Andhra Bank — Money deducted from my account but not added to beneficiary

I own a Andhra bank a/c no:[protected] in name of Inti Satyanarayana of Yendagandi branch, west Godavari, Andhra Pradesh . On 3.7.17 i made transaction of rs.10, 000 to my son's State bank account. It was showing that amount is debited from my account, by not credited to reciever account (my son ). please solve
