Andhra Bank — Double time debited for single transaction

DEAR SIR,
As i have used my debit card for easy recharge for Airtel. first time my transaction was not processed/so i recharged again, but after 5 minutes, i Have received two times debit message from bank. for single transaction how can they two times. kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Andhra bank triplicane denied of giving educational loan
eventhough my father, mother and me had account there
they asking property surety even for 4 lakhs
according to government rules for 4 lakhs loans no need of any security
