Andhra Bank — imps failed transaction

I am UNDRAKONDA VENKATESWARA RAO, a customer of Andhra bank bearing account number:-[protected]. On 11/06/2019 I made a transaction to pay my sons college fees of RS.33, 670.00. But I was directed to page showing the transaction was failed .I did not even get a message regarding the debit of that amount. The details of the transaction are as follows
11/06/2019 IB/PAYU/65019/[protected] -33, 670.00.
The due date to pay the college fee is 15/06/2019 .
there are two more days remaining to pay it.
My registered Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com and phNo;- [protected]
So I request you to look into this issue and make sure that my money gets back within one or to days.
