[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — issue in online transaction

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 603202

I activated my internet banking on few months before. Last week i would try to transfer money to other bank account, that is my first time transaction. I tried to transfer 20k. But always transaction status become failed. I had big problem for transaction process. Kindly rectify this this problem as soon as possible. My customer id is 45384431.

Sir,
my name is K. Kirankumar.i am money transaction using net banking 11825/_rupees (01/005/2018)debit my account, but money not credit in other account and debited msg come my phone..I gave the complaint adchelpdesk.please solve the problem.this problem is repeated every month..I am suffering from every time this issue...
