Respected sir,
I have my moms account in the branch lingampalli it is so far from my home, i am usually deposit in beeramguda branch i reached 10mins before the 4:00 with 2000rupees (18 hundereds and 20 coins) (These coins i saved in my home,) the cashier in the beeramguda branch refused to take the coins and closed the counter, she says to go to that branch where you are taken the account, i didnt argued with her she is newly appointed in beeramguda branch.in that branch there is no complaint box so, please consider my complaint. I dont know her name but iam sure she is new to beeramguda branch,
