my paytm payments bank acct on 18th jan 2021 (7:34 pm) .transaction got failed but the amount has been debited from my account. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.i need the money for personal expenses. Please find the attached screenshot.

                I have purchased BYJU'S course in the month of November, 2020 through Andhrabank statement. I have paid 5000 instant payments and from this month I have EMI for this course of 8000/- change. I received a message from your bank mentioning your E-Mandate is successfully registered.
                Right now I don't want this course from BYJU'S. SO I WANT TO CANCEL THIS E - MANDATE

                          Hi Team,

                          I have transferred money from my Andhra Bank savings account to Andhra Bank PPF account, amount debited from savings account and not yet credited to PPF, the status of the transaction is SUSPECT, I have talked to CC and said that in 24 hours money will credit back to savings or PPF account, not happened anything still now.

                          What is SUSPECT state, i have been working with HDFC / ICICI from past 8 years, ever faced this issue or didn't heard about this type of SUSPECT transaction.

                          Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I issued a cheque for Rs. 1, 00, 000 ( Rupees One lakh only) vide cheque number 039426 dated 30.12.2020. The payee deposited the cheque in Karur Vysya Bank, Bangalore on the same day. The cheque was returned by Andhra Bank on Dec 31, 2020. The cheque return memo informed us to contact the home branch and then re-present again. No other reason was given. I contacted the home branch manager which is in Anand Bagh, Secunderabad. The manager informed us to re-present the cheque as the account was clear with sufficient balance. The payee re-presented the cheque, but it was once again returned with same return memo stating contact the home branch and re-present. The branch manager was unaware of the reason for return and when I insisted he must resolve this, he simply mentioned signature varies which is not true. Meanwhile, Karur Vysya bank debited cheque return charges to the payee account causing embarrassment to me and loss to the payee.

                            The branch manager did not respond to me when I asked why the cheque return memo did not mention signature variance. Why did they ask us to re-present if the signature varies. Hence this complaint to compensate me for wrongful return of cheque two times and poor response from the branch manager.

                            I am attaching copies of the returned cheque and also two cheque return memo.

                            Kindly do the needful.

                              It's been more than 7days but money isn't credited and I haven't received any refund yet .

                                My name is (Peddireddy Venkata Naga Santhosh) and I had ordered hoodie of RS.Amount 699 in Bewakoof.com on (04/12/2020) and after (10/12/2020) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 15/12/2020
                                Bewakoof.com initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Bewakoof.com sent this reference number

                                please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                  I tried to draw Rs 5000 from Gayathri bank ATM using Andhra Bank debit card, But transaction failed and cash not dispensed. After 5 min I have received message showing money deducted from my andhra bank account. This happened 4 days ago, but money still not refunded
                                  Please solve my problem.
