TPA's not contactable and rerouting of consumers from one department to another

I have purchased this Arogyadaan Medical Insurance from United India Insurance Co. via Andhra Bank. This company seems like a total fraudulent company.
Firstly the Insurance cards or the co do not get accepted at the mentioned hospitals according to their booklet. So Cashless hospitalization is out of question.
Secondly upon renewal of the Insurance policy, the consumer never receives the cards on time. In fact I never received...

I am pensionar since 1974. My pension A/c is in Andhra Bank Main Branch, TENALI, AP
since then I do not have CVV No. till date. I am not in position to use Internet transctions.

Charging Money for Printing Account statement
