Andhra Bank — mini statement

Could not get the mini statement of the account in both mobile app and net banking. Error transaction not allowed to customer and account doesn't exist.
Recently changed to chip based debit card and this issue started after changing card.
Recently rs 280 is debited from my account and i dont know how and why. I need my account statement. Is the issue due to change of debit card.

My mobile number already linked in andhra bank account but not opened google pay why?
