[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — my cash had struck in cash deposit machine.

Sir. I deposited 3000 rupees in cdm on.
[protected]. It given 500 note back and suddenly it displayed as hardware error. Till now amount was not credited to my account. I had given written complaint to my branch office tiruvuru. But they are saying that it has to come clearence from headoffice. Till now there was no proper response. Please resolve this problem.

Sir I deposited a cash of 2500 in cdm machine some hardware issue not credit my account please upto know I didn't get back to my account I lodged a complaint on the same branch on 19/05/2018 [protected]@gmail.com

Sir I deposited amount rupees 35000.i had given account number and mobile number and deposited the cash in the slot then it is ready to count, at the same time it was shown as hard ware error.then I waited for 10 min. then after the machine was ok but the slop was not opening and we cannot withdraw or deposit the money but the machine ok to check the balance but it is not ok for deposit or withdraw then I waited for 4 hrs but is showing same problem.this happened between 6.pm to 10 pm. Then in the next morning machine was ok we can deposit or withdraw the money.but amount was not deposited in my account.please solve the issue as soon as possible.
