Andhra Bank — Concern for refund

I have cancelled three order from amazon on 7th july 2020 but i have not received my refund yet so i talked to them and they told me that refund has been initiated from them and they asked me to contact your bank with reference id when i talked to them i didnt get any positive response.. Both my bank and amazon keep putting blame on each other and they are not providing any suitable information about my refund..
