[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Debit card amount debited but not credited to the beneficiary | |||||
Hi I used my debit card for purchase of clothes on 25th of april 2017 twice for an amount of rs 4700 and 4700 respectively. The amount was debited from my account, but not credited to the beneficiary. I made complaint through phone to the andhra bank customer care on the same day inspite of many calls also, they are telling the same answer, to wait for 15 days. My problem is not solved yet.
