Hi sir/madam
I shyam sunder prasad having savings bank account at ANDHARA BANK
srinivas nagar branch, Nandyal. As on[protected] mid night 11:55PM my account is debited with total[protected], 5000, 10000, 10000, 10000, 5000)
without my intervention and i got a message from the bank that it is ATM withdrawal but my ATM is physically with me but ATM withdrawal happen at banglore in many locations. I went to bank to raise a compliant but bank manager is not responding to my compliant. I went to police station also but they are taking my compliant. please help me to get out from this issue

    Hello Team,

    I am facing a problem with internet banking dashboard of Andhra Bank.
    After login with my credentials into Andhra Bank net banking site, I am getting below error.

    "[USERFG0011] [100205] The active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime.."

    "Information message[100205] The active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used. Please try after sometime.."

    Please help to resolve this problem.

      My sister account was debited Rs.7000 on 12th October 2020 with out her knowledge. She stays in Andhra Pradesh and ATM used was Gram, Post-Majhar, Pakri --- There was not enough details of the State ( Bihar or UP). When she complained in Andhra Pradesh respective branch, Bank manager was not helpful and told that's not their issue. Suggesting this may cost you 70K if she goes to Police Station. She was rude and irresponsible.

        Hi Madam/Sir,

        I am facing a problem with internet banking dashboard of andhra bank i. E. When i log in to the internet banking website it shows the below-mentioned errors:

        I have tried to contact the branch via phone but didn't get any response. Please help to solve this problem.

            Dear Sir,
            My humble request to your kind selves to resolve my problem at the earliest as i am fed up speaking and explaining the same repeatedly to your Customer Care People on toll free. and i have sent many emails to different departments as per the advise given by your customer care staff. Nothing could work nor any single response to my emails...pathetic..

            However, i am a very old SB account holder of Andhra Bank. I dont know whether to mention my account details in this mail as it is open forum.

              Attention,
              I have been trying to use the option of "Reset Login Password" since almost 3 weeks but i am unable to receive OTP on my registered mobile to access the Internet Banking facility of Andhra Bank. I only receive a sms read, that i have initiated the reset Login password option & if its not me, then i have to contact the nearest Branch.

              I am fed up with Andhra Bank customer care people by repeating the same issue many times over voice. and there is no response till now for the emails i sent...this is pathetic, i need someone to resolve the issue..

                As customer of Andhra Bank I'm very sorry to complaint about the branch manager of Patancheru 1794.being a women the branch manager is very seriously angrying on me when I told her to change my surname after my marriage.i produced the certificate of marriage given by the district registrar sangareddy.know she is saying to bring the notary of 100 rupees of stamp duty .is it necessary the notary of 100 rupees for changing the surname .so please take serious action on the branch manager otherwise I complaint to the the zonal manager .

                  I have an account in ananthapalli andhra bank which got deactivated even though there are regular biweekly and monthly credits to the account. Reason the senior manager gives us that person has to come to branch at least once a year and withdraw or deposit money physically.. Where are we heading with digital banking. And to reactivate and get a statement, i am going through a process for the past 3 days. This is so frustrating because there is so much crowd and no one is wearing masks during this covid time so scary...

                    I am trying to register for internet banking after submitting every thing when i am on the page where i have to set password i am setting the password but when i click on continue its is show that the account id is invalid but it can't be true as i entered the correct id and the otp came on my mobile after the whole process they took me to that page so how can it be possible that my id is invalid.

                        My Debit card is blocked due to wrong block message i send.. I need to Unblock my card. I visit home branch, the manager told me" its not possible to Un block or apply new debit card, because of the account is SBJDY scheme account.So not possible to access atm Here after. ".
                        SO please give me the solution to get back new debit card or unblock card.

                              I filled my form and tried to pay the form money via sbipay then i entered my atm number then opt was sent to my number i typed the otp then it showed session expired this happened two times then at third time it showed sucess but around 1 am one message came from the bank it said that the amount is deducted.

The transaction status is under suspect but the amount was debited and the amount didn't reach the target account. I tried reaching the andhra bank but there's no response. Can you please help me?

                                  I got a message from amazon that my refund of (264) has credited in my upi on 18th august but my money hasn't credited in my bank account. I called andhra bank customer care many times but they said that they don't know about refund reference number (Rrf) which amazon can help me with. Its already past a month but i haven't got any positive response.

                                  I m wishing that i will get a positive response for my query soon. Pls help

                                      We tried to withdraw amount of rs.10000 from-hdfc atm (No 10/3/0567 & ligh 77/3rt
                                      Vijay nagar colony
                                      Hyderabad-500057) around 10 pm on 10th september, 2020
                                      The amount is shown to be debited, the atm made some sounds of counting but the money didn't come out of machine. We request the respective athorities to look into the issue and give us a refund asap
