i am using the andra bank abpower visa electrin from fast 8 years iwant use my debit card for online transction or ng pay perposes so it is asking for the cvv number for that verification but i dont have the cvv number at the back side of my debit card so please make nesasary arrangements for my card my det5ails are mentioning below MY CARD NO [protected]

I have purchased this Arogyadaan Medical Insurance from United India Insurance Co. via Andhra Bank. This company seems like a total fraudulent company.
Firstly the Insurance cards or the co do not get accepted at the mentioned hospitals according to their booklet. So Cashless hospitalization is out of question.
Secondly upon renewal of the Insurance policy, the consumer never receives the cards on time. In fact I never received my Arogyadaan cards last year at all.

To top it all, this time while I have been hospitalized for the first time after having purchased the Insurance policy about 4 years back and having not claimed a single penny until now, despite having forwarded the claim papers on time and having received the acknowledgement about receipt of the papers yet when I call the helpline number they say they haven't received the papers as yet.

More importantly the specific numbers of the TPA is not listed on the booklets, and the purpose of listing two different addresses where the papers need to be couriered are mentioned thus creating a confusion.

I think One must totally avoid buying the Arogyadaan Medical Insurance Policy as this is no way to treat the customer.

i gave complaint in the branch they provided transaction password envolope ,they told user login id envolope will come to your house.

IT WOULD BE REALLY BE MORE COMFORTABLE ENOUGH FOR CREATING A CUSTOMER CELL WHERE AN IMMEDIATE LOGIN PASSWORD CAN BE GENERATED ONLINE AND THERE BY BEING MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY INSTEAD OF MOVING AROUND THE BANKS FOR LOGIN PASSWORD COVERS ONCE AND THEN TRANSACTION PASSWORD NEXT AND SO ON

Andhra Bank (Gajularamaram) had Charged 220 rs for the print of my account statement. But there is a no such limitations in the bank website for a savings account. http://andhrabank.in/english/PrivilegeSBDeposit.aspx see 5 under benefits and this is my first statement print since i started my account. I have opened a savings Bank Account in the Andhra Bank, Balanagar Branch, Hyderabad and along with the Account Opening form I have submitted an application for the issuance of Debit/ATM card. But to my surprise the Bank people particularly Mr. Chandan(Employee of the Bank) simply stated that the Application has been lost and also stated that all new application will not be considered and I have to apply new application. Thereafter I have applied for ATM card second time, though the bank peoples have got the ATM Card and PIN with them and though I have been approached the bank many times since two months, they are deliberately not issuing the ATM card. The worst thing is that I have approached the Asst. General Manager (Mr. T. Chandrashekara Reddy) of the bank to direct his employee to issue the ATM Card, that fellow very rashly stated that they have lot of work and after completion of their work only they will see/ consider my request. Please note that I am a Employee and I have taken many times half day leave for obtaining the ATM cards, but whenever I approach the bank they Simply state that I am the Savings bank holder and firstly the requests of Current account holders considered and thereafter they will see the rest of the things. I do not understand that the bank is a service sector and to my knowledge the bank has to consider the request of their customers who are standing in queues for hours together and shall do rest of their personal things thereafter. I suspect the bonafides of the Andhra Bank, Balanagar Employee in non issuing the ATM cards.

I am C.V.RAMANA with a/c no : [protected], i tried to withdrawn amount from KARUR VYSYA BANK , NANDYAL , NGO'S COLONY Branch using my ANDHRA BANK ATM, I tried RS.10,000 /- , RS. 5000 /-, RS. 5000 /- respectively but i got succeed for the first attempt and remain two attempts were failed on 07/ 06 /2012. But the amount RS. 10000 /- debited from my account which transactions were failed. I filed a complaint to the manager regarding this on 12/ 07 /2012. But i didn't get my money back yet and today i filed another complaint regarding the same.
