Sir my money struck in the deposit machine and machine shows hardware error.. Momey is not credited in my account... The amount is ₹500.
I have done transaction at andhra bank, narsapur, medak district, telangana, 502313.

I ve been trying to register internet banking since a week but it is showing invalid account id (I gave the id as it is in the passbook and i got the otp to my mobile number and i entered that correctly and after that i got a password screen, in that when im trying to add password it is showing acc id invalid) but i gave the right one. Please help.

I went for withdrawal amount from atm. It showed transaction failed for two times but my amount is debited from my bank two times.5000/- is debited from my bank after transaction failed pls rectify it

I have ordered a product from a shopping website (Amazon) and returned that product and after returning that i received a message from amazon that my amount was refunded (I. E., on 27/1/2020) and usually every time i used to get my money in my account just after they refunded but this time refund money did not reflect in my account. Amazon had sent my money to my account but my money did not reflect in my account.in the message, it was mentioned that money would be reflected in 5-7 business days. So, on that note i waited for more 10 days but then too i did not get my money. I contacted andhra bank customer care and then visited my respective andhra bank branch (Nakkalagutta branch, warangal) in which my bank account was present but none of them resolved my issue. This is the second time i m complaining about this. It has been almost 6 months. Hoping that u would resolve my issue

Veenavanka branch Andhra Bank staff way of treating the customer is worst.
they are not at all allowing the people inside the bank and people are standing in Queue hours and hours out side of the bank .
bank people are wasting customers time and hiring stupid security. they don't even know how to speak with customers and how to behave. if they don't want to run the bank just close the bank.

Actually i have transferred money from my father's account to my account.
My father's account is andhra bank and my account is indian bank.
So i have did card to card transfer.

In andhra bank account transferred amount is debited but in my indian bank amount is not credited. But my father received a sms that, money is debited by card to card transfer.

So can you plz check out the issue!

I have cancelled three order from amazon on 7th july 2020 but i have not received my refund yet so i talked to them and they told me that refund has been initiated from them and they asked me to contact your bank with reference id when i talked to them i didnt get any positive response.. Both my bank and amazon keep putting blame on each other and they are not providing any suitable information about my refund.. I’m did my online transaction using abtej inn21 st july 5000 rupees money debited in my account but not credited in my beneficiary account

I have done a transaction through googlepay on amount of 399rs money to airtel payments bank account. The transaction is done successfully but the amount of money is not added to the airtel payments bank account wallet. The airtel wallet acno:[protected].
The transaction is done on 22nd july 2020. Can u refund my money back and chargeback my money 399rs to my bank account.. Thank you 🙏

June 17 th order refund money is not added sir but (June 30th order cash on delivery but refund is added july 3rd) but june 17th order not refund money sir please solve problem sir.

(Two orders are same amount but one order is added and another order is not added)

On 15th I got msg from Google pay claim ur money u got rewarded when Iam doing the process 1709/- got debited whose that I don't know their name is Bankilal Lodhi his number is not there down of the name [protected]@upi like this it's there after the transaction I sent request to send my money back also not send please look after this transaction

Hello i made a transaction of rupees 2097/- rs on 02 june 2020 for online purchase then i returned the product they refunded my money on june 14th but till now my money is not credited into my account resolve my issue asap

Without using debit card and do not made purchages with in a week several times the pos charges are debited from my sb account. The details are
