parcel booked from mumbai on 21-10-09 with docket no.[protected] to be delivered to mr shaikh shabbir, andhra bank, peddamangalaram branch, moinabad road moinabad r r dist pin 501504.
upon enquiry on 1-11-09 head office of professional courier informed that their mehdipatnam branch has delivered the parcel to somebody in mehdipatnam. the attitude of the staff members is non-cooperative, seems that the staff members (group of staff) are involved in such type of modus operandi i.e. misappropriating the goods and claiming that the parcels are delivered.
I request the top official of professional courier to look in to matter and see tha the parcel is traced with all the articles in it and delivered to me at my above address at the earliest.
please avoid inconvenience to you and your customers.

    Dear Sir,

    Sub: Cash not received in ATM but Amount has Debited in my A/c.
    Ref: A/c. No. SB. [protected],(Syndicate Bank, Peenya Branch Bangalore)

    I hereby wish to inform that, I was trying to withdraw the Money from the ATM in Andhra Bank, in HSR Layout Bangalore around 8.25PM on dt 20.10.2009 twice. But the transaction was denied But I didn’t received any receipt due to ATM receipt problem. But after this I checked my balance in other Bank ATM(HSR Layout Bangalore around 8.44pm) and at that time I was surprised to see that the amount of Rs.4000/- was Debited in my Account.

    I request you to please rectify the error and credit that amount to my account.

But the transaction was denied But I didn’t received any receipt due to ATM receipt problem. But after this I checked my balance is debited for my account RS, 1900

    I request you to please rectify the error and credit that amount to my account.

      I went to withdraw Rupees Fifteen Thousand (Rs.15000 ) from Andhra Bank ATM situated at Sector 10 Dwarka New Delhi 110075 at aprox 1:15 P.M. on 9th February 2009

      While I inserted my ATM card, typed four digit pin, and Filled Amount Rupees Fifteen Thousand (Rs.15000 ) the Machine showed the massage like “PLEASE WAIT …YOUR TRANSACTION IS IN PROCESS “ but after some time i was asked to fill the Amount for Withdrawal on screen instead of deliver the Amount filled already. Now I filled Rs 15000 again as my ATM card was inside the Machine, but the Machine did not deliver the Amount and this time the massage was containing keywords “Timed Out”. Machine ejected my Card without any statement slip although I had requested for slip.

      After that I contacted to the branch manager Andhra Bank Dwarka Sector 10. He told me that The Amount of Rupees 15000/ has been debited form my account. He advised me to write an application so that he can forward to Bank Head Office ATM Branch for necessary correction. But till today the amount could not reach back to my bank account.The Branch manager says everytime that it will be corrected by head office.
      Now what can i do?? kindly please advise anybody.

      Complaint Description :

      On 21st March 2009 I have made first transaction for Rs.10, 000/-(ten thousand rupess) using Citi bank debit card in Andhra Bank ATM
      at Vansthalipuram Branch in Hyderabad. I have taken the amount.

      Again for second transaction for 10, 000/-(ten thousand rupess) i got the message as Tranasction declined.
      i did not receive the amount but the amount 10.000/-(ten thousand rupess) has been deducted from my account.


      The fault is with the ATM service at the Andhra Bank (vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad)
      I need immediate help from whom ever it concerns and want my amount back as soon as possible to my account for Rs.10, 000/-(ten thousand rupess)

      ATM — Anount debited from account without getting cash

      Dear Sir,
      I have an account in Indian Overseas's R.K.Puram, New Delhi branch & also ATM of this account. I visited my hometown, Saharanpur, during month of february & tried to withdraw Rs. 15000/- ( Rs. Fifteen Thousnad Only) from Dena Bank's ATM on 10/02/09 ( Tenth Feburary Two Thousand Nine).After transcation i got the receipt that transaction is not successful ( Reject advice from ATM ) but Rs.15000/-( Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) had been deducted from my account . I informed to bank about this.They told me to write an application to my bank( Indian Overseas Bank) . I wrote an application to Chief Manager ( Indian overseas Bank, Lahurabir, VARANASHI) as i had to resume my duty here, because i am working here. I also wrote an application to Dena Bank, Saharanpur, regarding this transcation but till now i have not got my money back, Kindly look into matter immediately. Detail of my account is given below.

      On 20th april, 2009, i've made a transaction for rs.2000/-(two thousand rupees only) in Indian Overseas Bank Atm, J.Proad, Bhimavaram-534202, using my Andhra bank Atm card.

      The amount has been debited from my account, but i coundn't receive it. Only a blank white slip was received from the machine.
      On the same day i lodged a complaint in the Andhra bank, Ashok nagar, Eluru where my S/B account exists.


      So, I request the Andhra bank Atm authorities to credit my money Rs.2000/- immediately to my S/B account.

      ICICI Bank — regarding debit 15000/- from my a/c but i have not got this amount by atm card

      On 5th May, 2009 at 5.32 PM I have made transaction for Rs.15, 000/-(Fifteen thousand only) by using Andhra Bank ATM card Bearing No. [protected](SB Ac. No.301767 of Andhra Bank, Guntur Medical College Branch, Guntur) in Andhra Bank ATM, Sankar Vilas, Brodipet, Guntur.

      No amount was not extracted from ATM, hence, I did not receive the amount but the amount 15.000/-(Fifteen thousand only) has been deducted from my account.

      In this connection, I have made complaint before Bank Manager, Andhra Bank, Guntur Medical College Branch, Guntur on[protected].

      The fault is with the ATM service at the Andhra Bank (Andhra Bank, Koritipadu Branch, Guntur)
      I need immediate help from whom ever it concerns and want my amount back as soon as possible to my account for Rs.15, 000/-(Fifteen thousand only)

      This is K.Satyanarayana.On May first week i swiped My andhra bank atm at RS Brothers Ammerpate. I dont know that the swiping mechine working or not but I havent got any slip over there but my amount was debited 2 times and one time credited. i asked for the money in the Bank and shop keepers. I didnty answer any thing. i went to bank and gave complaint.but no use of it. i think the authorities are make money based on this kind of transactions.
      I am an employee of Judl. department at Anantapur.
      I would like to inform you that I have been maintaining A.B.J.Account at Andhra Bank, District Court Complex Extension Counter at Anantapur. On my request, I have been issued VISA Electron Debit Card bearing No.AB POWER [protected] and subsequently I have received PIN No. also.
      I regret very much to inform you that I could not transact with the ATM as every time when I go to ATM of Andhra Bank and even other Banks also, I am getting message while operating ATM as transaction decline/Invalid Trans or Account/Unable to Process, as such I am unable to utilize the services of ATM.
      I have lodged complaint on 11.5.09 through Andhra Bank, Anantapur but till now I have not received any reply from your end. I have been pursuing the matter with my bank i.e. Anantapur DCC Extension counter authorities, but they are unable to solve the issue. I contacted Hyderabad complaint authority over phone, but of no use. I request you to do the needful for utilization of ATM.
      i have account in State Bank of Mysore Arkalgud branch, and i am tried to withdraw 15000 amount from corporation bank ATM in[protected], cash will not come from the machine. but the 15000 amount is debited to my account, regarding this i give a letter to my bankers in the same day.till today i am not getting any reply from my bank, please suggest me what to do?

      I have an account in Bank of India, Guntur & also ATM of this account. I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000/- ( Rs. Twon Thousnad Only) from Indian Overseas Bank's ATM, Brodiepet on 18/06/09 ( Eighteenth, June Two Thousand Nine). After transaction i got the receipt that transaction is TEMPORARILY, UNABLE TO PROCESS PLEASE CONTACTYOUR BRANCH (Reject advice from ATM ) but Rs.2000/-( Rupees TWO Thousand only) had been deducted from my account . I wrote an application to Manager ( Bank of India, Guntur)) on 20th June 2009 regarding this transcation but till now i have not got my money back, Kindly look into matter immediately.       Anhdra Bank Debit card ATM — Account Debited Amount not receied

      Today I went at SBH - ATM at SBH, Old Bowenpally Branch to withdraw Rs. 5,000/- the ATM debited Rs. 5,000/- but the amount of Rs. 5,000/ has not come out from that ATM.

      Dear Sir,
      On 1st April 2010, I have withdrawed Rs 1000 using SBI maestro debit card from Andhra Bank ATM with ATM ID :WC584401 which is situated at IDPL Colony, Hyderabad . After that the ATM machine had processed same transaction again and deducted one more Rs1000 from my account which i didnt receive. Please do the needful to get my Rs 1000 back.

      On 8th March 2010 time is 11:26 I have made first transaction for Rs.400/-(four hundred rupess) using ANDHRA BANK debit card in Oriental Bank ATM ECIL X Road ATM ID is DA110010 in Hyderabad.i see one notice that is your transaction is pending process

      Again for second transaction for 400/-(four hundred rupees) i got the 400 rupees

      Today i.e.,[protected] I went to SBI ATM ( ID: s10s[protected] Machilipatnam main branch at 17.20 hrs to withdraw a sum of Rs.10, 000/- After entering the pin and the amount simply a transaction slip has come without dispensing cash. The Txn slip( Txn No. 1766 ) says that " SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS" . Immediately I went to Near by Andhra Bank of LIC branch and when contacted the official told me to lodge a complaint at the original Andhra Bank where my savings account is standing. ( That is at H.B. Colony, Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada.Andhra Pradesh ). Please do the needful in this regard and see that immediately credit be given to that effect to my savings account.

        Sub: Erroneous debit of an amount of Rs 15,000.00(Fifteen thousand) while attempting to withdraw from ANDHRA ATM at Saidapet, Chennai on 15/09/09 – Reg:
        Ref: My Debit Card No.[protected] of IOB
        I was on official tour from 14 to 17/09/09 in Chennai and wanted to withdraw an amount of Rs 15,000.00 to attend to some emergent expenditure and attempted to withdraw the same from the ATM centre of ANDHRA Bank at Saidapet at about 11 AM. Eventhough, I couldn’t get the said amount, a slip has come out mentioning no details, which is enclosed herewith. But subsequently when I tried to withdraw from the same ATM, a statement has appeared on the Monitor that my maximum daily withdrawal limit has been crossed.
        Surprisingly, when I have received the updated Pass Book for IOB on 18/09/09, it has come to my notice that an amount of Rs 15,000.00 has been shown as withdrawn from this ATM.
        At this juncture, it is requested that you may please bestow your personal attention on this matter and arrange to debit back the amount to my SB A/c No.6423 of IOB, Vridhachalam Branch.

          i withdrew amount in andhra bank atm using my sbi atm card. since all atm has centralized .but In my 1st withdrawn of Rs.25000 my balance is Rs.103330 but after my 2nd withdrawal it has shown Rs.78330 as my balance.so then i checked the ministatement in another nearby sbi atm and it shows that i have withdrawn Rs.25000 twice.

            respected sir,iam namely r.srinivas had been taken a loan of PMRY CATAGERY account number RT2001 for an amount of 100000.and i paying all instalments regularly but at last they are not giving me the subsidy,so please kindly lookafter this matter very seriously.

            I took a PMRY loan from UCO bank Haldwani, uttarakhand on[protected]. which was to be deposited in 60 installments but till date no subsidy has been given. I was entitled of rs 15000 as a subsidy money.
            Now the time is over and subsidy has not come, why the delay, i have paid all the dues and my loan account is closed. Bank manager told me that as soon as subsidy comes we will transfer it to your saving bank account. My Loan account is [protected] branch name HAldwani...

              To Whom It May Concern: Account debited without cash disbursement at Andhra bank.

              I am an ICICI bank customer and was trying to withdraw money from Andhra bank ATM near by my locality. On 8th of Sept I requested to withdraw 6500/- to my surprise, I kept on waiting and machine did not disbursed cash. After around 20 second I got message saying transaction declined. Thinking of link/other technical issue, I tried once again and this time I got error message saying "insufficient fund". My account balance is 10.5k. So I was fully firm that I have money in my account. I gave another try and received the same error message. Then I decided to go to another bank – HDFC ATM near by. There also I tried to withdraw 6.5k and got he same error.

              Finally, I went to ICICI bank ATM, as I reached at ATM i got an SMS saying that your account has been debited with Rs.6500, I went and took a mini statement and found that the transaction in reference has been already debited from my account. It made completely nervous and speechless, money I was withdrawing to pay rent and I promised to pay my land lord.

              I called ICICI customer care, conveyed my plight, they ask me entire details to raise a complaint. They are saying that it will take 12 working days as per RBI norms to get this issue resolved. Today it is 4th day, every day I am making a call to them to get the status update but they their stand are clear 12 working days (The way they reply looks like there into 1980's banking system.)

              I am travelling through completely rough/tough whether (Financial) now, I wanted that money to pay my house rent, my land lord everyday he is asking, I explained him the problem, being a layman, he is not ready to accept my genuine problem. He has his own liability to pay.

              I am salaried have limited inflow of fund, due to unforeseen requirements, entire inflow from salary was commuted immediately. The fund I received for paying rent was a position which I was having in the market. I sold it loosing 60% of it to pay off my rent and other dues. I was not knowing that the money which I brought paying rent and other immediate liability will go to Andhra bank's ..not sure.. who is enjoying at my cost and suffering.

              I am requesting/suggesting to the RBI policy maker, there might be thousand of incident like this. This may result into a source of fund for commercial baker to keep them fully liquid at no cost and other's suffering.

              a) 12 working days meaning nearly three weeks time lease reduce this time lag, we are not in 1980's banking system. Technology has evolved in its own way; we are into global cyber colony. A manager of Andhra bank sitting at Mumbai or central monitoring cell must be knowing this incident using his terminal. He does not want to act immediately that is a different thing, he should be aware that this is global competition world, he can keep neglecting only for few days and not forever. This type of incident going ahead will put them in danger, not sure whether he will get salary or not? Pvt Sector will take over.

              b) There must be compensation to customer both in terms of fine and interest. A banker never compromise/fail to charge customer, similarly its should pay to customer as per their existing norm.


              c) RBI should be stringent in its policy, imagine If I would have been out station, this incident must have put me to sell off my belonging such as watch, clothes etc.

                I Maganvir Singh have a saving account No. [protected] in Andhra Bank in Branch 1268 Dwarka Sec.11, New Delhi 110075.On 17/08/09 when withdrawing Rs. 2800 only ATM card came out but no money but Rs. 2800 were deducted from my account same way I lost another Rs. 1500 on 18/08/09 . total Rs.4300 lost in two says.In both cases I was using Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM. I gave two applications at branch office. Now I dont have any information of my application. Branch didn't gave me any receipt of my application nor they are providing any information.

                AP on 24-09-09, but even waited upto 5 mts i have not received amount or error report from that ATM centre. after that i drew the same amount from VijayaBank ATM Arundalpet Guntur same day.                   II put my ATM card in ICICI bank ATM on[protected], first time i gave 800 in that transation it shows a massege network error, again i try and i gave 800 again, i got the same massege.3rd time i gave 800 this time i got money 800.but when i check my balence i found that 1600 also dedacted from my account...

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I hold a account with Andhra Bank, Jubilee Hills Branch, Hyderabad.
                    This complaint is in regard to the wrong debit of Rs 11000/- from my account. On 4th of Aug i have deposited 11000/-, which got credited on 8th of Aug. On 9th when i tried to withdraw some amount from ATM service, but i could not because of some error. I tried repeatedly on the same day but couldn't get the money.

                    When approached Andhra Bank regarding this, they provided with the statement which is not at all clear.
                    My Account shows a debit of 10000/- and 720/- etc... on 10th of Aug. When questioned bank to give clarity on that, they said they will not be able to give the transaction details. As have not used the card for these transactions but still a debit from my account.

                    As i have not used my card for the transaction made, asked for assistance from bank they are not clear and not taking the case very seriously. Concerned Bank is not tracking and taking any kind of ownership on this case. Its not the matter of 10000/- but the trust and faith we have today on bank is null. What if had a lackh of Rs in my account, i'm sure would have faced the same problem.

                    Require your help in this case to investigate further. We have got the transaction details for the same.

                    Iam the account holder of andhra bank since 2000 from branch of Panipat.As my account no is ABJ -134 account holder name as dasari pawan goud .My complaint is my debit card have been expired in the month of June 2009.I have subimitied my old debit card to the Andhra bank Panipat branch.But till now the new dibit card have been not issued to me.I am daily contacting with the staff of the bank but no single person is not giving proper response.daily there are postponing to meet them.it has been maken a style for them.I am not able to make my transsions with this distabence.kindly conform your understanding.

                      I hold a savings account with Andhra Bank (Ashok nagar Branch). I used to use it as a Salary account for encashing my pay cheques from previous organization i worked with. And eventualy i had a salary account opened with HDFC Bank and i have stopped using the savings account with Andhra bank. However, have left some deposit in the account to keep the account alive. Lately, i had to withdraw money from my Andhra bank account and ATM (debit card) dint work, approached bank and also got a new debit but still was facing same issue. Later found that my account in Andhra Bank was frozen and that was why i could not withdraw any money. Although there was no specific reason as to why account got frozen. After having a detailed discussion with the Sub manager have come to know that – it was due to overdraft that it happen. I dont even remember Andhra bank giving an over draft facility for a savings account and i never requested for it. There by Andhra bank has deducted Rs 1000/- for rendering a service i never requested (over draft facility supposingly provided by the bank) and also for a fact that i never used the ATM debit card more than a year and i had to look for the PIN code for using it the last time (so that means there hasn't been any activity on the account). I wanted to bring this issue to your notice and want this to be addressed

                          The Bank Manager of Andhra Bank, Alamuru, E.G.District, is giving much trouble to customers regarding their account transactions.As a Senior Assistant Of the Agriculture Department I am facing more inconvenience in Departmental Transactions. Staff are also not cooperating with customers. Please verify the daily transaction of Andhra Bank, Alamuru especially on 1-8-2009. The Manager is using language not easily accepted and commenting on every thing.

                          Pay bills (salary) of staff are not being accepted the same day. Asked to draw next day orally.

                          Self help group transactions are also restricted upto 15th of every month.

                          Please take necessary suitable action.

                            I have applied for a mediclaim policy through one of the Andhra Bank branches in hyderabad and its almost been 5 months since i have done this. At the time of making a payment, I was told that the policy will be issued within a week and now when i ask for it from the manager, the only reply i get from the manager himself is that they are middle men and they actually dont issue the policies so has no control in the issuance of the policy (I understand this is the case with all the policies applied during this period from this branch). In this case, it makes me wonder why does such an incompetent authority takes up such a job and destroys the essence of taking a policy.

                            I am holding AB Arogyadaan Policy. I have seen the list of hospitals, particularly network hospitals in Mumbai and copied down. I have marked that names and phone nos. are given but the address of the hospital or atleast the station or vicinity or landmark are not given.Now, on my need I am supposed to make phone calls to every hospital, which are about 200 in Mubai. to know where they are located. It is very necessary that TPA authorities give full address or atleast the name of the station of location to easly findout the nearest one. The station names should also mention east or west etc. e.g. Malad (East) or (West), Kurla (North) etc. because the east & west locations are also too far away and some times it goes very difficult reach that place.
                            2. The list is updated upto December, 2011. This is vey unfair, In the technology world, we expect regular updates.
                            3. The authorities should have an office or sub-office in Mumbai for collection of claim forms and settlements thereof.
                            I request to authorities to kindly do the needful in time.

                            I have got a very bad experience about ab arogyadaan policy. I have a six years old policy and received a top up on 2018-19. In the mean time without my prior notification the bank has changed my TPA from good health to heritage. Which I got to know while receiving the card from the bank last year. Now, the issue is due to this COVID-19 situation, the pandemic affect the entire financial situation was under threat, all we know. My renewal date was 8th June, 2020. On 9th June- 2020 i wrote a mail to the bank about my inability to pay the premium due to shortage of fund and thus I have requested for a grace period. The bank has accepted my request and confirmed me verbally that it will be managed. Somehow I accumulated the premium amount on 17th July, 2020 and requested to my bank to deduct the premium and give me the six years continuance benefit on my policy. The bank has admitted that also. But, on 22 July, 2020 bank has sent me a mail and informed me that the policy can't be reinstated due to lapsation on 8th June, 2020. Now, I am in a deep trouble. In this pandemic situation while govt. has announced for a moratorium for 3 months on all the financial transaction therefore why I was misled by the bank? And is it not the duty of the bank to give me that one month moratorium in this pandemic situation? I called several authorities regarding the issue, most of them even didn't pick up my call and the UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. has told me for a extra premium to reinstead my policy . Being a six years policy holder if I am not getting such a minimum facility then why I refer someone to take this policy from my Andhra Bank? I have the mail copy also in this regards. If anyone can help me please help me out and suggest me the solution.

                              Just know i am coming back from andhra bank in a very upset condition, .
                              This is my very serious complain, and towards, the behaviour of the staff of the Andhra bank noida sector55.
                              Today ie on monday 13/july/2009 at 11:30 am i have visited to the andhra bank, in order to make the DD for the registration fees, but the person sitting on the RECIEPT counter, deney to make my DD .He is behaving inside the counter very rudely with other peoples also.
                              When i have asked, he said to him, why he is not making my DD, he did not gave me any answer.
                              This is my complain that punish the person who is at age of 40-45 years in light colour shirt, wearing white spects, sitting on reciept counter at 11:30 am in ANDHRA BANK IN SECTOR 55, NOIDA
                              Also the old person (above 60 years) as a guard behaving very manner less and showing disrespect to the peoples coming in the bank after closing timings.

                                Sir,

                                Reference is made to may mail of 30 may 2009 which was addressed to HDFC bank with whom I hold an account.

                                On 11 May 2009 around 20.30hrs to 21:20hrs I tried to withdraw a sum of amount Rs7500/- through your A T M. Before opting for withdrawal I even tried to check my balance of my HDFC account, both occassion the A T M displayed "Transmission Lapsed" and the amount of Rs7500/- was not released by your A T M. And subsequently I had to approach HDFC A T M and withdraw the amount of Rs7500/-.

                                But, the next day I was surprised to note one of my cheque issued to another bank was not honoured due to shortage of fund and the shortage was cuased due to the indication that an amount of Rs7500/-was released through Andhra Bank A T M at Vanasthalipuram. I even approached the Andhra Bank at Vanasthalipuram, they advised me to lodge a complaint through HDFC Bank as the account is in HDFC.

                                Immediately I lodged a complaint at HDFC Bank Branch at Vanasthalipuram wide complaint No: HYD012264. And after a gap of one week the amount of Rs7500/- is reversed in ledger, but, on hold due to delay in your confirmation.

                                Hence i anticcipate your intervention and release my amount of Rs7500/- at the earliest.

                                  I TRIED TO WITH DRAWAL OF RS2000/- FROM ANDHRA BANK ATM USING HDFC BANK ATM CARD.TRANSACTION WAS NOT SUCCEED.BUT MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED RS2000/-.IMIDIATELY I LAUNCH THE COPMPLAINT IN ANDHRA BANK.THEY TOLD ME THAT LAUNCH THE COMPLAINT IN HDFC BANK.I LAUNCH THERE ALSO AND GOT THE COMPLAINT NUMBER HYD014012.TILL NOW THE AMOUNT WAS NOT REVERSED TO MY ACCOUNT.

                                  Rs 56.02 is debited in account, like this so many messages and so many times debited from my bank account.i dont know the reason why they are doing this but all of my money is debited and balance is going to 0.00 rs.

                                    I am a pensioner of Railways and having my pension account in Andhra Bank Sebastian Road Branch secunderabad with account No as 6903 regularly draws money from the ATM, on 06/06/2009 I visited the ATM Centre at Bowenpally where when I inserted the card and after typed my Pin number the report came out as declined transaction but to my surprise I see that the amount deducted from my account.

                                    I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and see that my amount will be credited again to my account.

                                    please look in billow mention matter :- It is very urgent for me,

                                    I have made a transgression Account no- [protected], card no- [protected] on 22.6.09 time- 20:18:03 hour with great eastern shop terminal num[protected] under of Axis Bank, on that transgression they have debited rs-10, 000 from my account which has not credited on there account, I have there 22nd account statement along with me, that transgression is not showing there, So they haven’t received 10, 000 rs .

                                    As per your commitment it should return to my account within 21 day’s, now it is more than 21 days, I do not expect so poor service from your end, Please inform the current status to me & send mail-ID of VISA department so I can progress with this matter, till date I haven’t got any result,
                                    i am chandrasekhar from kakinada.i lost my ATM card yesterday.so please tell my balance in my account.

                                      Respected Sir,

                                      I Shivanand Yalala, Account Holder at Andhra Bank, Sadashivpet Branch (1566) with saving a/c no. [protected] which has opened on 11th May, 2009 by depositing Rs.10, 000/- and I have received the ATM card with pin-number (ATM card No. [protected]) on 15th May, 2009 evening hours. According to the manager, ATM will be activated after three days. On the day of 20th May, I went to ATM centre to draw the money but shockingly I found that the account balance is Rs. -26/- (negative balance) only at ATM center.

                                      Then, I approached the branch manager at Sadashivpet regarding the inappropriate showing of balance but the Manager told that amount was drawn through ATM on 16th May, 2009 as Rs. 9, 700 and Rs.100 respectively, means that amount was drawn twice on that day.
                                      • According to Manager, ATM card will be activated after three days of receiving of card.
                                      • I have received the ATM card on 15th May, 2009
                                      • Amount was drawn through ATM on 16th May, 2009.
                                      • While the ATM card and pin with me only.
                                      • As per the letter issued to me while receiving the ATM card shows that "The card will be activated after 48 hours from the receipt of the Card".
                                      • I have lodged a written compliant on the name of branch manager, Sadashivpet on 25th May, 2009.
                                      However, I am very clear that amount was not drawn by me but unfortunately the above said situation took place. Hence, I am herewith requesting you that kindly peruse the issue that how such amount was drawn without my intervention and within specified activation period of ATM card i.e. at least 48 hours, in my case this has happened.
                                      Whether it is a technical failure or whatever, I need justice that “money back” else kindly suggest that how to claim justice.

                                      Sir,
                                      MY A/c no. ABG 869 with Andhra Bank ANAPARTI Branch. Branch code 014.
                                      I tried to draw Rs 500/- from the ATM at Anaparti on 12.08.2009. I have not received the amount the attendant guided me to draw Rs100/- so that I can get the cash and I tried to draw Rs100/- but the same amount is also not received by me. The transactions were made vide Record no. 7953 and 7955. I found to my dismay that the two amounts were debited to my account as seen from the mini statement dt. 12.08.2009 vide record no.7960. I have complained with the branch on the same day and I was told that the amounts will be credited to the account. But so far they were not credited to my account. You are requested to kindly credit the amount Rs.600/- wrongly debited from my account at the earliest and report compliance.

                                      I tried to draw Rs.400/- from the ATM Indian overses Bank ATM Code no. 9925 on 13/4/2010, in Ameepet but I not received amount on ATM but My Balance is cut Sir, I have complained with the branch on the same day and He was told that the amounts will be credited to the account. But so far they were not credited to my account. You are requested to kindly credit the amount Rs.400/- wrongly debited from my account at the earliest and report compliance.

                                        andhra banks debit card — cash not received

                                        i navinder kr koli have a saving account in your andhra bank lawrance rd branch delhi 35 my account no is 6804.
                                        i used the debit card of the same a/c in idbi atm machine for the cash of rs2000 but did not got the cash
                                        [might be my transaction failed] but there was deduction of rs2000 in my a/c

Joda branch (Orissa, State) would like to bring to your kind notice that on 16th July 2009 morning around 10.15 am, at Utkal University Campus Branch of State Bank of India ATM branch, state orissa, I tried to with draw an amount of Rs 500/- five hundred rupees only but due to server down problem I could not get the amount and slip also when got a message for debiting amount of 500/- ( I checked on same day i.e. on dtd. 16th july 2009, my account is deducted. Hence when I contacted the same SBI customercare for the same bank officials.They told me that he would check the balance in the case from the machine of atm and arrange on request time Rs 500/- back to my account within 24 hours. I don't know when the amount will be credited to my account? The bank PO has said that it will take atleast 15 days to credit the balance...i don't how irresponsible the Andhra bank to maintain there servers and in these technology world how can they ignore the customer problems...can''t they maintain a good performance server to complete the transaction with in time...do they lack of funds... i don't know how they are doing business..

                                        I have saving account No. [protected] in UCO Bank Karkardooma (Delhi). I applied to whithdraw amount Rs. 9000/- through ATM Card No. [protected] from SBI ATM which is located at Railway station Palwal (Haryana) on 30 Jan 2010. The transaction not completed and ATM niether released the amount for Rs. 9000-nor the statement slip. when I
                                        have checked my Account, the amount of Rs 9000/- was shown as debited
                                        from the said ATM. It is, therefore requested to resolve this
                                        issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have a Saving Bank Account No. [protected] in the nam of Mrs Shalini Dayal at UCO Bank Branch Ashok Marg Lucknow - 226001. On 25th While Pass Book was updated, it was observed that two transactiosn dated 5/8/2010 and 6/9/2010 each amounting to Rs. 1138/- had been wrongly debited from the said account. These debit amount partains to unknown person but wrongly transacted for Auto Finance Limited.
                                        I shall threrefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and credit my account against above referred two transactions.
                                        Also please ensure that no ECS transaction should be allowed from my account with immediate effect.
