It was blocked due to PIN No wrong entry and i was call to Andhra Bank credit card division and release the card Block at 15:00 PM on 24.03.2015 . At 17.39 onwards, without using my credit card on 24.04.2015, amount are deduction on the below transactions. 1. A transaction of Rs. 500 has been done using your Andhra Bank Credit Card 4XXX0008 at TIMESOFMONEY SBIPG IN on 24-MAR-15 - 17:39:00. Avail Limit is 88559.65. 2.A transaction of Rs. 10000 has been done using your Andhra Bank Credit Card 4XXX0008 at TIMESOFMONEY SBIPG IN on 24-MAR-15 - 17:40:58. Avail Limit is 78559.65. 3.A transaction of Rs. 4200 has been done using your Andhra Bank Credit Card 4XXX0008 at PLAYGAMES24X7_TPSL SBIPG IN on 24-MAR-15 - 17:42:38. Avail Limit is 74359.65. 4. A transaction of Rs. 5000 has been done using your Andhra Bank Credit Card 4XXX0008 at JUNGLEE GAMES INDIA PVMUMMH IN on 24-MAR-15 - 18:18:04. Avail Limit is 69359.65. 5.               Andhra bank cr card dept enhanced the limit from 1. 0l to 3. 0lakhs and after utilizaing part of the famount from the sanctioned limit now the card dept. Reduced the limit within 15 days period from the date of enhancment and demanding the enhanced limit/utilized amount as min. Amount due. No justification/reply for my 18 written complaints to all the concerned.

                  I made a online payment of rs 359 to flipkart. While i was making the payment payment was unsuccessful and the reason was that "Your bank declined the payment" but the money was debited from the account. I talked to the flipkart customer care and they said that they have received no payment from the bank and said if the money is debited it will be credited in the account by your bank within 7 days. Its about 20days i didnt received my money. I mailed them about my problem but there was no heed on this and its about 4 days

                    I, S. Padmavathi, with the account no. [protected], havie the account with the Andhra Bank VMV branch. I had issued a bearer cheque to one of my customers, Dr. M.L.Niharika for an amount of Rs.1, 50.000/-. The said customer tried to en-cash the cheque at NIM's Branch at Hyderabad. It was a Flexi Account cheque, which should have been honored immediately. But the Bank refused to pay the amount saying that there was not enough balance. The said customer rang me up saying that she could have filed a criminal case against me. This is outrageous as I am very much sure I have had the balance in my account. This was very insulting. After confirming the balance amount and informing the matter to the NIM's Branch. Later the cheque was honored. But this was an insulting incident as I was accused of giving a cheque for the amount WITHOUT enough balance in my account. I would like to complain that the clerk concerned SHOULD have checked the account properly, if there was any doubt or disparity regarding the signature or any other matter, I should have been contacted, rather than giving wrong information that there was NOT ENOUGH BALANCE. This is very a careless act by the Bank, NIM's branch of Andhra Bank. I demand the grievance is redressed properly in writing

There was an indication on the screen of my system indicating the blocking of my card and that I should contact[protected] for redressal. As today is Sunday the phone was not answered.                               Hello Sir, My dad has checked the balance from Andhra bank ATM at Jubille Hills, after getting the mini statement he left . While leaving dad haven't checked whether the transaction is completed. Within 2 minutes he is receiving an SMS stating that he has withdrawn Rs.10, 000 which he haven't done. He explained about this to Bank personal and they informed to fill some form and provide letter. The bank personal made my father to come everyday and meet other persons from different branches without any action . My father got vexed and he explained to me, he said there was a person inside the ATM when he was checking balance. I am helpless at this time because i stay in different state. I will register a formal FIR and proceed. I am registering this complaint due to negligence of Bankers making my dad to run behind them, poor ATM maintenance. They should have ran through the video and should have given some information about that transaction. People need to know the reality. Need your advise on this. Public Note : Do not allow stranger or do any transaction in single ATM machines in front of stranger. Do watch on strangers while you do transactions anywhere.

                                  Hi, I am a customer from Andhra Bank with the account number [protected] Name: Lalitha Alaparthi In my account my husband death insurance money of 25, 000/- has been credited on[protected] and bank members no one informed on this. When we checked recently and found that from the whole amount 18, 200/- has been withdrawn without my knowledge. And now they are saying bank manager has been transferred. How these employees will withdraw money from my account without my knowledge and Is this the security Andhra bank people are providing to us. I trusted the Bank : Andhra Bank and opened the account but Not that manger or cashier or clerk. Hopw i will get justice on this

                                      respected sir, i p.suresh babu have availed an agricultural loan of rs65000/- in andhra bank, kadiyam branch, east godavari district, andhra pradesh. The loan account number is [protected]. The loan has become substandard and i have completely closed the loan on[protected]. I have been told at the branch that immediately after closing the loan the details will be updated in the cibil report.                                       Banks usually update the details to CIBIL on last working day of a month. In your case it takes some more time as you close the loan on 9th Sep and these records can be updated on 30th Sep.
