I have done shopping in ss shopping near old gajuwaka visakhapatnam.they insert my atm card and scratched the card.but it deducted money from my account Rs:2643 Machine showed denied.please resend my money back to my account

    I andhra bank deposited 1500... But final show in atm 1216... Bal deducted 284... Finally i asked why did deduct my balance.. Please resolve my problem... 2 months back same problem...       When i filled andhra bank sb account online, it showed to bring only original id proof, but when i visited the branch, they are asking for 2 copies of all the documents and photos, when i ask about the same, they said that "in online they show like that only". If that is the case, why you people giving false information online, and also just for opening an sb account they are calling 3 times to visit the branch...

        Sri sai geeta mandiram, account no is [protected] maintaining balance of nearly 9 lks, and we have deposits of 30 lks. We will deposit monthly near by 10000 to 25000, from thee months in gadwal branch 10 rupees coins are not accepting, we have our account in other branch in gadwal state bank of india they are accepting the coins, but in ur branch they are not accepting.                       I have my moms account in the branch lingampalli it is so far from my home, i am usually deposit in beeramguda branch i reached 10mins before the 4:00 with 2000rupees (18 hundereds and 20 coins) (These coins i saved in my home,) the cashier in the beeramguda branch refused to take the coins and closed the counter, she says to go to that branch where you are taken the account, i didnt argued with her she is newly appointed in beeramguda branch.in that branch there is no complaint box so, please consider my complaint. I dont know her name but iam sure she is new to beeramguda branch,

                          On 29/11/17 i made payment through debitcard postxn/apspdcl guntur/42074713 for paying electricity bill in their office (Rs35, 000/-), and i got declined status but money deducted from my account.

                            While paying some amounts through ptm due to some mistake my rupey card was blocked one week ago.
                            The message says :

                            For security reasons your purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorredt details. Your card has been blocked for further use at rupey merchants.

                            Hence i request you to kindly solve the problem at the earlist as i have many financial commitments.

                                  I forgot my internet banking login password trying to reset from past 25 days i called customer care people and sent mail to andhra bank no response for mails and im getting an error message OTP host not avaliable pls try after some times even after changing browers and i contacted branch also they asked me to try after 24 hrs even that is not working

                                      On 12th november i have paid rs. 315.00 using andhra bank tej app by bharat qr by the mobile phone, vide tr. But so for complaint has not been resolved. I have been called the help line many times but no proper response.
