My mobile number is attached with the bank. If any money withdrawal or deposit in my account then it will receive a message immediately but from the first day, when i registered my mobile number in bank, the online transactions are not working i checked so many time. I asked to the bank employee who works in andhra bank but they not give better suggestion. So please check once my account that why the bank online transactions are not possible. I hope u will solve in soon. Thank you

I transfered an amount of 35000 and again return the money into my bank account but i did not get the money into my account but i got a message from paytm that refund is successful please help me out my account number is [protected]

    I had an sb account 0746 [protected] initially with andhra bank bhatlapenumarru branch, movva mandal, krishna district and subsequently the said account was transferred to pedapudi branch. Its ifsc code:2259.

    I am a retired employee of the new india assurance co. Ltd. I am now doing agriculture in 25 acres in bhatlapenumarru & barlapudi villages of movva mandal in which sugar cane, paddy and turmeric are grown. My family members availed crop loans (For sugar cane) from andhra bank pedapudi branch (Ifsc code: 2259).

    As i am staying in ashok nagar of vijayawada city, i want to with draw some amount to meet my financial commitments.in order to do that i visited andhra bank siris branch, vijayawada. Astonishingly, i was prevented from withdrawing the cash under pretext that no withdrawal is allowed for the accounts of other branches. At last i returned with a blank face though i am an educated and retired employee.

    However, i was not convinced with the response from a responsible official of the bank as it is absolutely against the rules and procedures of the bank. I opine that it is definitely a service lapse on the part of the bank by preventing a client of other branch of the bank from withdrawing the permitted amount as per the guidelines.

    Hence, my humble submission is to look in to my grievance and see that appropriate directions may be given to the concerned so that clients more particularly the retired and senior citizens like me will be comfortable in transacting their banking transactions.

    My money has been cut from my account for payment of bill in us polo store but it is not received by that store n balance is also cut down from my account n even i have file complaint 15 days back but there is no rply my money in not debited to my account back

        Have made an aeps transaction of mousumi roy who has a joint account
        With her husband satyajit roy at sbi radhanagar road branch. Her
        Aadhaar no.[protected] is given in her account no.- [protected].
        She has deposited rs. 2000/- on 30/11/2016 at first in her said
        Account through my kiosk and the same amount is transferred to
        Dibyandu chatterjee, an account holder of andhra bank, having account
        No.- [protected] of durgapur. Both transaction has been done
        Through my kiosk. But, dibyandu chatterjee has not got the transferred
        Amount of rs.2000/- even his account has been debited by rs.2000/-,
        Means there is a shortage of rs.4000/- in the account of mr. Dibyandu
        Chatterjee due to aeps transaction. Mr. Dibyandu chatterjee account is
        Also linked with the aadhaar no.[protected].

        I have attached the scan copy of the deposit and transfer slip of mrs.
        Mousumi roy and the updated passbook copy of mr. Dibyandu chatterjee
        For your reference and also the aadhaar no. Of both the parties.

        Therefore, i request you to look at the matter seriously and do the
        Needful as soon as possible. I will be thankful to you for this.

          Actually i have added tried to add money of 2000 rupees in my paytm account. I have tried to add with my rupay debit card i have entered all details and got otp to my number i have also entered that and the paytm has taken time but that transaction was failed i have the proofs for that order. But the miracle is if transaction of paytm cancelled the amount has not added but after some time amount has been deducted from the account how could it who will pay me i have loosen 4000 i want explain for that.

          I have dropped a Cheque in Andhra bank kavuri hills branch on 8th May 2018
          Its been two days the cheque havent Cleared yet .

          Normally a bank clears the cheque with in two working days but my cheque havent cleared yet

            I have received notice form incometax department, statying that, i have another income using this tan: hyda13879f, deductor: andhra bank. When i approach, bank manager is telling that, this tan is not related to andhrabank. Kindly confirm whose tan is this? How to over come with my tax related issue.               I have savings account with account number [protected].
              I have done a amount transfer of rs 5500 into an account starting with 1067 instead of 1467. Remaining numbers in the account numbers is same.

              Please do the needful and revert the amount into my account.
              I have already given complaint to the respective branch managers and send a mail to them pasting the transaction page details from the net banking.

              My account branch is sanatnagar, hyderabad and the amount to be deposited in andhra bank kphb branch but the amount actually went to markapur branch as per the ifsc codes

                    As service provider just dial pvt ltd was agreement with 3months. But three months is completed just dial was continued send the ecs to bank and bank was rejected ecs and andhra bank is charged 118rs per ecs hitting per month bank was dected 800 and above from my account i am informed the bank the bank team is talking irresponsible we don't stop the ecs this is not our work.

                    So please stop the my ecs please do needful.

                      My ac [protected] grama kranti jan dhan ac. Atm card not issuing by branch. The manager said it is not possible to issue atm card to jan dhan accounts, he said you should change ur account to sb and then atm will issue.. And one more thing is i mistakenly deposited 50000 thousand my account is now freezed so please solve my problem and i want get atm also please solve this... Please respond immediately

                          I am an andhra bank account holder, recently i am using internet banking at that time i want to transfer money to another account using neft, in that "from account its showing drop down only one option that is select option and not showing in my account" but i am getting some error that is "you don't have any accounts linked for given criteria", and i contact my branch they said that your account is "activate state" and they are tried to reslove it on last 2 months but still its "not resolved" that's why branch manager suggest me to submit the complaint and could you please resolve it as soon as possible and thanks in advance.

                            I am currently having home loan in andhrabank. I have requested to change my interest rate into mclr. But they have asked me to bring guaranter to sign the document. Already we have signed in mod and document registered in the bank name. Then why should i follow the same procedure?. Suppose my gurantee has not availble or out of station means what should i do? And also they asked me the 1% loan amount for conversion charges, it is equivalent /more than getting new loan approval charges. If i am applying in hdfc /canara/sbi i will pay only 6000 rs to 8000 rs for getting new loan or transferring this loan.

                            Kindly let me know do i need to bring guaranter to sign?

                              Hi sir I'm working in medical branch Andhrabank as a small Employee. From few months we all are noticing some illegal relationship between manager nagavishnavi and Israel Prakash loan officer. They are sending away staff and spending time in bank doing all unauthorized works personally between each other which are some times not noticed by cc cam. Even on 2nd n 4th Saturday they are saying they have work and coming to bank, keeping bank as adda for their personal relationship. And escaping from everybody. Though Israel Prakash is transferred to Gayathri still till date he is visiting this branch and working late hours and spending time with her personally, without doing any work related to bank. They are not even bothered that they can b coat and punished by head department. Israel is very adamant in scolding AGM and DGM very badly with staff saying that They can't pluck anything. Everyday between 7.30 pm to 10.30 r 11Pm he is spending time n on off days also. Please take strict action against them because we are not able to see all this personal activitiesin bank. Sir I request manager is very character less and even Israel. Please take action and also necessary observation check according to the mention time above. Thank you sir

                                Iiam unable to add HDFC bank ltd as a payee where the branch is located in Chennai and the look up box says

                                  Senior pension account has not linked to the pension account due to delay pension not came since jan 2018. We have been visiting bank several times but we don't get positive response and bank says it was getting delay from their delhi and chandgarh andhra bank branches. We need your help on this issue as nobody is giving written from where its getting delayed.

                                    My ac [protected] grama kranti jan dhan ac. Atm card not issuing by branch. The manager said it is not possible to issue atm card to jan dhan accounts, he said you should change ur account to sb and then atm will issue.. And one more thing is i mistakenly deposited 50000 thousand my account is now freezed so please solve my problem and i want get atm also please solve this

                                    My account 016910100146196 it is a GRAMA KRANTI AC. I went to the bank to get a new ATM, but the manager said it is not possible to get a ATM for this type ac and one more thing is this ac not appear in BHIM AAP also . The amount also not withdrawal because of 50000 deposited

                                      Please don the needful asap.
                                      Please change my mobile number as I chnaged my number and all my transactions are on hold so please change as soon as possible because I'm facing lot of problems in request please do it as soon as possible

                                        Even if i done online payments also on[protected] same problem not even im not getting money from atm also.
