I booked my ticket in goibibo through debit card money deduced but ticket cancelled and when i refund my amount since they refunded my money through pos transaction message came as they refunded my money but money did not come into my account. May i know my current money situation. How can i get that back. Is it possible or not if possible how many days it takes and is there any other way to get my money back.

I booked my ticket in goibibo through debit card money deduced but ticket cancelled and when I refund my amount since they refunded my money through pos transaction message came as they refunded my money but money did not come into my account. May I know my current money situation. How can I get that back.is it possible or not if possible how many days it takes and is there any other way to get my money back
I am Trying to use net banking and it's giving me the following error.

I am not able to look at anything on my account dashboard

"[USERFG0011] [100205] The active accounts linked to the user do not exist. Only limited features can be used.Please try after sometime."

    Amount has deducted railway ticket has nt issued through Internet banking I complaint also till now no response plz follow up
    Bank closed at 1:30pm & now time is 2:40 pm they are not opening and they are telling manager didn't came so, we can't open
    Today While depositing Rs.1000 in my account through CDM it rejected to take one 500 rupees note then i press the cancel button but the machine take automatically another note.And not credited Rs.500 in my account .I tried many times to calling customer care but no response from them.
    However I request you please solve my problem
    Need to change Mobile phone number
    I didn't get money in my bank account

      Dear Sir,

      I have bought flat from Amrapali group in 2014 under subvention plan (10:80:10) where Amrapali had to pay EMI to bank till possession. Amrapali stopped construction in between as well as EMIs. Now bank is sending letters to us to pay the EMIs and also degrade our CIBIL score. We are not able to take any other loan now due to overdue payments.

      Please look into this on urgent basis and support us to correct our CIBIL score.

      My debit card no [protected] valid by 12/22 is not working when I am going to pay for my online transactions
      always appears on screen Season expired
      We have taken the crop loan of Rs.96, 000 from andhra bank from account number [protected] account holder name:
      pasham padma with the evidence of 5 acers land.
      We heard that before one year there is no interest, but without Intimating us they have added the interest on our balance .
      So please solve our problem

        While paying some amounts through jio app due to some mistake my rupey card was blocked today
        The message says :

        For security reasons your purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorredt details. Your card has been blocked for further use at rupey merchants.

        Hence i request you to kindly solve the problem at the earlist as i have many financial commitments.

            Good Evening.

            This is Ramakrishna Katukoori, Having saving account [protected] and the IFSC code is ANDB0002499.

            Today one my relative got admitted in NIMS hospital, Panjagutta HYD due to Dengue and her condition is serious. My relatives deposited 25000/- money in to my savings account, today at 16:41 and got the confirmation message to my mobile [protected].
            After that 16:43, I got one more message that 25000/- has been debited from my account . I got shocked and thought that my account has been hacked .

            On the other hand, I logged to my account with AB Tej(Andhra Bank APP) and i can see that TPT done to my mother loan account .
            Immediately, i called to Bank manager Siva Kumar his number is [protected] and he said that it is automatically debited to my mother account.

            Kindly note the below points:

            1.My mother over due amount is 15000/- change, then how 25000/- automatically debited ?
            2.If it is over due, how the money automatically debited from other account ?
            3.Even if she is my mother with out noticing me, why the 25000/- amount got deducted ?
            4.Since the loan is in active, How the amount is deducting from other accounts?

            Is Andhra bank servers are debiting money form other accounts then where is the security in depositing money in to our accounts .

            Today we need money very badly fro treatment in NIMS hospital Hyderabad . We eagerly waiting for money . I understood that without my notice Bank manager taken the control on my account .
            Whoom given the rights to him to debit money through my account even if the loan account is another one.

            If anything happen in hospital due to money we are not having, I will directly got o high court on this.

            Finally i need the solution on this on immediate basis.

            I did imps transaction today through internet banking and it shows status as suspect. I didn't get any message to my registered Mobile numberWhether transaction is completed or not? & Please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                    Hi,
                    I had deposited a cheque (Of inr 25000) to fund my own account in icici bank in kolkata (Outstation cheque, my home branch being in odisha), but it was rejected due to insufficient funds. I deposited the said amount in my account the very next day. Now it has been quite some time but the cheque hasn't been cleared yet. I talked with icici representative, and they said that the cheque has been sent again on (Or before) 25th september. I called up the customer care number of andhra bank, but they could only access my last five transactions (Which did not reflect the cheque bouncing notification, "inward reject") and had no way to provide me the information. This is the 3rd day after the said deposit of cheque. Now, my question is how do i know the status of the cheque and how long should i wait before going to icici bank and issue a new cheque, if necessary?

                    Turns out that ICICI bank was at fault for providing wrong information, it wasn't the fault of Andhra Bank.

                        Complaint details dear sir with reference above, we wish to inform you that the we was applied for loan for equipment and working shad for manufacturing of commercial ice block under pmegp scheme on dated 27/5/17 with permission of seating branch manager andhra bank kld. By application id no diup[protected] and project was recommended by dltfc sant kabeer nager by latter no. Pmegp/bank forwd. / 222 diup[protected] dated 8/6/2017. And branch manager was agree to disbursement of loan after physically verifications of all the fact project, but due to sum technical region the project, project file was returned to implementing agency for re submitting of fresh application on our request with new name and location.in continuation we were re - submit our fresh application the same project under pmegp scheme applicant id no. Kvup[protected] with permission of asst commissioner dic kld, and project was re - recommended by dltfc sant kabeer nager and recommendation letter sent to andhra bank branch kld online dated 14/8/2018 for loan disbursement and informed me to contact to financing branch, on 17/8/2018 we goes to meet to manager andhra bank branch kld, found branch manager changed and new existing branch manager refused to disbursement of loan under the scheme, due to we was not meet to him before submitting the application, and advised me to change the name of bank in project, but i explained to him that we cannot change the name of bank now. After above discussion the manager andhra bank recall me after one week on 27/8/18 but not attend and recall me on 4/9/2018 and asked for documents of related my information written in the application and recall on 5/9/2018 with original certificate and collateral. On 5/9/2018 i was provided all the relevant document and answered all the questions asked by the manager, after it the branch manager was agree to visit at our property but not physically verified and returned our proposal to implementing agency with wrong information [customer due diligence not as per our bank norm] question is this, bank norm of customer due diligence will be seen deferent by deferent branch manager of the same bank if yes than it will seen wrong as banking rules of rbi and if no than it will seen bead intension of the branch manager and need to punishment kindly look in to the matter thank and regards ram narayan mourya application id no.                           I am your andhra bank customer bearing an sb accout at isnapur branch, patancheru mandal, sangareddy district.

                          I have been observing since last one year that your atm/cdm at isnapur branch seems working intermittently. From last 10 days its not working at all. I have visited the cdm every day and it was not working a single day from last 10 days. I have to goto ashoknagar the next available cdm machine which is 12 kms away from isnapur. I have to travel 24 kms up and down, the distance which i can reach my grand mas house.

                          What is the use of placing the atms/cdms which are not working. Are they only for the purpose of display that you have machines which are not working. We know you andhra bank have atms and cdms. You dont need to show that you have machines.

                          I assume you are paying at least 10k per month as rent for the atm rooms. Why do you need to pay that amount simply to display machines which are not working. At least you can save the rental money if you vacate those rooms. At least we will be happy to know that there is no atm/cdm machine instead of running to the them hoping that they work one day and dispointed that it dose not work. Do you understand how much time and petrol (Money) we are spending to reach those so called atms and cdms.

                          Please place atms and cdms only if you can maintain them with proper condition and money. Please dont play with customers time and money.

                            I have a account in andhra bank vikas puri branch my account number is [protected] with name of nikita sharma. I received a message from my bank on my mobile number [protected] that i checked my account balance and withdraw rs. 10, 000/- at 2:24 pm 3-sept 2018 and rs. 7, 800/- at 2:25 pm 3-sept 2018 but at that time i was in my office (Westend mall). Then after that i called to customer care department she told that the location was dwarka sector-3 which is i was not aware about, she told me to block my debit card. I blocked my debit card and went to the vikas puri branch, but bank manager said its not their problem please contact near by police station.

                              I've tried paying bsnl landline bill using the qr code printed on the bill. This transaction was done on april 2018 using my debit card and till now amount was not credited back to my account. I have registered a complaint at bank branch. I went to the bank to check the status of the complaint 3 times. They always say that complaint is registered and we have to wait.

                                I swibed my atm card at bhambra highway filling station on 25.7.2018 at around 6.15 am for rs.1000 (One thousand). But the transaction failed and rs.1000 debited from my account no.[protected] ifs code andb0000085. Till today i have not received back the amount. Kindly look into the matter. It is already 1 and half months passed. Today i have verified their account statement also, it is not credited to their account also.
                                Andhra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I have transferred money of Rs.2000/- to a person of SBI Bank through ABTEJ app.But till it not credited in her account.So, please note my problem and give me a solution.
                                Sir I was activated net banking facility to my account in last week. But still, I don't get any Transaction facility with Payment option and other services in net banking. I'm facing error Id is [USERFG0011][100205]. Sir, please solve my issue as early as possible. Advance thanking you sir.

                                    I narasimhulu visited Andhra bank branch at around 02.10 pm to deposit amount to my daughter who is on emergency, as it is lunch hours till 02.30pm I told I wait till the time, but one o[censored]r staff asked me to go from the branch and come at 03.00pm and even told they lock the branch and even can't stay in bank.is this the respect u give customers please provide benches for customers who come for banking and see the problem sorted

                                      At present i am sitting in andhra bank caunaght place. I came here for salary account opening form approx 40 km. And this time i have 103 degree fever. But after knowing it a madam, someone is calling her cp madam, saying me to come tomorrow, as she has no time to accept it.
                                      That is the reason, why india is getting weak day by day. Due to these people every one called india a lazy country.

                                        This is with respect to my loan account-[protected] education loan that i had taken from andhra bank camp branch pune.

                                        I cleared all my dues on 27 the august 2018 and wanted noc as it is required for another loan for an emergency.
                                        I have followed up several times via mail and call but have not received any response yet.

                                        Kindly help me with this as i urgently require the noc.
