Hi sir, my name is vijayakumar gada i purchased a item from amazon on 14 march 2018 by andhrabank rupay card, then due to product damage i returned the product to amazon.
On 18 march 2018 they processed my refund but still i didnt get my money so they gave me a reference no. So i am giving all details including reference no here
